This is a fairly old review but I was searching for a different item that needed fixing and stumbled upon this shop again. Needless to say, back then a couple of years ago when I came in with a busted up motherboard for a hp envy laptop. They did the impossible and actually got it to work! What happened was, there was a pop up window for updates, so I allowed it. Had the best experience with this company. I cracked the back of my iphone and Was in a panic, they were super responsive and made some time for me then and there. Since it was the back of my phone and the piece he needed wasn't there, he ordered it and had it right on my phone the next day. I purchased a replacement keyboard online when my son had the classic coffee spill right on the keyboard making it permanently sticky. I needed service to perform keyboard replacement on the HP Envy laptop. The replacement was tricky since it requires removal of most of the critical components to gain access to the keyboard.
