Elisio and his crew are absolutely amazing. On January 26th, 2026, they arrived right on time at 9:30 a.m. and worked all the way until about 3:00 p.m. They handled a localized termite treatment around the back of my home and roof fascia area, and went above and beyond by replacing a window seal and fascia board and painting everything beautifully. The craftsmanship was incredible. They are always so professional, kind, and thoughtful. Elisio takes the time to explain everything that's happening so I feel comfortable and informed about my home. Those had been effective, although we did a mosquito spray and that didn't do much. Only issue is that sometimes they come too early and then would have to reschedule because no one would be able to make it home when they came early.

I would not recommend Orkin…read more I decided to use Orkin to treat our house for termites by fumigating/tenting our house. The salesperson, Dylan, was very professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable. So, I made the commitment for the tenting and a 10-year termite warranty. Unfortunately, it was downhill from there. The tenting subcontractor broke 65 roof tiles and marred several interior walls. We cleaned or repainted the affected interior walls. However, the roofing tiles were quite a fiasco. It is understandable that some tiles would be broken, however, I talked to several roofing people who indicated that breaking 65 tiles is excessive. In follow-up, I contacted Orkin and they informed me that they would pay the labor to have 50 tiles replaced - i.e., I provide the tiles. Since Orkin subcontracts this roofing work, I opted to have my trusted roofer do the work. I then asked that they only pay me the amount they would have paid their subcontractor to install 50 of the 65 tiles. THEY REFUSED! I am at a loss, as I was under the impression (obviously a mistaken impression) that Orkin was an honest, trustworthy, and professional company. Based on this experience, I would certainly NOT RECOMMEND Orkin.

At 5PM I sent an email to the address on their website. Nothing in response. No response at all until I received a garbled, incomplete message that I could not decipher (other than it was Blue Chip) the next day, Saturday. I don't know what changed from the times of all those great reviews before, but something is clearly messed up now! He was one of 3 vendors I chose to do the inspection and provide a quote of the service options. Of the 3, he was the most reliable, responsive and affordable. He sent detailed pics along with his estimate, priced fairly and went above and beyond making sure he didn't miss any areas while doing to extermination process. He is going to follow up a week later to make sure everything is holding up well and do any patch ups if new termite holes appear. I was quoted $426.00 for a year, that was not correct it is more than $700.00 just for the front yard (more than $900.00 if a new customer). They come once every three months if you need them or not. After a few visits I still had gophers, so I told them not to come anymore. I was told I had to pay for the year. Save your money, I spent less than $100.00 and got rid of them. I researched and I have gotten rid of the gophers myself using non toxic remedies.

I would not recommend Coasterra Pest Control…read more I used a large corporate pest control company for years with no issues and switched to Coasterra because they represented themselves as a local family-owned business, which I later learned was not true. They also require customers to sign a one-year contract, which I soon learned why after becoming dissatisfied with their service. Their spider treatment simply does not work. I rarely had spider issues in the past, but with Coasterra I was finding numerous spiders just a few weeks after every treatment. I repeatedly had to call and request return visits, which should not be necessary when paying for regular pest control. It was a constant inconvenience to take time off work and keep my dog inside for several hours while waiting for these return treatments. During one visit, technician Rigo entered my backyard without notifying me. My small dog was still outside, and I was very concerned that he could have been exposed to the chemicals being sprayed. On another occasion, I walked the technician around my property and showed him exactly where I was seeing spiders. I then went inside, only to notice that he had left within minutes. There is no way the service was completed thoroughly in that amount of time. At another appointment, technician Mike did not have the proper equipment to reach the higher eaves and remove webs near my roofline, even after I pointed out those problem areas. Because of these ongoing issues and my dissatisfaction with the treatments and results, I attempted to cancel the service just four months into the contract. I was told I would still be responsible for paying for the entire year. As a result, I ended up purchasing my own products to spray for spiders- something I had never needed to do before. Toward the end of the contract, the service became even worse. I was finding spiders within a week of treatments. I scheduled a callback with Christina, took the morning off from work, and no one showed up. When I called, she told me that Matt, the manager, said I would have to pay for the visit even though callbacks were supposed to be included as part of my contract. I was still within my service agreement and felt misled, especially since the callback was only necessary because I continued to find spiders after their treatments. This company does not stand behind its promises, the customer service is unprofessional, and the treatments have been completely ineffective for me. After a full year of service, I still have spiders around my home. I would strongly caution anyone considering signing a yearly contract with this company.
