Other companies also responded, but I went with them because of their outstanding 5 star rating. They promptly messaged me back and I scheduled an estimator to come look at our house for the next week. Communication was good, through Yelp messages and also after I gave them my number, they texted me updates. The estimator came and we received the quote the next day through email. We were happy with it so our appointment was for the following week. The workers came and got the job done in about an hour. We received the invoice through email and I paid by sending in a check to avoid the credit card fee to the credit card company. It would've been a $22 fee. It might not sound like a lot, but I avoid unnecessary fees if I can. All in all, a very smooth and professional experience and I am happy with the repairs as there are more storms headed our way during this hurricane season. Thank you!

So in February, I started my search for a window / screen cleaner.... Truthfully, I didn't know where to begin so I turned to Yelp. AND am I glad that I did. In case you didn't know the Yelp site will send your request to all listed in whatever you are looking for. But Terran stood out; far from the madding crowd....(and no, I'm not a lemming). Why did he stand out? Because 1. While I live in town, it's an arduous task driving to my home 2. My home is 65 years old; upkept but old none the less 3. My home sits on a slop so to ladder my windows you'd better be darn skiiled. 4. My windows and screens were not cleaned for a LONG time.... I'm embarresed to say. 5. Terran drove to my home to give me the estimate (he did this in February of this year) He gave me the estimate and that was that. and now seven months later, I call him and politely explain that its been at least seven months and I wanted him to check his estimate. Well, the answer I got was "same price" and the rest is history. The job was simply UNBELIEVABLE. I know he took a long time and I'm not certain if that was what he expected. I won't be offended with an upcharge but guess what? No upcharge. Sparkling clean. The blinds were left raised so I got home to SPARKLING BRIGHT HOUSE!!!!! Thank you Terran! So I don't have to wait another gazillion months, I've asked Terran to put me an a bi annual schedule. How great is that???? Hey Yelpers! He's your guy!

I wish I could leave 0 stars…read more My boyfriend's father scheduled an entire-house window cleaning with Mauka Cleaning Co. We prepared the home by moving furniture and belongings away from every window so they would have easy access. As a result, our house was left in disarray, but we planned to put everything back after the appointment. Fifteen minutes before our scheduled appointment, Mauka Cleaning Co. called to cancel due to "maintenance issues." While disappointing, we understood that emergencies happen. Since our house was already prepared, we agreed to reschedule for three days later. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, they never showed up. At the scheduled time, there was no call, text, or email. Multiple attempts to reach them went unanswered. Four hours later, they finally contacted us to apologize and said they understood if we no longer wanted to use their services. We rearranged our schedules, took time off work, and lived with our home in disarray for several days because of the first cancellation, only to be completely stood up on the rescheduled appointment. Mistakes happen, but failing to communicate with customers after already rescheduling once is unacceptable. Based on our experience, I can't recommend this company.
