When Michael came, he looked at the house and ended up quoting $700 ! And apparently windows are a separate cost ??? WEIRD . Of course I opted for no windows to be done. I can easily just wipe it myself. The house was in about 7/10 maybe even 8/10 condition . It wasn't entirely super dirty in my opinion except for the dusty baseboards but I guess because of that alone, it cost $700 . I only hired this company and chose this company because of the fact I thought I was gonna get an affordable price and my property manager said I needed a professional cleaner with receipts but honestly, if I knew I was gonna pay that much, I would've gone with Maids in Oahu or something . Another thing is he brought a lady (Christine) from another cleaning company (Maid to Shine LLC) to do the work and when I asked for a receipt, she wrote it out on a thank you card (kind of unprofessional but to each their own) and when I examined the house after she had left, I noticed one of the kitchen cabinets were untouched for some reason so now I have to go back in and clean it. I honestly was not impressed. I could've done a better cleaning and I'm sure I could've gotten a cheaper price from other cleaning companies. I basically paid them $140/hr for the house to be cleaned WITHOUT windows (they were there for 5 hours). 2 stars because I scheduled two days before the initial meet date and they were able to come on Sunday.

Bermie was extremely transparent and responsive (I was kind of communicating with him regularly such that it felt like I was nagging him - but Bermie never made me feel that I was. On the day of the cleaning, which is the day I am writing this review, Bermie and his team (who I later found to be his wife and brother in law) arrived on time and had all their equipment ready. Bermie informed me they'll take about 3 hours, but it was much closer to 4 (started 4PM and finished nearly at 8PM - this is NOT a bad thing). All I can say is Bermie and his team did so well at cleaning my rental apartment that I was actually thinking to myself, "man, I should move back in!" You can't go wrong with trying out Bermie and his team, folks. They are experienced, dedicated, and really put the work in. I definitely will get Bermie and his team to come clean my new place soon!
