Other companies also responded, but I went with them because of their outstanding 5 star rating. They promptly messaged me back and I scheduled an estimator to come look at our house for the next week. Communication was good, through Yelp messages and also after I gave them my number, they texted me updates. The estimator came and we received the quote the next day through email. We were happy with it so our appointment was for the following week. The workers came and got the job done in about an hour. We received the invoice through email and I paid by sending in a check to avoid the credit card fee to the credit card company. It would've been a $22 fee. It might not sound like a lot, but I avoid unnecessary fees if I can. All in all, a very smooth and professional experience and I am happy with the repairs as there are more storms headed our way during this hurricane season. Thank you!

I wish I could leave 0 stars…read more My boyfriend's father scheduled an entire-house window cleaning with Mauka Cleaning Co. We prepared the home by moving furniture and belongings away from every window so they would have easy access. As a result, our house was left in disarray, but we planned to put everything back after the appointment. Fifteen minutes before our scheduled appointment, Mauka Cleaning Co. called to cancel due to "maintenance issues." While disappointing, we understood that emergencies happen. Since our house was already prepared, we agreed to reschedule for three days later. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, they never showed up. At the scheduled time, there was no call, text, or email. Multiple attempts to reach them went unanswered. Four hours later, they finally contacted us to apologize and said they understood if we no longer wanted to use their services. We rearranged our schedules, took time off work, and lived with our home in disarray for several days because of the first cancellation, only to be completely stood up on the rescheduled appointment. Mistakes happen, but failing to communicate with customers after already rescheduling once is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I can't recommend this company.

We came back to our yard smelling like we were covering up a bloody massacre. The smell of bleach was everywhere. It wasn't the fact that bleach was used on the roof that bothered me but the concentration. I use 10% bleach everyday at work so I know what it smells like. This smelled like at least 30%. It was so strong it left bleach marks on the concrete. In fact my mom put a wet towel on one of our walls and it ended up with bleach stains. The workers didn't cover anything so my dad's t-shirt that was in a bucket in the sink outside was ruined as was my mom's washing machine cover. I shutter to think how the runoff that went into the storm drain will affect the bay.
