I requested a quote on cleaning our roof and gutters recently, and had Oregon Wash proceed. Our roof has asphalt shingles, put on probably 25 years ago, and we live in an area that's shaded, with several of our trees hanging over the roof. Kevin spent two days on our roof, carefully brushing off years of moss buildup, and then did the gutters, and cleanup. He did a fantastic, meticulous job, and finished by applying a treatment that will be helpful over time. His supervisor traveled here several times to inspect the work while it was being done. The work was done on several clear days, but then we had several days of rain, and the gutters didn't overflow, and the downspouts did their job. I couldn't be happier. Value-wise, I believe the price was fair considering the time and effort spent, and I highly recommend Oregon Wash. They also communicate well, which is always a plus. Had them come out to clean our gutters. The front gutter worked well after, but the back gutter was overflowing. Contacted them and asked them to come back out, which they did, and reported that the gutter was fine. But it still overflowed, so I called another company, who came out and cleared the completely clogged downspout. Will see if they offer a partial refund. read more

Oregon Wash came out recently to powerwash the driveway, clean gutters, and clean and treat roof. This was for a 4unit townhouse complex. The crew run by Matt (i believe) was professional, thorough and paid extra attention to keeping a clean work space. Little things like squeeging the windows, removing sludge with buckets and not just hosing away, brushed the moss off shingles vs using high pressure water, etc... They're not cheap, but James knows what he's doing, his teams show up when he says they will, they stick to their estimates, and they stand behind their work 100%. I had Oregon Wash come and wash my windows and they did a great job. I mean --- windows washed are washed windows --- there's nothing special about them and just about anybody can do it. It wasn't that they did a much better job than anyone else could have done --- but it is the little things that set them apart --- like showing up on time, wearing matching uniforms and being NICE and friendly --- and even though there were some difficult hard to get to windows the price did not go up over what they quoted. My 1940s house needed painting. I kept putting it off because it meant dealing with 15 original storm windows, two of which are about 4 x 6 ft. Finally I called Oregon Wash. They came prior to the painter, removed the storms and numbered them. Painter arrived, paint, paint, paint. Today a team of 3 returned and reinstalled the storms. They cleaned each storms inside and out, as well as the house window to which they were fitted. They also cleaned every other window in my house, incuding 2 sliders. Sparkle, sparkle, sparkle! Okay, and here's my favorite detail. You know the runner channels that the sliding glass doors fit into? Vacuum, sweep, never mind they always are dirty. Not today. Mine are squeaky clean! I had my gutters cleaned back in November of 2016 because I noticed the front porch gutter was overflowing. They came over and cleaned it a week later when I was at work. I usually do not have time to watch for the gutter to overflow and watch for a heavy rain to verify it was cleaned properly, but I know at least in January it started overflowing again, but I will admit I should have contacted them sooner, but when I did contact them recently, I was advised it was outside the 30 day guarantee, and it would be a minimum charge of $100 to come and look at it. If the downspout was not cleaned properly the first time, why would I ask them to come again to make the same mistake? All I can advise anyone to make sure they did everything properly and make sure you let them know ASAP, otherwise they will charge you! UPDATE: After further discussion with the owner, even though it was past 30 days, but the issues happened within 30, they were nice enough to come out as part of their guarantee and found some debris in the downspout they removed. read more

I am writing to review the professionalism of this business. I was very disappointed after calling on Thursday and being told by James that he would come out to do an estimate on Friday. Friday came and went with no estimate and no word from the company about not being able to come out. I called on Monday to find out what was going on and was told that they were too busy and would come out today or tomorrow. No apology was given and I declined to move further with such a flaky company. I emailed an estimate request to James, who called me the following day and said he would swing by the house and leave a written estimate. Very reasonable pricing for gutter cleaning and roof cleaning (moss removal & treatment), plus a discount when multiple services are used. Two young fellas showed up the next day and spent about 2 hours clanking around on the roof. I even had them take before and after digital photos so I could see for myself! Today Oregon Wash power washed our 2 and 1/2 decks, washed our windows inside and out and this is quite a feat as we are on a very vertical lot - standing 3 stories! Their work was METICULOUS ! I called them and got a bid for roof cleaning a power washing my patio after seeing reviews for them on here. They gave me a bid about 20% lower than the other place and were able to come out the next day. The one thing that I really liked is how friendly they were in person. When I see how hard they worked, I thought 'money well spent'. I had left the house before they were done. While I was gone they called me and told me that there were some lines left from the power washer and they would return the next day to get rid of them. I wonder if I would have even noticed had they not told me. They came back and took care of them. They did a good job also of cleaning up their mess. Another good thing is I didn't have to be there at all. My only minor complaint was the first time I called them they guy answered the phone with just saying his name - which led to the confusing, "Uhh, is this Oregon Wash?" by me. Not a big deal though. I will probably use these guys once a year. I would recommend also that they leave a magnet or business card when they leave so I remember their name for next time. read more

We just had our house windows cleaned last week by Tanner, Matt and Casey, and we couldn't be more pleased. They work well as a team and are perfectionist. First, they arrived early and acknowledged they were early but will wait until our appointment time to start. Casey, the lead, was very professional when he knocked on the door to introduce himself and his team. He went over the work to be done. They entered the house with footies on so not to get the hardwood floors or carpet dirty, which we appreciated, because not many workers are respectful of other homes. After they were done, they said they will do a walk through with me and will fix anything that was missed. They stood by their word and did that. They even went a step further at the last minute and did areas of my garage windows that needed it but was not included in the work plan. The best part of Oregon Wash is that their pricing is very competitive, reasonable and fair. They came in almost half less that than some of these other companies were trying to charge us. We are so happy we went with Oregon Wash and we will be using them annually going forward. My neighbors even inquired about them after they were done and I referred them on.
