I loved this! Bread, coffee and sweet crispy rolls are available for order on their website for Sat or Sun pickup. Log in on Tuesday when the selection is opened up and drive by on pickup day for the world's easiest pickup. You just park in front of the building and your order is waiting for you on racks in the front by last name. There are two staples that you should depend on. Good beer and good bread. One or both will satisfy when nothing else will. This is a small bakery selling fresh bread baked from a levain (Sourdough). This is a perfect loaf. A chewy crust and soft crumb. You can eat this bread with nothing on it, or with a dash of butter. How am I the first person to review this place? I met this pair of bakers at the Manzanita farmers market and tracked down their tiny and beautiful bakery on a side street in Nehalem. HOLY SOURDOUGH is this place good. I arrived at opening time and got a hot country loaf out of the oven, as well as pain au chocolat, cinnamon rolls, and beautiful croissants. Finally, at the coast, I have found the best baguettes with Wolfmoon Bakery. These have texture, crunchy crust, delicious tasting insides with some chewiness... these are better than the Valley's New Season's Market baguettes. The one item I missed most after moving to the coast where 'REAL' baguettes. I have been so disappointed with bakeries trying to pass off baguette shapped bread with no crust or taste. I am prone to hyperbole, but please understand that I it is not hyperbole when I say that they served me the best cinnamon roll I have ever eaten. A touch of sweetness, but not cloying - *just* enough cinnamon. The crunch of the crust was incredibly satisfying. The roll itself was soft, bready, and on the whole, amazing. The bread was not as "sour" as I would have expected from a sourdough. The outside was a bit hard and dark for a crusty loaf and the inside was sticky like the loaf was baked too hot. The honey buns needed a longer, slower rise and more filling.
