Jesse was friendly, responsive and easy to work with. Any problems we noticed were addressed as soon as we told him. The crews we had here were hardworking, professional and prompt. Communication was good, and the final result is stunning. They were more expensive than some other bidders, but well worth it.

We didn't know much about land prep so Jesse Mack, the owner, came out here and talked through with us and gave us a quote. When the work started to clear everything out, we found out we had to much water in that area that would fill overnight and that was without raining. Jesse was back here again talking to us about the plan and explaining everything in details like how it would hurt stability of the building in the future if we do not deal with water issues. He wasn't forcing sale onto us and let us decide what we wanted to do. We ended up going with a lot of work done like filling in with larger rock, building retaining walls, and creating the french drain to let excess water drain into a ditch. Everything turned out to be perfect. They even helped us put in and cap future waste and water pipes. It was a lot more cost than we expected but given how much in touch Jesse keeps with his customers and explains everything and so are his employees too I can't say anything but the good. His guys that do the work are also very knowledgable and can help you answer any questions or anything that comes up. We had a lot of chat with them and they really do put in hard work.

They were communicative from the get-go, answered all our questions, adapted to our needs, and were able to supply us with a product that ended up being exactly what we had in mind. For such an excellent and thorough job, they were reasonably priced, and cleaned up the job site when they were finished, leaving it in the condition in which they found it. We highly recommend this group of workers, and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Kudos to Walter and his crew! Thanks, Craig & Tawnie D (Bothell, WA)

This was primarily the reason why we paid to have the pavers done. 1 year in and there are weeds already growing in between the tiles. There are visible gaps in between the tiles where the sealant should have been applied. It looks like the sealant work was not done well (check pictures). There are a couple of loose tiles as well, near the entrance of the backyard, which just points to shoddy work. Communication has also been pretty poor. I don't hear back about any questions or messages that I send until I email back again asking for an update. Here's my recent email chain about this issue. ================= Walter Angel Alfaro Wed, Sep 18, 12:26PM I'LL TRY TO STOP BY ONE OF THESE DAYS Jeffrey Johnson Wed, Sep 18, 12:28PM to Walter Thanks. Jeffrey Johnson Sep 28, 2024, 11:42AM to Walter Are you going to be able to make it this week? Walter Angel Alfaro Sep 28, 2024, 11:44AM to me yes I will be there today after 4pm Jeffrey Johnson Oct 15, 2024, 10:32AM to Walter what did the provider say about the weeds growing inside the sealant? when can you come fix the gaps in the sealant and the lose tile near the entrance? Walter Angel Alfaro Oct 15, 2024, 10:50AM to me I already spoke with them and I'm waiting for a response ================== This issue is still unresolved as of today Oct 31 and I have not received any update since the last email pasted above on Oct 15. Update 1: The rant about Nature is a bit puzzling. The yard was swept once a week as recommended, so pointing to that as the issue is a cop out for the poor quality work done on the sealant. Did nature create gaps in the tiles where the sealant should be? Is nature the reason for the poor communication? As a business you select what providers and materials you will work with. Its not the responsibility of the customer to get in contact with the suppliers you are using for doing the work you are paid for.

As others mentioned, they were able to work on the paver project way ahead of schedule and we were glad for that. Their crew were courteous, respectful of the neighborhood, tidy with their work, professional and did a fantastic job. They were quick to ask questions if they had any doubt about what we wanted done or how to handle drainage, etc. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for your paving work; their work is top shelf, quick, reasonably priced, and well done. We'd call on them in a second IF we had more paver work on our small property. Needless to say, we are recommending them to our friends & neighbors (who watched the project over a few days and also commented about the beautiful, final product), who have been chatting about needing some paving work done.

They didn't arrive when they said they would and I had to make multiple calls to reschedule. It was very difficult to get them to call back. Even when they finally did they didn't arrive on the day they said they would and rescheduled but didn't show again. They finally did show and about an hour into the job I went outside to find one of their workers urinating on the side of our fence. They did not sand properly (we paid the total for the job) and we've tried to get them to come back out to complete the job. Frank came out and said he'd schedule the repair but he never did and now no one returns our calls. They also said they sealed it but we have moss growing in the surface of our pavers. Avoid this company. You will end up being disappointed.
