They did an excellent job cleaning the roof in early March. Two workers spent from 11 am to almost 4 pm on the task, and we were charged about 40% less than what another well-known local roof cleaning company quoted. Regarding communication, I saw some reviews mentioning that they don't always pick up the phone. However, I believe this is because they are saving on labor costs to offer lower prices for their services. They cleaned the roof and gutters, power washed the driveway, and pruned two trees that were hanging over the roof. They did a fantastic job removing all the moss from the roof. The driveway looks great too. Also did a great job on clean up. Nothing but praise for the work. The price was extremely reasonable. The roof cleaning was good but they left moss debris in my neighbors side yard and didn't return my calls for coming back to clean up. My neighbor and I ended up cleaning for them. Owner called back the next day apologized and sent crew back for cleaning. read more

We had these guys out a couple of years ago to do moss removal, moss treatment and clean some needles off the roof. We had initially decided to go with another company because of their low bid, but when they showed up to work they decided that they had misquoted and the cost would be almost double. We sent them home and called Pacific. Their quote was on the lower end of those we received. They showed up on time and did not seem like the job was bigger than they were expecting. They did an excellent job on the moss removal and treatment. The treatment worked great because there was no sign of moss. Now it's two years later and we had them back out to do another moss treatment and needle removal. They gave me a quote that included gutter cleaning, but our gutters are covered and when I pointed that out, they promptly reduced the amount of the quote. The guys did a nice job removing all the needles that get stuck in the angles of the roof and putting them in our yard debris bin. It was a rainy day so they put on extra moss treatment to account for any that would get washed away before it could do its work. We will continue to use Pacific Diligent for our roof cleaning needs. read more

We had them come out to clean our gutters. The turnaround time for the quote was pretty quick and the price was very good compared to other companies we reached out to. They gave us a 1 hour window for an arrival time. After that window passed, they hadn't arrived so I had to email to find out if they were still coming. They emailed back and said the current job was taking longer so they would be arriving soon. I took off 1 star because I had to reach out to find out if they were still coming. Would have been nice if they had called me to let me know ahead of time they were running behind. We have a problem gutter/ downspout in the front that needs to be moved. We asked them about it and if that's something they could do. They seem to be an honest company because they told my partner exactly what he needed to do to fix it and that it was a simple task, instead of trying to get us to fork over more money for them to do it. They cleaned the moss off my neighbors house (townhouse) and blew all the old moss and debris onto the roof of my back porch, leaving a HUGE MESS. I have tried contacting them several times, left multiple messages to try and get them to come and fix the mess they created and I have yet to hear back from them!!! I understand they might not have been aware this happened at the time but when I have left multiple messages without a return phone call is pretty irresponsible. You make a mistake as a company you should have the common knowledge to own up to that mistake and do what you can to fix it!!!! Super disappointed in their professionalism, their customer service doesn't exist and maybe hoping they will actually respond when they read this review!!
