I got several quotes for my 2000sq ft house gutter replacement. All Access Roofing came in under everyone else. Entire project was done in one day by two guys who obviously have done this for many years. Professionally done, very affordable and overall great value. Communication with the 'HQ' was also prompt and my questions were answered quickly. Would hire again! read more

Great company, great people, great prices! By far the best company I worked with when trying to get a price on roof repair. If you're looking for an honest company who won't try to sell you things you don't need, excellent prices and friendly people - this is the company. My wife and I were absolutely blown away by Pascal and his team's workmanship and attention to detail. We hired All Access for a brand new roof and gutters and they did an absolutely beautiful job. They even went out of their way to color match the new fascia and bought the exact paint needed, which really showed how committed they are to doing things the right way. The communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Yolanda, who handled everything for us, was a delight to work with and made everything smooth and easy. We also appreciated how they walked us through all the work at the end and showed us before photos of our old roof. The cherry on top was how reliable and respectful they were. They came exactly when they said they would and kept everything super clean at the end of each day. It was spotless every evening. Pascal told me they would arrive at 8am and they did. He told me the job would take three days and that is exactly how long it took. Talk about integrity and being impeccable with your word! We will happily recommend this gem of a business to anyone looking for an excellent and reliable roofing and gutter company with great customer service and exceptional craftsmanship. We're excited to enjoy our new roof and gutters for many years to come! read more

Very timely, crew showed up and cleaned a lot of gunk from all gutters in a large 2 story house.

I had an amazing experience with All Access Roofing & Gutters, and I want to give a special shoutout to Juan and Mario who worked on my house. Also want to mention Yolanda from customer service, she was awesome. Communication was very timely, clear, and super helpful from the first inquiry all the way to the day of the service. Part of my gutter had fallen off, and both the roof and gutters were in pretty bad shape with a lot of moss. I talked to a few other companies before, and some tried to oversell or make the situation sound worse. This team gave me the most practical suggestions and a very reasonable estimate. No pressure, no upselling, just honest advice. Juan and Mario showed up on time and worked super efficiently. In about three hours, they got everything done perfectly, roof and gutters cleaned, gutters fixed, everything spotless. I really appreciated their work ethic and the way they went above and beyond without me even asking. They cleaned the small shed roof that isn't connected to the house, adjusted other parts of the gutter that needed attention, and left the whole place so clean. Not just the debris from the roof and gutter, they even blew away the storm branches and leaves around the yard. Honestly, driving home and seeing how clean and fresh everything looked made me so happy. I highly recommend All Access Roofing & Gutters, and especially Juan, Mario, and Yolanda. If you want honest people who do excellent work, these are your guys. read more

All Access did a great job for a good price. They were on time, and finished the same day, replacing a fallen section of gutter.

We selected All Access to inspect and clean our cedar-shake roof. Juan and his crew arrived right on time, and they worked non-stop for over nine hours. The crew was amazing. They secured loose shingles, and they did a wonderful job cleaning the roof--it looks like new! And they did a great cleanup when the work was done. All exterior walls, windows, patios, and walkways were power washed to remove any dirt that had come off the roof. The crew was hardworking, friendly, efficient, and thorough. We plan to use All Access for our future roof maintenance needs! read more

My old gutters rusted through and I needed to do a full replacement. I got quotes from five companies and All Access had the most competitive price. I was especially pleased that they were willing to touch up the facia boards with paint I provided at no additional cost. Highly recommend them! read more

Updating my review after Pascal came back out to correct some of the items I had concerns about. Overall, the process went somewhat smoothly but there was a bit of miscommunication between the guys who came and did the work and the people in the office. I had all new gutters installed and they needed to come back out a couple of times to replace very long downspouts with shorter ones and Take multiple downspouts out of existing drainage pipes that I didn't approve for the downspouts to go into. With better communication leading up to the scheduled work and with me once the job was completed I would've given 5 stars. read more

Job well done, price was fair. Pascal and team completed the work as expected. I would highly recommend this company! read more

Called Pascal this morning to see when he would have time to clean the gutters. He quoted $250 over the phone (ymmv for your property) and would be available after 1-2PM. I said okay, let me call you back since I wanted to get some more quotes cause why not. Anyways his was the lowest after checking with some 4-5 companies so I came back to Pascal and got him to come over. Walked around the house and explained my concerns and Pascal got to work. He was super thorough, helped clear out my butterfly drain which was really clogged, and remove pine needles from my leaf relief gutter guard. All that was expected from what I discussed with him. What I didn't expect was for Pascal to do even more and clear another drain that I didn't mention, blow off all debris on the walls, and even go around the house and blow places like my front door and driveway. It was really nice. I spent some time outside when I was working watching this guy work and he's meticulous. My compost bin is quite filled from him just going around picking up all the little pine needles everywhere. So not only did he do what I asked him to do, I felt like he went even more beyond what I was expecting and I'm not gonna climb up onto my roof to check, but I'm positive it's completely clean. Honestly I was just expecting him to get rid of the gutter pine needles that amassed up top and clear the butterfly drain and he just did so much more. I even asked if the price needed to be adjusted since he did so much and he said no. read more

Not able to understand what i am saying. I just said my roof and gutter has a 1 inch space and the guy do not understand that. He keep saying they can come and fix the area that i keep saying i am not sure if it is full roof or some area. They don't want to understand their customer! read more

Great service! When I contacted them, they came out the same day for an estimate. Also, since I was having the house painted, it was important to have the gutter replaced quickly. They scheduled it for the next day, doing the job quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I am really happy I used them for this job. I will definitely use and recommend them for other jobs! read more

I couldn't be happier with the roof cleaning, gutter cleaning and moss removal from this company. They fit me in their schedule quickly for two different addresses. I called this company after seeing their truck in front of me in traffic. My gutter had pulled away from the house just a few days before. Pascal was able to come out the same day I called to see what was needed. As I thought, I needed new gutters. He provided me a quote the same day. Great price! They had me scheduled for just a few days later. They showed up on time. Very professional, cleaned up all nails and scraps, and did an excellent job all the way around. Own a home in Everett. Gutter pulled away from the roofline. Pascal came out, gave his estimate, and his crew showed up same day. Courteous and efficient. Fixed the gutter and, at my request, reinforced the gutter around the entire roof. I realized belatedly that his company does power washing, so his crew had the extra time to power wash the deck in addition to reinforcing the gutter attachments. Wow! Deck looks brand new and is ready to be repainted. Happy to recommend this company without hesitation - five stars doesn't seem like enough. The office manager, Yolanda, is wonderful. as well. Patiently answered my questions and really knows her stuff:) Fair, competitive pricing - excellent results. What more could you ask for as a homeowner? read more

All Access cleaned my roof, gutters & water spouts. They were so congested with debris that water was draining onto my porch. I received $20K (!) estimate from a different company who said my roof was in "urgent need of repair." All Access said my roof just needed deep cleaning. Pascal did an amazing job. Not only cleaned the roof but powerwashed my back patio & got rid of all the debris. I got home home to a clean roof & clean patio. Will definitely use them year after year. read more

Pascual and his entire crew were outstanding. They were able to do the job just three days after booking it. Our roof is very high and hard to access. It was in bad shape, with full gutters, and long overdue for a cleaning. They took care of everything, including a couple of broken gutters, and made things look brand new. Other places I called would not come for weeks, and then wanted much more money than I could afford. But All Access was fast, thorough, and did everything for a VERY reasonable price. I wish I'd found them sooner. I'll only do business with them in the future. HIRE THESE GUYS!! read more

Rip off alert. I called this company to get a bid on repairing the connections on two downspout connections where they enter the ground. It involved getting two connectors, less than $10.00 each, at Home Depot and installing. The workman, Pascaul, wanted upwards of $400.00 to do the job. I got the parts and fixed myself for less than $25.00. Beware of this company!!! read more
