I was quoted what any other licensed company would have charged but I had no other choice. When they were here to work there was usually multiple kids here painting. Not adults. And not professionals. So I guess that's why the work turned out looking like kids did it. They didn't tape things off nor did they use drop cloths and was very vocal about not getting paint in the house or the rock beds due to the house being up for sale. Paint is EVERYWHERE and roller marks all over the place. On top of that they painted (or didn't I should say) the interior doors. They look worse than they did when I sent them with them. So if you want to pay professional rates, for Children's work, more work than you started with, and for shortcuts to be taken then these are your guys. Also after contacting them about the results after payment... no response.

It was a mess! A friend of mine referred me to RJV Cleaning Services. They are a fairly new small business and have been doing business by word of mouth. We had all of our windows coated with Diamond Coatings by Chris Loustalot. I held off writing anything because I wanted to be sure this coating would last. It's been 2 years and I am comfortable saying it is a quality product and worth doing. Chris treated all of our windows and after 2 years they are still so easy to clean. I posted a couple of photos, one is an untreated window and the other after treatment. Note I said treatment, not cleaning. The one with the water spots is after the window was washed and dried, that's when I realized they missed treating the window. I called Chris and he returned to inspect and quickly treated the window. With our views, we all need clean windows! Treat your windows as soon as possible. If new, this is the perfect time, of old, the windows can still be restored and treated.

When we first moved in to our apartment fully covered with carpet, It was a bit of a job to train our dogs to be potty trained. Eventually there grew an odor and when you came into the apartment you knew there were a few dogs living here. We tried water vacuums, lots of air freshener, anything you could think of. Also walking on the carpet, it did not feel the same from when we first moved in. We even had water damage that was untreated for several months. Its was so bad to the point we never sat on the floor unless we had a thick blanket/mat to sit on and we had indoor slippers. (I know its embarassing) We contacted Tai and he responded very quickly!. He was very friendly and gave us a quote that was very affordable. It took a while for us to figure out a date for them to come in and clean the house, Tai was very patient with us. We also only gave him a 2 week notice and he was able to squeeze us in so we could meet our deadline! That was the best! When we came back after the job was done the odor was gone. And the floor felt nice. I was able to go down on my knees and smell the floor. Not to mention it was quick! It was crazy how fast and how well it was done! Overall, very quick responses, very nice, and very good job!

My husband and I just completed renovation of our forever home and researched cleaners on Yelp for…read morea post construction clean. We interviewed 4 cleaners. We really liked Ingrid and Jesse the most from our in person interview, and hired them despite being close to double the price of the next lower bid because we had hoped to have them as our long term house cleaners. They came and cleaned the house doing a decent clean as if it were a general home clean but they did not do a thorough post-construction clean, which was clearly what they had estimated for. After the clean, there were tape residues left throughout the house on tile floors and counter tops (some shown below are more visible because of subsequent dirt accumulation). There were grout residues on most tile surfaces. And, several other small cleaning details were overlooked that shouldn't have been. As busy as we were during the move, I didn't address this until I received the invoice a month later. I sent an email to Ingrid over 3 weeks ago about our disappointment in their services and followed up with a text, and I still have not received follow-up. I can't recommend their services to anyone.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!!…read more This company proved to be professional and kept their word from start to finish. Ingrid was very communicative, thorough, patient, and friendly. I needed her services because my Mom had recently passed and my condo needed some serious cleaning TLC! She sent a crew as proposed, however the scope of the cleaning project changed somewhat. Her site manager, Zenon, was wonderful at asking questions and being very thorough as we walked through my home. He offered additional suggestions where appropriate and listened to my needs. He was incredibly polite, kind, and attentive, showing incredible attention to detail with each new room we walked. Zenon reported back to Ingrid the small changes that he recommended based upon now being in the space, and Ingrid communicated back to me that everything was good to go. The team of three men worked hard the entire time. There was no down time - I could hear vacuuming and mopping and activity going on continuously. They were very careful with my personal belongings and respectful of my home at all times. I plan to use them for my regular cleaning needs monthly and for a future additional deep clean in about two or three months from now. Their customer service has earned my ultimate trust 100%. The total final cost came in at the lower end of Ingrid's estimated quote, and although I did not necessarily expect that, it was a pleasant surprise. Zenon also shared that they can move/haul away unwanted items. I know I will need their services in this area too at some point in the next year. One last thing: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Read that again. There is no discount when it comes to certain things, and I believe housekeeping is one of those things! If you are trusting professionals to do a good job, not break or damage your things, and wanting them to not use cheap chemicals on your personal belongings and in your home, you need to pay for it. The price I paid was the amount of my budget I had hoped to spend. Don't cut corners when it comes to this! I cannot stress this enough.

My auntie's windows shine and sparkle now that they have been professionally cleaned…read more The other day my auntie had mentioned to me how her windows were looking sort of nasty and that I should help her clean them before they get stained to the point of no return. She actually has her front lawn windows stained with water spots from the sprinklers. We have hard water so window cleaning might be something that prevent the water from spotting on the glass. I found Da Hawaiian Window cleaner on the internet and called them up. Risaac was so professional and polite, even offered to come out and give me a free estimate which he just so happened to be in the area so he was here with-in two hours. Considering the danger of getting up on my auntie's roof I would never attempt to clean her own windows on my own. It is just one of those things where you should call a professional. After having them cleaned the house windows it feels so much more brighter that I had to follow suit and clean the rest of her house.....well the blinds at least, I will get around to the kitchen and tv room sometime in the next 2 weeks, lol :) Risaac gave me a good tip for maintaining anybody's front lawn windows: I learned that the sprinkler system from my yard should not be over spraying onto your house or anywhere near your windows or walking areas for that matter. If it does, call a yard guy to fix it. The water from the sprinklers will leave that hard water spots on your glass and the sun will follow up to bake it into your window. Although the window cleaner was able clean the glass he was not able to remove the hard water without using a machine which I did not want to pay for. So he tried his best to get the stains out with his chemicals but it was too severe and required the polisher.
