Pulled pork breakfast burrito, iced chai and white chocolate raspberries scone
Cindy S.

Stopped here on a Thursday morning around 8:30am, Wanda's in Nehalem already had people waiting outside and this spot was less than 10 min away. It's a cute spot, with a few tables inside and seats outside under a covering. The staff was friendly and the food was great. Got a pulled pork breakfast burrito, chai latte and white chocolate raspberries scone( not dry at all and so delicious)

Everything here was quite lovely! What to expect: It's a small place with counter service. They prepare each order as they come so food may take a bit but it's worth it! Their pastry country is lovely!!! I had a pumpkin danish that was buttery and flaky and left me wanting more. My friend has a breakfast bowl and I had the pulled pork breakfast burrito. Both were lovely.

Awesome avocado toast at The Roost!

If you're traveling on the coast this is an ideal spot to take a break - great seating areas indoors and out, friendly staff, and good food.

Cute cafe in Wheeler with inside & outside (covered patio) seating. Breakfast menu, pastries and coffee. Will be back.

Killer spot! One of the best Chai's I have had along my travels. Walk across the street and enjoy incredible views.

Fresh pastries baked daily.

Nice cozy place for coffee, breakfast. I didn't try lunch. One of the few places in the area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee indoors.

I was indecisive and overwhelmed with choices but the folks were kind and patient. My vegan picks: Rainbow wrap: I love yams, so it was an obvious choice. This was big and had good flavor. Whew, that curry filled up my car though. Rawsome bar: was pretty good as well. Not too sweet. I ate this while driving. Chocolate olive oil cake: moist Plush coconut cake: it was a bit dry Vegan tempeh Reuben: this was really good and would order again. Overall, I would come back and not 15 min before they close.

Yolk - Yummy French toast we shared on the side! The ricotta pancake with berries is excellent too - can't go wrong with either!

Had bar seating but that was not open to just sit at. Food was great! No real complaints. Bacon was over done and they replaced it for "wobbly bacon" Only place we found to have breakfast. All other spots are coffee and grab to go food. So this was nice to get in and sit.

I'll start with the positive: The French Toast is probably the best I've ever had! My wife ordered the French Toast, and after I tried a bite of hers, I ordered a piece. All of the ingredients were fresh; but the prices are a little higher than they ought to be. I ordered the Biscuits and Groovy. Biscuits is plural in the name. If there were 2 biscuits, they were tiny. If there was only 1 biscuit, maybe rename the item Biscuit & Groovy. In either case, there wasn't a lot of gravy. The wait wasn't bad. 30 minutes for a table for 2 on a Sunday in February. Can't imagine the wait in the Spring or Summer. We ordered 3 cocktails. Total for all three was $41. These were easily the most expensive 'mocktails' ever. None of them seemed to have much liquor. You aren't going to get lit at Yolk. All in all, 3.5 stars. But I wouldn't go back. And I definitely wouldn't wait more than 30 minutes to dine at Yolk.
