I love how careful this restaurant is with their deliveries - double checking that everything is included and extra taping the bag so nothing spills or falls out of the bag during transport. The ingredients are good quality and carefully separated out and it's fun to put it all together. The noodles are cooked part of the way so the texture is perfect once added to the hot soup. The rice helps soak up the broth or mute the fire a bit. I keep the banchan on the sides until I eat everything in my soup then I put the banchan and the rest of the rice in the broth for dinner or a late snack. I would recommend for the flavors and the simplicity because it takes a while to cook soups to get a rich broth like this.
