Update: Shortly after my review, in August, Adolfo stopped responding to messages and calls. I had recommended him to a neighbor as well and he scheduled an appointment for an estimate but never showed up. I had a follow up for some of the work he did (the deck pieces are no longer laying flat within a month) and he did not respond either. I'm changing the review to 1 star more to flag to the community that Adolfo might not be available any longer. I hope everything is alright with him. read more

Adolfo was awesome! We had a repair job that no one seemed willing to take: we had water damage behind our water heater and needed new drywall put up after water mitigation was complete, and it seemed like the water heater would need to be disconnected. Most companies we contacted thought the job was either too big for them or too small. Adolfo got creative and was able to just drain and slightly move the water heater away from the wall without fully disconnecting it. We have tenants in the house and wanted to reduce stress and inconvenience for them, so that was a huge relief. He was also able to troubleshoot an unexpected issue with our water heater, which saved us from having to get a whole new one installed. It's hard to overstate how stressed I was about getting this whole water damage ordeal over with, so having Adolfo be so knowlegable and transparent meant a lot. Our tenant also reached out to me to say, "I just wanted to let you know he was fantastic. He was super nice and communicative. We had a bathroom that needed to be remodeled and we are on a time crunch. After chasing them for scheduling for a few days, we finally got them to state a timeline. We got a verbal commitment from them and they said they could work on it and sent the invoice for payment. They said that they would send the contract that night. I planned to sign the contract and pay the deposit same day and let him know I was waiting for the contract. After asking about it for a few days, he finally says that he is booked and no longer able to help us in our timeline. He never sent the contract. I usually dont give negative reviews, but this has been very frustrating because we have wasted so time trying to work with him. read more
