I was honestly pretty stressed because it looked like the gutter might detach from the fascia, especially with more rain coming. I reached out late at night, and Carlos responded promptly, answered my questions clearly, and put me at ease right away. His response time and communication were excellent. When he inspected it, Carlos explained that the original installer appeared to have secured that entire section with only one screw, and that the bracing and additional fasteners seemed to have been missed. That explained why the gutter was moving so much and gave me confidence that he understood the actual problem instead of just doing a quick patch. We agreed on a flat rate, and what impressed me the most was that he went above and beyond the original repair. He added extra bracing, secured everything, did a complete inspection of the rest of my rain gutters, cleaned everything up, and made sure the repaired section was solid before he left. The quality of work was excellent, and he treated my home with care while he was working. After all the extra effort, he still only charged the flat rate that we agreed on. No surprise add-ons, no nonsense. He also does solar panel cleaning and pressure washing, so he is going to be my one-stop shop from now on. I already told him I'll be calling him every January for solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, and anything else I need done around the house. Professional on the phone and when scheduling the appointment, their estimator, Nick called me when he was a few minutes out to let me know he was coming. Just finished talking to Nick about my situation. To my surprise he recommended a completely different course of action. Rather than just agreeing to quote down spouts that might not fix the problem, Nick suggested checking with a plumber about snaking the existing down spouts. It resulted in no new business for him this time but I was very impressed by his integrity and home maintenance being what it is, I know soo we or later I will have a reason to need a roofing or rain gutter company. I don't know a lot about gutters, but Sonny does…read more I had new gutters installed a few years ago by another company. They lasted a year or less before they started leaking. Same company came out to quote a gutter cleaning/repair and the guy just said "they used too much caulk". We both knew replacing that caulk would last about as long as the first time. Cost almost as much, too . So for a couple years when it rained, we got more wet from the waterfalls coming off our gutters than we would have from the rain. Called Sonny, hoping maybe a pro could repair or reinstall all the leaking corners/joints. He suggested replacement would be a much better option, but was kind enough to talk me through and quote both options. Seemed pretty clear this was one of those things where if the material failed, maybe could fix that, but to correct wrong installation, pretty much gotta install correctly. (my problems weren't even just the corners - pretty much all the connection points...) And they did. And couldn't be happier. Hasn't been a year so not a fair comparison, but I'm telling you, there's no comparison. Rain we got from Lala was a pretty good test and Adonai's gutters (and install!) passed with flying colors. (On top of everything, Sonny's crew re-worked a downspout and part of the existing slope on the fly b/c it was a better way to do it. Seriously, six stars for these guys.)

The addition of the new section of gutter was challenging given that the fascia was ~22' off the ground level with no access from the upper roof itself due to the presence of solar panels. Impressive work given that he installed the gutter and downspout on his own! He uses only quality materials such as heavy gauge copper, copper screws and hangers. David is honest, personable and hard working. He is detailed oriented and produces high quality results. We had our first relatively heavy rain shower this past evening and all of his work passed with no leaks. I have dealt with many contractors over the years, and I can honestly say that David Kelly is one of the best that I have done business with. I am lucky that we were given the opportunity to work with him.

His friendliness and work ethic had us going back to him when we were ready to replace the gutters in June 2025. He provided a quick and simple estimate/proposal and worked with our house painting contractor's schedule to get everything done right. David quickly dropped the old gutters and hauled them away a few days before the painters arrived to start cleaning and prepping the house. Day of install came and Lawrence(Athena's husband) & Mason arrived to do install and Athena came over to go over scope of job with them, as well as any other concerns we may have. For the size of our 2 story house I wondered if 2 people were enough for the 2 day install, But to our surprise, Lawrence and Mason were able to fabricate, cut and hang everything by days end. They were also very safety cautious using lanyards and tied off when going onto the 2nd story roof. The 2nd day, Lawrence came with 2 other workers, which they connected all the joints, and installed downspouts. Again, project was fully completed by days end. During install there was one time where Lawrence had a concern about one area, and did not proceed with that section until he confirmed with us, instead of just assuming what we would want. I thought that's very courteous & professional. Even with the downspouts, Lawrence explained to me he made sure it was not dangerous especially since we have a 3yr old that runs crazy. After they left I went to look at gutters, and was simply BLOWN away with how AMAZING they looked. 1st, it gives the house a beautiful aesthetic look. 2nd, the quality of work was PERFECT. Now I just need it to rain so I can see the full capabilities of the gutters itself. That will be another updated review.
