Not Tide Pest! They nailed it. I had an awful problem with pantry moths. I had tried for months to get rid of them on my own to no avail. Bailey said I had been killing the adults, but not the (Eck) larvae. He explained what they'd do and sent an email with everything in writing which I did refer to several times to prep the kitchen correctly. He arrived within the time window stated and was done in 30 minutes. He let me know his eta an 30-60 min before they arrived. He examined my cupboards and hutch thoroughly before proceeding. He cleaned up afterwards-there was only a little bit. Only needed a dust pan Bailey said he'd follow up in a week to make sure they haven't returned. If I do see any, he said he'd return immediately. I called one pest control company and they referred me to Recon Pest Control and told me recon uses better chemicals for my situation. So I call em and they send Tyler right out-no waiting. He knocks down spider webs, thoroughly sprays everywhere, problem solved. So then a month goes by and he returns to spray again but then we get hit with another crazy hot, triple digit heat wave and I find a few ants in my office again. Tyler comes right back and resprays the entire property a second time. Since then I haven't seen a bug in or around the house once. I usually see something, often around the pool area but nada. Even the dog's food bowls are left alone. After replacing the tile on my roof, some rats found their way into my attic. We'd hear their mating ritual echoing through the walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Called Recon and they sent Ryan out to set traps and seal the entry points. Problem solved instantly...subsequent inspections showed no sign of rodentia in our home. Insects and rodents...I don't mind them when camping in the backcountry but hate em around my home. When HomeTeam stopped servicing our area, he started Premier Pest Services West and asked me to continue as his customer. In the beginning, the service was good. My regular service included spraying the perimeter, entry points, garage, walkways, and bushes, removing cobwebs, removing reachable wasp nests, and treating the in-wall Taexx system. Because of that, I trusted him and recommended him to other homeowners in our community. Over time, I started hearing concerns from other homeowners that the service quality had gone down. I did not want to assume anything, so I checked my own camera footage. What I saw was disappointing. On multiple visits, the technician appeared to be on the property for only about 3 minutes. The service did not appear to include the same work we were paying for, including cobweb removal and a full perimeter treatment. In the footage and photos I reviewed, the Taexx cover did not appear to be opened. Instead, it appeared the technician sprayed around and over the closed cover. Several homeowners also complained after reviewing their own camera footage. After those complaints, Premier Pest Services West returned to re-service some of the homes, which added to my concern that the original visits were not being completed as expected. Treating the Taexx system was part of the service we expected, so I later contacted HomeTeam Pest Defense to ask about the system. I was told that former employees were required to return their Taexx keys, and that properly treating the system requires opening the cover with a proprietary key and using the proper equipment to treat the individual lines inside the wall system. Spraying the closed cover is not the same as treating the system. I gave Premier Pest Services West the benefit of the doubt at first, but the same issue happened again. After that, I and other homeowners tried calling and texting several times, but we did not receive a response. Based on my experience, my camera footage, the photos and footage I reviewed from other homeowners, my follow-up with HomeTeam, the repeated visits that appeared incomplete, and the lack of response, I lost confidence in the service and canceled. I would not recommend Premier Pest Services West based on the service we received.
