I came to Pacific BMW not knowing a clue of what vehicle I was going to purchase, but thanks to the help of Rene, he provided the best service I could possible ever imagined. He took his time explain the various models and helped me proceed to find the vehicle that best fit my needs. Rene was extremely welcoming and understanding of my needs and with his help, I left with a vehicle the same day. If you are going to Pacific BMW, go and ask for Rene. My interaction today with Pacific BMW was not for the purpose of purchasing/leasing a vehicle but for returning my vehicle (lease end). If I could give more than 5 stars for the world class outstanding service I was given from Ivan. Thank you Ivan for your professionalism, you exceeded my expectations and made this process unbelievably smooth and easy. I appreciate your communication skills, approach and patience. You answered and explained each question with integrity and in a manner that allowed me to feel comfortable to sign and complete my final paperwork. Employees like Ivan are the heart and the soul of the company and those are the employees that will result in repeated business and ongoing customer satisfaction. Thank you Sevak (manager), for having such a great team and for providing the best service to all you customers. read more

I had an amazing customer's service experience at Pacific BMW over the weekend....To start off with, I am a stickler about having a WOW customer service experience when it comes to buying something big. My first experience with James - the internet sales person was top notch. He listened to me and addressed my questions and concerns. He had Soran Hawlery, the Sales Manager contact me about the car that I wanted. Soran was awesome! He explained to me what deal he could do over the phone. There were no back-and-forth. We came to an agreement and the deal was done in 15 minutes. Not like some of the dealerships. I hate the bullshit conversations and wasting time. I went to the dealership to test drive the car, Soran and Nelli came to greet me. Soran let me know that he was finishing up with another customer and that Nelli would be doing the test drive with me. She was awesome as well. This is what I expected and they were amazing from beginning to end. The other amazing thing is that Soran does his own paperwork, so he will be with you from beginning to end - from making the deal to completing the paperwork with you versus you having to go to the finance department to do the paperwork. The whole process took about 30 minutes, which is pretty awesome!! Please, if you are looking for a BMW, make sure to contact Soran!! He will take care of you. You will not be disappointed. read more

"PACIFIC BMW is hands down the best BMW dealer in Southern California. The level of customer service is unmatched, the service is unmatched, and the friendly environment is heartfelt. This is our first BMW and it won't be our last. Soran (sales manager) took care of us from beginning to end, and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Andy (care rep) is very knowledgeable and friendly. He guided us through the entire process regarding our i3. We highly recommended PACIFIC BMW!!" read more

Pacific BMW - Auto Repair Near Me - Glendale, California

We were looking for a new car in December and were in the Mercedes dealership in Glendale. The car left us underwhelmed so we were wandering down the road to the Infiniti dealership when we passed the BMW dealership and saw a car that looked interesting. We went image, checked the car out, took it for a test drive and bought it. This is due, in part, to the incredible attention we received from James, who guided us through every part of the process of buying our X1. In the interim, James has kept us in the loop over other offers and deals and I fully intend on buying either another X1 or an X2 from him when my current lease expires. BMW, take note, it is salesmen like James who keep customers coming back again and again. It's worth noting that we also went to the other BMW dealers in the area and their customer service was not even remotely as good as the service we received from James and Pacific. read more

A tale of 2 Dealers: I purchased the car here at Pacific about 1 year ago. I live in Southbay LA so I routinely have it serviced at South Bay BMW as it's in my neighborhood. I had a flat tire and have run flats on my car. Apparently there is a wheel lock, and when I received the car, the wheel key was not included. This became an ordeal as I put more and more miles on my tire trying to get it off. To sum up the story, South Bay wanted to charge me $460 for a tire PLUS and additional $193 to take the wheel lock off. I carefully drove to Pacific BMW and within 10 minutes, they had all 4 locks off as requested, free of charge, plus I snuck a cup of their free lattes while waiting. Michael, the service rep who helped me was amazingly nice and friendly. I can't believe how 2 dealerships can be so different. If you want to be nickel and dimed, and wait in line to pay for your coffee at their in-house "Starbucks" which doesn't even accept the Starbucks app, go throw your money away at South Bay. If you want friendly, easy, and honest service, go to Pacific. read more

Yesterday we bought a used 640i from Frank Maharajh. The car was available as promised, and turned out to be everything promised. Frank was charming, humorous, had good eye contact, informative and never pushy. The experience was a delight from the 1st handshake. When we got into Finance, a misunderstanding had us walking out the door. But Frank stepped in and saved the day. It's not that problems occur in life, it's how you handle them that matters. And Frank handled it peacefully, and we left feeling good about our experience. I would recommend Frank to anyone! read more

Three years ago I walked in to Pacific BMW in Glendale to look at some cars and was approached by Ed Tiempo. He was very professional, knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of my questions. We took the x5 I liked for a spin and I loved it. He worked very hard to get me a Great deal( better then other 5 dealerships)and I leased the car from him that day. He made sure to give me his # and asked me to call him if I had any questions and also followed up with me to make sure I was 100% happy. For the past three years every time I called him with questions he was always there for me and was very helpful . When my lease was up I wanted to get other BMW and the only person I wanted to deal with and was confident about was Ed. As expected the second time he helped me to get the best deal in town on a 7 series and was even answering my calls on his day off . I highly recommend Ed and will always confidently recommend everyone to him knowing that they will be in good hands with him. Thank you Ed Tiempo for excellent customer service and for being there for your customers for years even after the sale of the car. read more

I have been bring my x5 to Pacific BMW for the past three years for servicing. The service is amazing here! I can make appointments with in days or one week in advance depending on the loaner availability. All the service personals are patient and knowledgeable. I would buy another BMW solely because of the great aftercare service I get at this dealership. read more

Iv leased one car from them in the past and have been on the market to lease another since my original lease is ending and I have had the hardest time trying to get a hold of anyone to give prices. Business must be booming for everyone here because they don't seem interested in even talking to you. Forget working out a deal - I'm purely talking about just talking to them in general. Better off going elsewhere read more

Had a great experience with Frank Maharajh I walked in with a set mentality regarding what I was willing to pay monthly and how much down payment I was willing to give for a car. Frank had great customer service skills and was polite, and understanding. Definitely recommending this dealership to my friends and family. read more

SERVICE DEPARTMENT - Marco Fausto (Service Consultant) I have had four BMWs over the last 14 years and I have been to numerous dealerships and Mechanics. By far, Marco Fausto is the BEST service tech I have ever dealt with. Marco is trustworthy and I have never felt pressured or taken advantage of when my car has been serviced at this location. He does a great job communicating what is wrong with your car and makes a concerted effort to inform you in a timely manner (both by email and phone). My 5-series has undergone some major mechanical issues over the last year and is no longer under warranty. Marco itemized the issues that needed to be fixed and went back through the service record to see what issues were still under warranty from previous repairs, just to minimize my out-of-pocket costs. Great car buying experience. I was referred to Greg Poland from several BMW Forums. So i emailed him about building a 2016 X5. Received a email back with a great quote within 20 min. I stop in a few days later to get the build started, he entered the build in with all the color/package/options that i wanted and received a production order number instantly. So the wait for the vehicle to be build and delivered begins. During the wait process he emailed me several times with the status of the vehicle and then received a email that the vehicle just arrived at the dealership. Took exactly 4 weeks from placing the order till it arriving at the dealership. Overall, I would highly recommend Greg Poland and Pacific BMW if you are looking to purchase or lease a BMW. read more

I went to 2 or 3 different places before coming here. I called Pacific, talked to Ed Tiempo. He made me a deal I cannot refused. I droved more than an hour to get there. It was very late when I got there. dealer close at 9pm I got there at 8:30pm. No problem. Ed took care of me, make sure I did a test drive. And that I am happy with the vehicle. Everything checked out ok. Was done at 10pm. Ed was most helpful. Eventhough it was a small purchase. Makes me feel like I bought something much more. Next day found some problems, dent on roof of my car. Call Ed, and he took care of the dent. There was a missing second smart key, Ed ordered me another one. No problem. Since it is a certified pre-own, I don't expect it not being perfect. But Shouldn't be in this condition. There where also paint defects on my hood. Also one of the original smart key was all worn with corrosion on the key. Air condition making noises, vibrations when air is on max setting. I am not complaining on the service. But more disappointed with the conditions on a Certified pre-own. Vehicle is 2 years old with 24k miles. This is my first BMW. I may not buy another one because of this experience. Thanks Ed Tiempo for all your help. This is not towards you. read more

Rarely do I feel that a dealership deserves a 5* rating especially on the sales side. I was shopping on the internet for a new BMW and got a competitive quote from this dealership. Although they were in LA, it seemed worth the drive. The best thing about the whole experience that followed was the fact that there were no surprises. The sales person I dealt with - Julio Navarro - got me exactly the terms he had originally promised me (even a little better) and it was a seamless process to return my leased car and pick up the new car. The whole process at the dealership took us less than 2 hours. Julio was super responsive throughout the process of configuring, ordering and picking up the car. And the drive back on Highway 1 from LA to the Bay Area is an epic way to enjoy a new car. read more

Stop right here. If you need to take your BMW in for service, take it to Pacific BMW with no worries at all. Every service advisor is connected with one another which makes them much more knowledgeable about your vehicles issues. Of course, there are a few advisors with exceptional knowledge but overall they all are great as a team unlike I have ever seen at any other dealership. From entry to exit, everything is just incredible. Not every dealer you go to provides green apples and bananas while you wait for your paperwork ya know. I am a BMW loyal customer since 2005, and I have been taking all 6 of my BMWs to this dealership for service. Never let down. The service manager is like no other manager out there. He certainly earned the Manager title. I have never picked up my car with an issue. Except maybe they need to completely dry the vehicle after washing it before bringing it to the customer haha. As far as sales, Dominick is the godfather period. He looks like Poseidon in a suit so you can't miss him. The GM is also an awesome guy that actually cares about their customers. This place is basically like an Apple store for BMW. Its a live building with everything going on inside. Keep up the good work guys. read more

If you're not using Greg Poland to purchase your next vehicle, you're making a big mistake. This is my second purchase from Greg and the experience was amazing. I came in for an appointment and was assigned with Chris Choe. The website said that the car I wanted was available and I even messaged one of his assistants to see that it was indeed available. I came in possibly looking to lease one of their service loaners as the incentives and the monthly payment on them were great. As soon as I came in he said, why would you get an X2? It's my preference not yours! This guy tried to downsell the car not sell it. The guy who helped with the test drive, Eddie was very polite and was great with explaining the features of the car. He seemed like he could be better at selling cars than Chris. All in all, this experience is just horrible. I didn't even get to see the car that I wanted and it was not even available. The guy tried to make me get something else when my mind was set on the X2. Makes me doubt whether if I would get a BMW product or not. Thanks for wasting my time, Pacific BMW! Also, check your inventory before saying a car is available. read more

Came here for the accessory fest event. You could definitely tell they put a lot of thought and money into the festivities. I'd give it 4 starts because of the great band, music and atmosphere. Also they let any cars into the events main parking and I saw some beat up ricer cars that shouldn't have been there. read more

2 Stars: Shade on Fleek After moving to Glendale 8 years ago, and being exclusively a BMW owner, Pacific BMW has been my go-to for service and repairs. The staff and associates are friendly and communicate well. The issue is that the past few times I came in for service, something just "didn't feel right." I felt like I was being upcharged, buying services I did not actually need, and really had no wherewithal to know otherwise. But, I figured a huge company like BMW would be the most honest of all auto repair places. I gotta say, I was wrong and my naivety has cost me a lot of dough over the years. Everything from replacing my tires to insisting on steering fluid, I just knew it was not necessary. After researching online (and finally listening to my husband - yes, ladies, husbands are right too!), I finally took my car to a Yelp-discovered independent mechanic, as my car computer indicated my rear tire brakes had 800 miles left on them (SIDE NOTE: I just had my brakes fixed by Pacific a few months ago). Th independent mechanic told me that after my car has been serviced, that my computer had not been reset. He said all of my scans he read did not match up with the physical inspections he did on all of my car's tune up items. I knew that the alerts I was getting made no sense, at all, over the years. I have a sneaking suspicion they do this on purpose to get you back in for repairs you may not need, then possibly upsell you on more stuff you don't need. This is just my opinion, but I think I'm right. In fact, my rear tires were not in need of replacing...at all. Just a heads up....I will not go to Pacific BMW again, for anything, ever. Good Luck! This is a company that before they make sales they promise you the world, but after the sale is complete they do not follow up on their promises. I have been a loyal customer of Pacific BMW for many years and have got numerous vehicles from them, including the many friend and family referrals that I have sent over. Yet, Pacific BMW has officially lost a long term customer because of their lack of professionalism and their inability to follow through with a promise. I was encouraged to purchase Excess Wear and Tear Insurance from Pacific BMW's sales representative, Greg Poland. I was ensured that the Excess Wear and Tear Insurance would cover wear and tear damage up to $5000. However, in September of 2017 I returned my car and shortly after received a bill for mileage overage and wear and tear damage from BMW Financial. I paid for my portion, which was only the mileage overage, and informed Greg Poland via text, email, and letter that Pacific BMW was required to cover the rest, that is, the wear and tear damage. A few months after, I received a bill from BMW financial that NOTHING was paid from Pacific BMW for the wear and tear. I contacted Greg Poland who promised he would look into it and promised he would take care of it. Afterwards, I received a collection warning from BMW financial and contacted Greg Poland. On January 4, 2018 I contacted Greg Poland and all of the managers of Pacific BMW via email and informed them thoroughly of the situation. I was immediately contacted by Greg Poland who again promised he would take care of the matter. Eventually, BMW Financial was paid for a portion of the amount from the Excess Wear and Tear Insurance, but not fully. I kept receiving bills from BMW financial and forwarded all of them to Greg Poland. Afterwards, I received a collection letter from BMW financial warning that my credit will affected if the remaining bill is not paid for immediately. In order not to have my credit affected, I was forced into a corner and had to pay for the remaining balance. Upon which, I, again, informed Pacific BMW's manager via email, including Greg Poland, about the situation. Greg Poland reached out to me again and assured me that the matter would be taken care of. I sent the last email to Pacific BMW and all known managers on July 2, 2018. I have given Pacific BMW ample opportunity to resolve this issue. Yet, they still promise to take care of this matter and as soon as we hang up they take no action to take care of this situation. I will be filing a complaint with BMW USA and the Better Business Bureau in regard to this matter. Pacific BMW has lost a loyal customer. I stress that any future consumer be weary of any empty promises Pacific BMW or known associates make. read more

I was helped by Serge at Pacific BMW and I was not thrilled with the experience. I was looking at a used X5 and ended up buying a brand new X3 from Century BMW. Serge was not open to negotiations and it took speaking to his supervisor after some attitude with him to get a lower price after being told it was the absolute bottom line. I am a young female and although I might look like I don't know how to negotiate I am in law school and do a fair amount of negotiating and it is pretty easy to tell when someone is trying to strong arm you rather than help you. I was pretty clear about what I could afford in terms of a monthly payment and he was unwilling to do any creative deal making to get me to that price. To top it all off I explained why I thought they should give me a lower price on the car, because the car had been sitting in their inventory since February. Serge said "I don't know where you got that information that is a lie". Guess what Serge it was on the carfax that YOU PRINTED FOR ME and your manager even apologized for 1) Accusing me of lying and 2) You lying to me. He probably should have realized that dealing with a young woman doesn't mean you are dealing with someone who can't read a simple document. I ended up in a car at Century that was much more expensive (45k instead of 36k) but some creative dealmaking on their part got me to a lower monthly payment (70 dollars cheaper) than the used X5 that was 9 thousand dollars cheaper. Had Serge and his manager, who was actually really rude on the phone and at one point said he won't sell me a car, done the same they actually could have made a much bigger sale. Turns out Serge used to work at Century BMW and I learned while I was there he has a pretty bad reputation. When I decided to go with the new X3 instead of the X5 I sent Serge a very nice text, even though I was generally displeased with how the negotiation progressed. I let him know it was business and nothing personal but I got a better deal at Century. I thanked him for all his help and told him maybe we can do business together in the future. He never responded. Needless to say I will NEVER buy from this dealership. I'm sure their service department does an ok job but don't go here if you want to be sold a car from someone honest who is looking to make a good deal for both parties. Wanting a lower monthly payment doesn't mean you need a smaller sale. Like I said creative dealmaking is truly the way to get a deal that everyone is pleased with and Serge actually missed out on a much bigger deal that would have benefitted him. Looking at the Yelp page I was shocked at some of the responses from the dealership. Customer service is actually a really easy concept, be nice, honest and helpful. Maybe after so many people have complained they will get it and turn around their service but I am not holding my breath. Go to Century BMW they were AMAZING!! read more

I unfortunately had an issue with fuel injectors about a week after purchasing a CPO 535i. I took the car in and my service adviser, Henry, was super nice and made sure I got a loaner vehicle. The car was fixed after a few days and pickup was quick and easy. The check engine light came on about a day after pickup, so I scheduled an appointment and met with Henry a second time. He got me another loaner car and once the issue was addressed and fixed, pickup was again quick and easy. Although I've had some mechanical problems in the first few weeks of ownership, Henry took care of me and made sure I was treated well. I would recommend Pacific BMW, the staff were friendly and accommodating! read more

Dealing with the service department at Pacific BMW has been very frustrating. Several weeks ago, I took my car in for the routine 45k mile maintenance. When I dropped the car off, I also asked them to take a look at the stereo and see if it would be possible to add an auxiliary input jack. I already had a Sirius radio installed and wasn't sure if I could add another input. They told me that since I had the Sirius radio installed, that they wouldn't be able to add an aux input. I told them explicitly to keep the Sirius radio connected. When I picked up my car, (after 4 days of them working on it) I went to turn on the Sirius radio and it didn't even show up as an option anymore! It's like it doesn't even exist. I asked my service manager about it, and he said he'd look into it for me. After waiting a week and leaving him a couple voicemails, I still didn't hear back from him. Finally I was able to book a follow-on appointment via email. After the second appointment, I was told that they couldn't figure out what the problem was and they would be unable to fix it. They told me that since my Sirius radio was a non-BMW unit, there was nothing they could do. (Even though I have the OEM manual for the Sirius radio, stating that it is a BMW unit.) So, the bottom line is, they broke my Sirius radio on the first visit and then refused to fix it on the second, even though it was THEIR fault that it stopped working! Add in the fact that maintenance and repairs are super-expensive here, not to mention the level of communication and respect is severely lacking, and there's no way that I can recommend Pacific BMW for service. read more

I've been to the service center multiple times and I would say Gilbert is my favorite advisor yet, made the process extremely quick and easy. I understand this dealership is the closest one to glendale/burbank residents so it can get crowded at times when waiting for a loaner vehicle, but that's understandable. Just request for a loaner when making your service appt online and the rest should be handled. Taking your car to service should be dreaded but with pacific Bmw that's not the case at all. read more
