We could only do so much ourselves after working full-time jobs. We hired them to clean up our yard and gravel a back corner for a garden. We were so impressed that we hired them again to replace our deck. Eduardo Gf Services has turned our overgrown forest of a backyard and our rotten deck into an oasis my husband and I can be proud of and enjoy. We will absolutely hire them again for future projects.

I'm changing the review to 1 star more to flag to the community that Adolfo might not be available any longer. I hope everything is alright with him.

Promptness: 5/5 When he arrived (exactly on time), he realized that the job wasn't a huge job and he could get it done in ~30 mins. Given that a storm was headed to sunny Seattle, I figured having a clean gutter was somewhat urgent, so I hired him on the spot. After he completed his work, he took photos of the cleaned gutter and flushed it out with water to ensure nothing was clogged. Quality: 5/5 After Xzavier finished his work, others reached out through Yelp and gave me some quotes as well, and all of them were higher than what I paid! Value: 5/5 Overall, I'm very glad that Xzavier came out and cleaned my gutters for me. 10/10 would hire him again!!

Our 4-story, 20-unit building had been refurbished in 2010 and needed an overall update. After soliciting three bids, Revex provided a comprehensive package of painting, caulking, and general exterior maintenance for the building. Francisco Vargus' communication skills ensured we were kept informed about the process and responded quickly to any questions. The experience that their team brought resulted in a superior job. They used pump jacks, which eliminated the additional (and extremely expensive) cost of using scaffolding. Our project was completed within the estimated time. We required additional repairs, but they did not exceed the original budget. They also re-coated all of our outdoor balconies free of charge. If you are looking for a company that can assess the project, provide a reasonable bid, and complete it to exceed expectations, I would highly recommend Revex Exteriors. Pros: I chose Simple Star Solutions because other roofers…read moredidn't provide a logical solution to stop 2 leaks. One company wanted to replace valley flashings and the other wanted to do a remove and replace then charge me more if needs be. Regardless, Simple Star Miguel proposed neither and explained to me why those were not good solutions. So I went with him since I didn't want to throw away valley flashing in dump and he provided me good warranty on work and he found me good matching shingles. He replaced moldy plywood and redid the roof shingles with autumn blend. So far no leak and looks solid the new install. Cons: My insurance audited my claim on the roof repair done by Simple Star Solutions. They denied the invoice because it didn't state anywhere it was paid the full amount. I asked Miguel to sign the invoice as paid per my insurance company instructions and he refused to sign it. So basically I cannot get insurance renewed because of his denial to sign it. I was shocked actually. I was even willing to meet him on a job site to sign it and he refused. There must be a reason why he doesn't issue paid invoices to customers. Customer must receive a paid invoice for insurance claims purposes.

I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring Ponce Landscape. We hired Francisco Ponce for…read morelandscaping work at our home in Seattle and paid approximately $1,000. Unfortunately, the work was incomplete, several plants later died, and he repeatedly refused to provide an itemized invoice or documentation for his labor charges. After the project, Mr. Ponce presented us with a receipt for plants and materials that raised serious concerns. He fabricated a fake receipt. We contacted the retailer listed on the receipt and were informed that the document did not accurately reflect the purchase. Despite multiple requests, he never provided legitimate supporting documentation for either the materials or his labor costs. Weeks after the work was completed, he demanded an additional $3,120 that had never been discussed or agreed upon. When we disputed these charges and asked for documentation, his communications became aggressive, and he threatened to return to our property and remove the plants. Even after being explicitly told not to enter our property, he returned without permission and removed the landscaping with a very aggressive behaviour. We have video evidence of him entering our property and removing the plants. The removal caused additional damage to our fence and garden, leaving us with significant repair costs. Our experience was extremely disappointing, and we would encourage anyone considering this company to insist on a written contract, detailed invoices, and clear pricing before agreeing to any work.

We were needing to have an older deck and open porch restained at our rental property after…read morereplacing some damaged boards. I was impressed by reading the 5 star reviews on Yelp and contacted Axel & Aaron Painting. We sent photos of the job to Kimberly (as requested) first, and received thier verbal quote from her. Since we hadn't met in-person and the quote was just verbal off of the photos, we wanted to meet them at our rental property to review the scope of work. My husband and I met at our rental property with the two owners, Pedro and Kimberly, and all went well. My husband spent considerable time with Pedro discussing the prep work needed. We felt comfortable proceeding, and even told them about our next job, in hopes that they could also do that (if all went well). But on Day 1 things did not go well. Two workers came to pressure wash, but Pedro was never onsite. The workers were done and left within 2 hours, before we could get back to the rental to see the work. It's a large deck and large porch with raijlings, and we found many areas had been missed, so we called them to let them know right away. My husband sent them photos as well showing the mildew and dirty areas that still needed more pressure washing (see some of the photos). We expected Pedro would of course want to come back out himself that afternoon, or the next day, Day 2, since the prep and painting wasn't going to start until Day 3, so there was still time. Kimberly, after receiving the photos, was dismissive and told us by phone "this is normal and those areas can just be sanded before painting". You cannot sand away, or paint over the mold/mildew they left behind. I think it would likely have taken 1 hour more of pressure washing and they would stay on track to start prep and paint/stain on Day 3 (the second day of work) but there was no response or assurance from Pedro it would be addressed. That evening they sent the bid with an extra $300 add-on for the "option" of two colors "IF" we were to decide to paint the railings white. This was the first and only written proposal, and it seemed fair, so we were still ready to proceed. We just needed confirmation from Kimberly, or a callback from Pedro that they would come back to finish the missed areas since. There was no still no reply. Instead, the next morning, we got an email as follows: "Unfortunately, we won't be able to complete your staining project as planned. As we mentioned before, pressure wash was completed. Sorry we couldn't meet your expectations.". This is very unprofessional and caused us (and our tentants) a huge inconvenience. We saw RED FLAGS, and we were beginning to question if we should go any further with them. I am certain the quality would have been shoddy.
