Marcelo was quick and responsive. He was honest about not sure if he could get the spot out of my car and the rate for my couch cleaner was affordable. He came early and was ready to go. He is very and nice and even my dogs liked him. They usually bark at guys. After he did the couch, he took a stab at my car and got the blue ink out. Since my primary home is in California, I need an honest and reliable cleaning company who I can trust to clean my house when I'm not there. After speaking with Travis, the owner, on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. The first cleaning there was a slight hiccup, but that was due to MY fault. I gave them a key that didn't work, and the cleaning crew had to wait 40 minutes before they could get inside. I felt bad because it made them late to the rest of their appointments that day. Still, Travis was very professional and made things happen! Due to my error, they didn't have time to wash the sheets or towels, but Travis said they would do it off-site and return them to me when I'm in town (which he did). Talk about going the extra mile! In terms of the cleaning, they did an excellent job! Everything was neat, tidy and in its place. There wasn't one area that they missed.
