We hit this place early afternoon on our way to Long Beach and grabbed two bagels, two coffee drinks, and a Tillamook pepperoni stick for about $30. A little expensive but it's the small town Oregon coast. I was not that surprised. The barista was friendly. She was perplexed by the soy milk ( it had a weird texture) and remade my drink twice cuz she was worried about it. It was fine though. The bagels were delicious, toasted seedy cheese bagels with smoked salmon cream cheese. I have no idea what they cost, the signs didnt have prices which I find a little annoying. All in all a fine stop. P.S. There is a Tillamook meat stick/jerky outlet not far away, if your kid hankers for one of those buy it over there! lol

The service was amazing! The lady was super kind and helpful. The vibe looked cool, like they got their drive thru cars in and out. We got a coffee and a custom redbull and we didn't like both. The coffee flavor was just off. Everyone's palettes are different so I'd still say give it a shot only because of the service. Otherwise, I don't think I'd try it again.

Pacific edge espresso is located on the way into garibaldi from tillamook/bay city. Location is very convenient for quick pick me up during your visit to town. It is a drive through, but you can also park and walk up. They have snacks, lite breakfast and many different drinks. I had a vanilla latte. I would go back, but the coffee was just ok. The blend they use to me tasted a little bitter or over roasted? Service was nice and friendly.

What a fantastic little coffee spot just off the 101 on your way out or way into Garibaldi. The 2 ladies making the coffee were both very friendly and helpful with a smile :) The cold brew was very good, one of the best I have ever had, I don't usually do reviews for just coffee, but this place needs to be know. I went back both days I was staying in town. Next time I'll try the food and update my review

Love me a drive thru on a cold dreary morning. My daughter wanted their iced snickers mocha for our first beach morning so we drove from Rockaway Beach. Worth the 15 minute drive to Garibaldi. No wait in line...could have been impacted by the road construction, but do not fear you can still access and the construction crew was super helpful and let us easily get in and out for our sweet drinks. Loved my chai. They offered spice, vanilla or Oregon Chai. I chose vanilla and would come back to try the spiced. Oregon Chai is so meh in my opinion so glad they had other options. Service was so quick and the barista was very kind too.

Rich and flavorful Mexican Mocha wakes me up. Staff are super friendly and the espresso chocolate beans are an extra treat. Quick service with both sides of the hut operational with many baristas inside to get your fast caffeine fix.

Just cant seem to get my drink right. One gal is friendly and good barista. The rest of gals mess up my drink every time.

This is a frequent stop of mine when visiting Tillamook County and I have never been disappointed…read more The Cafe has an excellent assortment of baked goods, or so it appears to the eye. I say this because I tried the almond danish on my first visit and it is so delicately delicious I have never found a need to venture beyond that taste treat. I often get breakfast and then bring the pastry (which is huge) with me to nibble on, and put a smile on my face, all day - & it stays fresh! They have a limited lunch and breakfast menu. However, I find it has significant enough variety that me and my guests have never had a problem finding something to enjoy. I have had breakfast there, never lunch. I find what I have eaten reliably tasty, but it does not rock. For the food I would put it in the low 4 category, pastry an absolute 5. Coffee blows away the chain coffee shops and I find it very tasty, not bitter. They do all the fancy drinks and they execute the one I always get - cappuccino - extremely well. My one bit of advice is to ask for the coffee in a mug if you are having it to stay because otherwise it will be served to you in a paper cup. I find paper cups cramp the froth into a small area and ALSO blocks your nose from getting a good whiff of that awesome coffee smell. Smelling is a huge part of taste - so do not forget the ask - there is no up charge for the real mug. Plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating with variety in the indoor, ranging from a very large, family style, round table in the middle of the room, to bars at the windows and tables throughout - with plenty of spacing. The outdoor seating is behind the roastery and consists of wooden picnic tables. This is complimented with an extremely unique and , obviously, cared for garden with a variety of flowers and evergreens. Finally, the service. One orders at the counter where my only experience has been one of patience, informative and courteous order takers. You then find a seat or you can wait for your order at the counter. The coffee is prepared immediately and, I have found, the food is prepared efficiently. I have nothing but very positive interactions with staff. Do note that they have a drive up window as well. Located directly across from the Tillamook Creamery: extremely convenient if accessing the Coast thru Tillamook. All in, I would rate Five Rivers about a 4.5 - Enjoy the experience!

Our hot lattes tasted scorched/flat from being frothed for too long. I don't blame the barista…read morethough, as they are just young kids who weren't trained properly. Management needs to do a better job at this. Our friend and I both did not enjoy our hot lattes. The cold versions were ok. For those who collector stickers, it's $3.50 for one. About the same price as an espresso shot. Not worth it for me. Service was friendly from the female cashier. Interior is small but with plenty of seating. The location is right across the street from Tillamook creamery, but there are no crosswalks to get there. Crossing the street is a bit sketch. For a coffee roaster, I expected better quality.

On our first day in Long Beach, we came in for lunch during a rush time at 1230pm in early August…read more The cashier was backed up, lots of folks in line. Special outside grilling day with bratwurst , so husband ordered that . I chose the smoked salmon salad (which was visible in a box in the display fridge right by the cashier). When we finally got to place our orders, we were relieved to find an open table outside. And we waited. And waited. There was a grill outside cooking the bratwurst, and husband wandered over to collect his food right there instead of waiting for the cashier to bring it out. Still no cold smoked salmon salad from the cooler. Husband went inside to retrieve my salad, which should have been given to me at the time of payment, and had to wait in line again to speak to her! All while his bratwurst got cold, for a cold ready made salad that was already ready. The brat was firm plump and juicy. The potato salad side was acceptable. The salad had small cubes of smoked salmon, a generous amount of walnuts (raw) and dried cranberries, with some cheese cubes and grape tomatoes over mixed greens. The raspberry vinaigrette was tasty, and I took home a lot of fruit and nuts to add to a future salad. This place has quality good but needs a little work on the mechanics of taking orders and serving their meals. Our cashier eventually came out to check that we had received everything we ordered, she seemed to have no system whatsoever for keeping track.
