So in February, I started my search for a window / screen cleaner.... Truthfully, I didn't know where to begin so I turned to Yelp. AND am I glad that I did. In case you didn't know the Yelp site will send your request to all listed in whatever you are looking for. But Terran stood out; far from the madding crowd....(and no, I'm not a lemming). Why did he stand out? Because 1. While I live in town, it's an arduous task driving to my home 2. My home is 65 years old; upkept but old none the less 3. My home sits on a slop so to ladder my windows you'd better be darn skiiled. 4. My windows and screens were not cleaned for a LONG time.... I'm embarresed to say. 5. Terran drove to my home to give me the estimate (he did this in February of this year) He gave me the estimate and that was that. and now seven months later, I call him and politely explain that its been at least seven months and I wanted him to check his estimate. Well, the answer I got was "same price" and the rest is history. The job was simply UNBELIEVABLE. I know he took a long time and I'm not certain if that was what he expected. I won't be offended with an upcharge but guess what? No upcharge. Sparkling clean. The blinds were left raised so I got home to SPARKLING BRIGHT HOUSE!!!!! Thank you Terran! So I don't have to wait another gazillion months, I've asked Terran to put me an a bi annual schedule. How great is that???? Hey Yelpers! He's your guy!

Recently, a portion of our rain gutter fell due to the windy weather. I reached out to Windward…read moreWindows and Gutters for a quote on Yelp. Other companies also responded, but I went with them because of their outstanding 5 star rating. They promptly messaged me back and I scheduled an estimator to come look at our house for the next week. Communication was good, through Yelp messages and also after I gave them my number, they texted me updates. The estimator came and we received the quote the next day through email. We were happy with it so our appointment was for the following week. The workers came and got the job done in about an hour. We received the invoice through email and I paid by sending in a check to avoid the credit card fee to the credit card company. It would've been a $22 fee. It might not sound like a lot, but I avoid unnecessary fees if I can. All in all, a very smooth and professional experience and I am happy with the repairs as there are more storms headed our way during this hurricane season. Thank you!

They were so courteous, respectful, hardworking and efficient! I regretfully did not take before and after photos... Those window tracks were embarrassingly dirty with caked on mold and dirt. My husband found Blue Pacific Window Cleaning via yelp and we hesitantly called because the last two companies we selected based on high star reviews on yelp were such HUGE disappointments. We REALLY can't say enough on how impressed we were with their professionalism throughout the entire process. From the first appoint with an estimate by friendly owner Austin (GREAT PRICING!), to the ON TIME arrival by awesome Dave and Reece, to the excellent results on our now shiny windows. The pride for what they do and the service they deliver is evident in the whole experience. We found our forever window cleaners. REALLY....ABOVE AND BEYOND expectations. That is hard to find!

I hired Dustbusters for a long overdue full deep clean and I immediately felt comfortable with them…read moreupon arrival. They were very professional with communication prior to the booking and even were very clear to on their arrival time and what they cover. I didn't have to worry about making sure if they missed anything. They literally took the time to wipe down, scrub and disinfect everything. I gave them a tour of the home and they asked questions about my expectations and they didn't even bat and eye. I didn't feel judged and they let me know they got it covered. They made a plan and communicated on where they would start and if there is anything they were not sure of they would let me know. My home is 4 bd 2.5 and over 3000 sq ft. They sat on the ground to get under the kitchen cabinet base boards, wine fridge rubber seal and even got up on the counter to get over the oven range. I would highly recommend their business. They are a brother and sister and work really well together. I feel this was a GREAT service. I have an office in my home and they tidied around that too. If you're a busy mom and wife or person in general, don't feel guilty, life happens and these angels are here to take that load off to help get you back on track. I would highly recommend this small local family business and will be using them again. Anything that was found lost under a bed or behind a dresser they placed it visibly so I could retrieve it. Very reasonably priced yet VERY trustworthy and produces HIGH QUALITY work. Even though gratuity isn't necessary, as a fellow business owner, I have gratitude for valuable workers. Thank you Dustbustershawaii!!!
