we are happy with the services from Kevin and Eddie , no problem for me as the landlord to recommend the Pacific Shore Pest Control.

We had to Exterminate some critters from our building, and we schedule Pacific Pest Control to come out. Kevin our service person was amazing and very helpful. He went above his call of duty. We were grateful for all his input and suggestions. I HIGHLY recommend PSPC. read more

I frequently rely on Yelp to find local businesses. When I called the listed phone number for Pacific Shore Pest Control in Laguna Beach, I was connected to HomeShield Pest Control, which apparently is based in Anaheim. The receptionist explained that I had reached their commercial division. However, the Yelp listing and business website prominently feature images of their trucks in front of residential homes with families, which suggests a residential focus. When Ryan called me back, I asked where the service technician would be coming from and was told Anaheim -- not local to Laguna Beach. Additionally, the Laguna Beach address shown on the Yelp listing (referred to as their "corporate office") appears to be a UPS Store. I prioritize supporting truly local businesses in the Laguna Beach community. Based on my experience, this listing does not appear to represent a locally based operation as presented. read more

I've been using this company for both my business and home for several years, and unfortunately this recent experience was really disappointing. The only reason I'm giving 4stars is because of Daniel's service (his service is 5!!!!) --he was professional, responsive, and truly did his best to help in a frustrating situation. If it were based on him alone, this review would be easy. That said, I had an urgent issue and was told they couldn't get anyone out for an entire week. For a company I've trusted and supported for years, that level of responsiveness is concerning--especially in situations that need immediate attention. I hope they can improve their scheduling and support, because long-time customers expect better. read more

Originally had Pacific Shore Pest Control come 14 months ago to do a service on our property to get rid of cockroaches and ants. Service went well, we didn't see any issues until about a month ago when weather started to get really hot and started seeing some cockroaches again. Because of our previous good experience with Pacific Shore, I reached out to schedule a service. Daniel C. was sent out to do our service, and it was great working with him. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable, and walked through and serviced our property thoroughly. He identified the main problem areas, has a strategic mindset and is strong problem solver. I appreciated getting to know him and his technical knowledge really shined as we talked about the issues on the property. I felt like I didn't just get a simple service where he sprayed some stuff down, but a comprehensive consultation and active problem solving that provided incredible value. I'm looking forward to our follow-up appointment and our pest issues being resolved in the long-term. Because of Daniel's expertise, knowledge, and strong people skills, I look forward to recommending others to use Pacific Shore Pest Control. read more

Amazing! Fast and helpful. Nathan explained about pest control in the house. I would definitely call him again if needed.

Top to bottom great experience. Scheduled a free estimate and assessment of the property. Got a quote on the spot, got a contract to sign shortly after, and scheduled the work for only a week later. The job turned out to be quite big and spread across two days but they were very communciative. I have to say that Juan was an outstanding contractor to work with. He showed up on time, worked two full days when one day turned out not to be enough, and went above and beyond. For instance, we had bushes we've been trying to get rid of but still needed a saw to do so. Since they were blocking his access to parts of the house he needed to work on, he asked if he could take them down. He took apart three huge bushes down to the stump and cleaned everything up putting the branches and everything into our yard debris bins for us. He was also a delight to talk to. Highly recommend this company. read more

This is really a 5 STAR COMPANY! They go above and beyond with the work they provide. I was/am very impressed with the work that they did, at my property. Not only is the office staff great, but the technician they sent out, Brandon was just as great. He was very knowledgeable and informative with telling me what he was going to do and why it was going to work. THANK YOU!! I do, highly recommend this Company! If you want the work done right! THANK YOU, Pacific Shore Pest Control! I will be back! Eileen. & You can't beat the value for the work. I would give more the ln 5 Stars if able. read more

Mario does a great job for our HOA building. We find dead critters around so we know it is working. He's also helped me identify where ants were coming from one time and destroyed the nest! read more

Requested an estimate for rodent extermination services at apartments. Phone routes to an office of 2 receptionist (that are very knowledgeable, friendly and great at there job) but the only issue is getting through to someone! Hold times can be out of control over 20-30 minutes and there is no option to leave a voicemail or message of any kind. Finally getting through, booked an appointment for the tech to come investigate. Tech completely disregards appointment time and comes 4 hours earlier. Get an email with an invoice saying $0 due for estimate, and a beautiful detailed mapping of the property... but where's the quote??? After waiting a full week with no communication, I followed up with office. They promised an email with estimate that day from tech. Nope. Get an email randomly on Sunday after 10p with an overtly expensive estimate. No follow up, no call, serious lack of communication. I'm just trying to be a new customer, can't imagine what service would be like if I actually signed up with them. Unfortunately, complete disorganization. With this kind of experience, forced to look elsewhere for professional extermination services. UPDATE: Moments after my initial review, management reached out and gave me a call. Zack was very professional and kind to address my concerns and win back my business. It is 100% clear they take great pride in their business with great passion and want to make things right. I wish I didn't already book another vendor, or else I would have definitely offered Pacific Shores a second chance. read more

Josh arrived on time. He thoroughly treated all areas of concern and made sure to clean up thoroughly afterwards as well. Very appreciative of his help. read more

Updating my review - Since my last review, my scheduler has been switched to someone with much better communication skills and my unit was treated a month ago. I'm totally happy with the results of Pacific Shore treatments, particularly from Mario, who went above and beyond in handling a serious roach problem in my building and in my apartment. Very friendly person, on time, offered to remove his shoes (thank you!) and the treatments have already been really effective. Couldn't ask for anything better! read more

Tech was on time and very professional. He was also blurry respectful of property and throughout in his inspection.

Very satisfied with service. We have seen a noticeable reduction in pests around our condo complex.

I've been using Pacific Shore for several years and all their pest control technicians and office workers are great! Today, I had their termite inspector, Alden, go out to inspect the property. Alden is awesome! He was extremely thorough. He went above and beyond, making sure he didn't miss anything. He called me afterwards to discuss in detail his findings. Alden is very professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I know the work will be done to the highest standards and their pricing is very fair. I highly recommend Pacific Shore and as inspectors go...Alden is the best! read more
