The service was amazing! The lady was super kind and helpful. The vibe looked cool, like they got their drive thru cars in and out. We got a coffee and a custom redbull and we didn't like both. The coffee flavor was just off. Everyone's palettes are different so I'd still say give it a shot only because of the service. Otherwise, I don't think I'd try it again.

We hit this place early afternoon on our way to Long Beach and grabbed two bagels, two coffee drinks, and a Tillamook pepperoni stick for about $30. A little expensive but it's the small town Oregon coast. I was not that surprised. The barista was friendly. She was perplexed by the soy milk ( it had a weird texture) and remade my drink twice cuz she was worried about it. It was fine though. The bagels were delicious, toasted seedy cheese bagels with smoked salmon cream cheese. I have no idea what they cost, the signs didnt have prices which I find a little annoying. All in all a fine stop. P.S. There is a Tillamook meat stick/jerky outlet not far away, if your kid hankers for one of those buy it over there! lol

What a fantastic little coffee spot just off the 101 on your way out or way into Garibaldi. The 2 ladies making the coffee were both very friendly and helpful with a smile :) The cold brew was very good, one of the best I have ever had, I don't usually do reviews for just coffee, but this place needs to be know. I went back both days I was staying in town. Next time I'll try the food and update my review

Pacific edge espresso is located on the way into garibaldi from tillamook/bay city. Location is very convenient for quick pick me up during your visit to town. It is a drive through, but you can also park and walk up. They have snacks, lite breakfast and many different drinks. I had a vanilla latte. I would go back, but the coffee was just ok. The blend they use to me tasted a little bitter or over roasted? Service was nice and friendly.

Love me a drive thru on a cold dreary morning. My daughter wanted their iced snickers mocha for our first beach morning so we drove from Rockaway Beach. Worth the 15 minute drive to Garibaldi. No wait in line...could have been impacted by the road construction, but do not fear you can still access and the construction crew was super helpful and let us easily get in and out for our sweet drinks. Loved my chai. They offered spice, vanilla or Oregon Chai. I chose vanilla and would come back to try the spiced. Oregon Chai is so meh in my opinion so glad they had other options. Service was so quick and the barista was very kind too.

Rich and flavorful Mexican Mocha wakes me up. Staff are super friendly and the espresso chocolate beans are an extra treat. Quick service with both sides of the hut operational with many baristas inside to get your fast caffeine fix.

Great service nice staff good coffee & fresh bagels. love supporting locals too easy access even with construction they wave you in.

    Iced caramel mocha, delicious.

Definitely overpriced, but not the worst coffee I've had. Probably wouldn't stop here again unless I had to.

Visiting from San Diego, California. Love trying new small business coffee shops everywhere I go…read more Not sure if you can walk up assuming maybe you can but I did drive thru both times. Yes it was so good I went two days in a row. Both baristas were very friendly. I told the one helping me I like a sweeter drink not super strong. I told her to surprise me and she made me an iced vanilla chai white chocolate latte with cream top and it was so good! I went back again today and asked her to make the same thing again. Very friendly and reasonable priced. Beach is right across the way. Grab your coffee and go across to enjoy it with the view.

I wish I would have read more reviews…read more The coffee cake was alright, the scone was alright. But the coffee drinks here suck, which is their main thing. The coffee tastes cheap and their syrups aren't very good. The main takeaway besides forgettable food/drink is that the staff is RUDE. The main window girl openly complains about customers and is very impatient and just seems to have a bad attitude. Perhaps she doesn't realize everyone can hear her? The lady who owns it was grumpy as well, so that I guess has set the precedent for everyone she hires. I'd recommend driving down to Tillamook and getting ingredients or baked goods at Fred Meyer as opposed to the convenience of this place. Plus, they have a Starbucks that will serve you something better than Folgers. If you don't like people, you should seriously reconsider living in a resort town. I'd rather have watched my $20 burn than wasted it here.

This is a frequent stop of mine when visiting Tillamook County and I have never been disappointed…read more The Cafe has an excellent assortment of baked goods, or so it appears to the eye. I say this because I tried the almond danish on my first visit and it is so delicately delicious I have never found a need to venture beyond that taste treat. I often get breakfast and then bring the pastry (which is huge) with me to nibble on, and put a smile on my face, all day - & it stays fresh! They have a limited lunch and breakfast menu. However, I find it has significant enough variety that me and my guests have never had a problem finding something to enjoy. I have had breakfast there, never lunch. I find what I have eaten reliably tasty, but it does not rock. For the food I would put it in the low 4 category, pastry an absolute 5. Coffee blows away the chain coffee shops and I find it very tasty, not bitter. They do all the fancy drinks and they execute the one I always get - cappuccino - extremely well. My one bit of advice is to ask for the coffee in a mug if you are having it to stay because otherwise it will be served to you in a paper cup. I find paper cups cramp the froth into a small area and ALSO blocks your nose from getting a good whiff of that awesome coffee smell. Smelling is a huge part of taste - so do not forget the ask - there is no up charge for the real mug. Plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating with variety in the indoor, ranging from a very large, family style, round table in the middle of the room, to bars at the windows and tables throughout - with plenty of spacing. The outdoor seating is behind the roastery and consists of wooden picnic tables. This is complimented with an extremely unique and , obviously, cared for garden with a variety of flowers and evergreens. Finally, the service. One orders at the counter where my only experience has been one of patience, informative and courteous order takers. You then find a seat or you can wait for your order at the counter. The coffee is prepared immediately and, I have found, the food is prepared efficiently. I have nothing but very positive interactions with staff. Do note that they have a drive up window as well. Located directly across from the Tillamook Creamery: extremely convenient if accessing the Coast thru Tillamook. All in, I would rate Five Rivers about a 4.5 - Enjoy the experience!

Management needs to do a better job at this. Our friend and I both did not enjoy our hot lattes. The cold versions were ok. For those who collector stickers, it's $3.50 for one. About the same price as an espresso shot. Not worth it for me. Service was friendly from the female cashier. Interior is small but with plenty of seating. The location is right across the street from Tillamook creamery, but there are no crosswalks to get there. Crossing the street is a bit sketch. For a coffee roaster, I expected better quality.

Appearance - The vibe of this coffee shop was fun with local artist featured around the walls and beachy parifinalia scattered throughout. Taste - The bagels were amazing! We ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese on a cheddar bagel and a smoked salmon cream cheese on a jalepeño cheddar bagel. The bagel's were fresh and soft. They must have been baked in house! The salmon cream cheese was packed full of salmon. The drinks were also exceptional. The vanilla chai latte was flavorful, but not too sweet. It was easy to tell that the chai was homemade. The Mayan mocha was possibly one of the best specialty coffees I have ever had. The chocolate was accented with a bit of cinnamon which rounded out the South American flavors of the drink. It was a warm day so I went for an iced coffee, however I think it could have been even better warm.
