Marcelo was quick and responsive. He was honest about not sure if he could get the spot out of my car and the rate for my couch cleaner was affordable. He came early and was ready to go. He is very and nice and even my dogs liked him. They usually bark at guys. After he did the couch, he took a stab at my car and got the blue ink out. There was a substantial difference between two estimates from the third, and I actually really liked the man who offered the lowest estimate, too. What made the difference was that Matt sent their certificate of insurance with the quote. I appreciated that I didn't ask for it (yet) but that he was proactive. I felt that if he was proactive with a document, he'd also consider other things I may not think about and it made me feel a lot better. They are punctual, thorough, respectful, nice, and did a great job. Excellent communication before, during, and after.
