Terrible is all I can say about this place. Ive had a BMW since 2014, personally dont like BMW's but I tried to help someone out and co-signed for them on this vehicle (lesson learned) and he left his car including the payments on me after only 1 year of driving it not to mention wrecking the vehicle from top the bottom before handing it over. Which is why I was counting down the days until I get this car back to the dealership. My lease was due to end 01/02/2018. In October or early November I made an appointment and took it in for inspection and they told me that they would let me know what I needed to fix before my lease was done. They took my car and within 30 minutes a gentlman came over to me and advised that if I wanted to do a full inspection then they would have to take it in over the weekend and send it to one of the BMW specialists to get me an exact quote. (didnt I make an appointment with a specialist to do this already?why am I here?). Then he pointed out all the bumps and scratches that would cost me an arm and a leg to fix with them or I had an option to take it to a body shop I knew and get it fixed for cheaper. I decided to take that option and come back with all the fixes to turn it in. I was leaving out of town for the holidays so I wouldnt be back until Jan 3,2018 my lease was up Jan 2,2018 plus I was so anxious to get rid of the car that I called BMW and made an appointment to turn it in a few days early. I got the appointment originally with a gentleman named Rafy Hatamian, when we arrived there it was so busy there was no where to sit, Rafy was called over and he introduced himself with the utmost respect and professionalism, until of course he asked me if we were thinking of getting another BMW, which my answer was no and everything changed after that, suddenly we were directed to go sit in the front instead of his private room and he would be right back. After 2 minutes another guy approached me named Andy who was really nice but he then said "Rafy is with a client right now so I will be helping you out..." Umm Rafy was assigned to me and had an appointment with me how does he all of a sudden have another client? Andy advised the inspection would take 45 minutes to an hour so we went to run an errand down the street, 40 minutes later Chris Alex called me and told me eveything is fine however my tires are really low and that it needed to be serviced before I can turn it in orelse they were going to charge me $2000. The service was free (finally something free) but the tires would cost me $300 each tire. NO thanks, Ill take care of the tires myself, After the holidays my car was done (which I had to call them and ask for the status of my car), I called BMW to get the size and dimensions of the tires so that I can make an accurate appointment with the tire shop and make sure they had these specific tires in stock. When I called them they transffered me over to the service department and they couldnt even tell me the size of my tires. I asked if he services BMW's and he said yes all the time but he couldnt give me a simple tire size. I even asked if they can pull up my file to find this information and he couldnt do that at all. This experience has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dealership. I'd never come back here ever! read more

Shopping for cars via the internet is the best way to consolidate time and effort. When I purchased my 2004 BMW 745Li, I did the same thing...shopped 8-10 dealers with the same car specifications and worked the best deal I could get. If you are familiar with the car and all the specifications, and definitely have already test drove the same model to know what you are about to drive, there is no reason not to shop multiple dealers via Internet Sales. Needless to say it saves lots of time, fuel, and aggravation to shop from home where you control the scenario. Dealers always want to get you into their showroom. After I test drove the X5, I knew what I wanted and began my internet shopping. Every dealer has a Internet Sales division which is their specialty. I dealt with 8 dealers and eventually gave my business to Anto Antamian at Pacific BMW because he gave me his best price up front no other dealer could touch. No haggling, or negotiations needed with Anto. Not only the best price, but he offered and gave me an even better deal because he knew I was a serious buyer and did not want to lose my business. Anto provided the best personable service I have ever experienced when buying a car. He made sure I was taken care of, happy, informed, and always took the extra steps. Not only am I very happy with my new BMW (2016 X5 xDrive i50), I am honored to know that I gained a new friend in the process. To make a long story short, during my shopping experience and subsequent custom factory order, I was involved in a Road Rage attack on the freeway where my 2004 BMW 745Li was totaled. Anto was integral in helping me understand the potential options I might be facing with my 2004 BMW. His helpfulness was very much appreciated during this very stressful time in my life. Fortunately, I was not seriously hurt and several witnesses called in and helped sort out the stories I was reporting to the CHP and what the Road Rage idiot was telling them. Those witnesses told it like they saw it and the other driver was at fault for the collision and I was a victim of a crime. Not a great time to be thinking about buying a new car but I had started this process before this happened. After a week of rehab and building courage to get behind the wheel again, I was able to take delivery of my new X5. The car is incredibly comfortable, easy to drive, fun, and relaxing. The process from purchase to driving it home was equally pleasant which I owe Anto all the credit. I'm back again! I reviewed my fabulous experience at Pacific BMW almost 2 years ago when I first leased my BMW, and I just felt the need to write another review on my amazing service experience thanks to Arman Isakhanian​. Every single time I've taken my car in for service, it's been a pleasant experience. But I wanted to share this particular time because of the special situation. My car was involved in a hit and run while it was parked May of this year, and I noticed it had been driving a little different ever since. So when I took it in for service, Arman was there to help me every step of the way. I pulled my car up, I stepped out to talk with Arman about the situation, and then a nice lady came up to me with a tray of chocolate covered strawberries and offered me some. Like what?? Talk about VIP treatment! Not to mention they have a great waiting room where they play cool movies, have wifi, and tons of snacks to keep your belly full so that's always a plus. Oh and they have a great coffee/latte/hot cocoa machine and massage chairs in their other waiting room so that's always NICE! In short, while Arman gave me the rundown of what the next steps would be, I just appreciated how articulate he was in explaining things, and I could tell that he actually cared. He was very thorough from the initial meeting up until I met him when I picked up my car, and if I ever had a question or concern he would explain until I fully understood. I also noticed that he was very conscious and considerate of my time because he seemed very aware that most people typically have busy schedules and can't spend too much time at the service center of a dealership, so he explained everything in a timely fashion and still got me out of there in no time. While my car was being serviced, Arman was communicating directly with my car insurance and giving me updates as needed so I never had to worry or check in on the status. And when I finally picked up my car, I noticed when I pulled up all the flat screens on the wall said "Welcome back Ms. Rincon!" It's just the little details of Pacific BMW I notice that make such a big impression. You will always be greeted coming and going with friendly faces and people who care. So that is why there is no point in going anywhere else because Pacific BMW sets the standard high. ABSOLUTE 5 STARS FOR PACIFIC BMW GLENDALE After 20+ BMW leases, enough paperwork to qualify for a law degree, and enough dealership visits to accidentally become a part-time BMW historian, I feel uniquely qualified to write this review. I've done business with Center BMW Sherman Oaks, Bob Smith BMW Calabasas, Century West BMW North Hollywood, and several others over the years. They're all fine. But let's get straight to the point: BOB at Pacific BMW Glendale is operating on a completely different software version. The man is a wizard. I'm convinced he has access to a secret BMW server hidden somewhere deep in Bavaria because every time I asked for something, instead of hearing "let me check," somehow the answer became "done." My beautiful wife and I walked in with expectations. We walked out with smiles, a gorgeous BMW iX for her, a ridiculously fun BMW Z Roadster for me, and somehow a better mood than when we arrived. The entire experience was smooth, professional, stress-free, and most importantly--nobody played the usual dealership Olympics where you're passed between seventeen people carrying calculators and mysterious pieces of paper. Special thanks to the Armenian floor managers as well. Those gentlemen deserve their own superhero movie. I came in expecting a car deal and left wondering if these guys secretly solve international diplomatic conflicts during lunch breaks. As a business owner, I appreciate professionalism, efficiency, and people who do exactly what they say they're going to do. Bob checked every box. At this point my family has made an executive decision: if Bob ever changes dealerships, we might accidentally follow him there. Seriously. If you're looking for a BMW, here's my professional advice: Step 1: Stop reading Google. Step 2: Call Bob. Step 3: Relax. That's the entire strategy. I recently purchased a 2023 Nissan Maxima SR from this dealership just three weeks ago. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Shortly after the purchase, I encountered a problem with the driver's side back door--it wouldn't open. I returned to the dealership to address this issue. I was initially approached by a polite gentleman who listened to my concern. However, when he spoke to Armando about the problem, his response was dismissive, claiming that the dealership "didn't sell the car like that" and that it was my responsibility to handle it. I couldn't believe the attitude, especially considering how new the vehicle is . Adding to my frustration, I noticed several warning lights on the dashboard: the maintenance light, oil change indicator, and tire pressure warning. Additionally, my brakes are making noises that suggest they need to be replaced. Given that I've only had the vehicle for three weeks, I find it unacceptable that these issues are arising so soon I was only offered a complementary oil change after encountering multiple issues. The oil change took an unexpectedly long time--about 3 1/2 hours--and when I inquired about my car, I was told they were waiting for the oil to be delivered. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially since I was simply eager to get my vehicle back. All I really wanted was to have my door fixed, but the delay and lack of clear communication made the experience quite disappointing. I hope they can improve their service efficiency and communication. I was told that as the car passes This is concerning because the vehicle was barely on the edge of passing inspection, and I haven't yet received my license plates or made my first payment. Overall, I feel this dealership's customer service has been lacking. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from BMW in Glendale, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting the vehicle beforehand, especially if it's used. It appears they may sell cars with existing issues and dismiss concerns rather than ensuring the car is in good condition. My advice is to be cautious and diligent before purchasing any vehicle from this dealership. read more

Pacific BMW resembles nothing more than a chaotic circus or perhaps a kindergarten playground, it seems like they prioritize flaunting their designer clothing and strutting around as if they're on a fashion runway instead of focusing on customer service and professionalism. A few months back, I received a call from Pacific BMW, and the representative inquired about my future plans regarding my car lease since I had only 7 payments left. They suggested I consider an EV and mentioned that it was the right time to order one. An appointment was scheduled to discuss payment details, the vehicle, and lease return fees. However, the individual assisting me seemed to have an ever-changing narrative. He continuously flip-flopped, often consulting with his manager and altering his statements. The meeting ended in sheer frustration, leaving me with more questions than answers. Fast forward to today, after two months, I received another call from Pacific BMW. This time, they reiterated that I had only 5 payments left and that I had expressed interest in the i4 model, which they claimed to have in stock with Labor Day promotions. Once again, an appointment was scheduled. However, my "assistant" during this visit seemed utterly clueless about my purpose for being there. After checking my VIN number, he informed me that I had 10 payments remaining, a shocking contradiction to what I had been told earlier. Exasperated, I showed him my BMW account, which clearly indicated 5 payments remaining, aligning with what I had been informed during the appointment booking call. He went off to consult with someone else and came back, apologetically stating that I had 8 payments left. After a brief argument and further examination of my account, he recalculated and said I had 6 payments left. To make matters worse, he informed me that they had a surplus of 3 Series models and were unwilling to work with me or buy back my car. I couldn't help but think, "Wait, what?!" My advice to potential customers would be to approach Pacific BMW with caution and perhaps seek alternatives where transparency and reliability are more readily found. read more

My experience with Pacific BMW started when my father stumbled upon a 2003 745Li with only 30k miles that was priced quite competitively while searching online. We made the two hour drive up to Glendale that same morning and got to the dealership before they even opened. We thought we had to wait 45minutes for the dealership to open, but it just so happened that Ayman showed up to work a couple minutes early and was very eager to help us out. During the test drive, Ayman told us everything we needed to know about the car such as the number of owners it had in the past, what was looked over, what was repaired, etc. and when we started talking numbers, they gave us a very good deal coupled by a pretty low interest rate. While the vehicle itself was pristine, it only had one key and the instruction manuals were missing. However, this was not a problem at all at Pacific BMW. Ayman pulled out TWO BRAND NEW KEYS AND A NEW INSTRUCTION MANUAL (along with the leather case..both were still wrapped in plastic!). My father and I never thought a dealer would go all out of their way to produce two brand new keys (they even let us keep the other key, so we have three in our possession!) and an instruction manual for a pre-owned vehicle that didn't have them, but I guess we were wrong. Once the deal was set, we talked with Emil and handled all the paperwork with him while Ayman sent our car over to the service department for detailing. Emil was also very courteous, going as far as saying "Thank You" to my father for serving in the armed forces (we went here on Memorial Day weekend). Filling out all the paperwork with Emil went smoothly and in a little less than an hour, we were off driving our brand new (to us) BMW back down to San Diego! Thanks again Pacific BMW! read more

We have been to this service center twice now and each time, we've left with a bad taste in our mouths. The level of service simply isn't up to par with a brand of this caliber. Here are a couple of quick examples of why I won't be going back: - Their paint and detail shop is co-located in the building, but the work is subcontracted through a separate entity. This means that if you have your car in the shop for mechanical and detail work, the BMW people won't know what's going on in the paint/body shop and vice-versa. The process is FAR from seamless, as we encountered. - I purchased a used BMW in Alabama and had the local BMW dealer do a pre-purchase certification. The car checked out with very high marks (it was still under the original warranty, so this was expected). I received the car and thought I heard an odd sound in the front end, so I had Pacific BMW check it out. They noted that my bushings were in need of replacement. When I explained that they had recently been checked in AL, Pacific BMW responded that the bushings HAD to be replaced. Upon calling the Alabama dealer, I spoke to the technician that worked on the car and he noted that he remembered the car and yes, the bushings had wear, but were not anywhere near the point of needing replacing. I had already had the fix completed, but brought this to Pacific's attention and asked that they work with AL to figure out who was right. It's been three weeks with no answer. I'm happy to pay more to have my car serviced by an authorized dealer, but in return, I expect a certain level of service. Most BMW dealers deliver on this, but for some reason, Pacific BMW just can't pull it together. read more

I had an amazing experience with Ed Gabrielyan at Pacific BMW. After my beloved 2022 Maserati was totaled in a hit-and-run by a drunk driver, I had to find a new car quickly. While I wasn't thrilled about buying a new car under those circumstances, I knew I had to make a decision fast. I visited several dealerships and reached out to a few luxury car sellers, but I was frustrated with the pushy, unprofessional, and annoying salespeople. Eventually, I realized I wanted an electric car with fast acceleration, the latest technology, and a luxurious interior. After doing some research, I narrowed it down to the BMW iX and found that Pacific BMW had the exact color and packages I was looking for. Their inventory is one of the best in the area, and I was impressed by the variety of options available. To my surprise, I had a great car-buying experience. Ed wasn't pushy at all. He was knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and genuinely listened to my needs. I could tell he's a great person. He respected my time, and throughout the entire process, I felt like he truly had my best interests at heart. When we got home, we realized the trunk separation cover was missing, but Ed immediately took care of it and had it shipped to me via FedEx. His communication was seamless, and his professionalism went above and beyond my expectations. It has been a pleasure to do business with Pacific BMW's sales and service departments in recent years. Domenico in the sales department is knowledgable about the BMW product line, personable, and enthusiastic about BMW's. He has been with Pacific BMW for many, many years and if the showroom is open, he more than likely will be there! With respect to their service department, I have been very impressed with their entire service organization ever since they moved into the new facility on Brand Blvd. Everyone, from the "greeter" when you arrive, the shuttle drivers, the service consultants, up to and including the Operations and General managers have been cordial and appreciative of my business. Everyone, without exception, has been accommodating and responsive to any maintenance or repair issues that I've had. I have been able to get timely appointments and have been provided with either a late model loaner vehicle or shuttle transportation. My Service Consultant is usually Marco and he makes every effort to facilitate all service issues. He keeps me updated on the status of the service work and explanations of any work needed or performed. I completely trust his judgment and have never had any reason to question his service recommendations. I trust Pacific BMW completely for the care and service of my 3 BMW's and have no hesitation in recommending both their sales and service departments. read more

We left the dealership with extreme dissatisfaction with the conduct of Thomas Kamenos, the Sales Manager at Pacific BMW. Our recent experience with him has raised serious concerns about his professionalism and ethical standards. During my visit to the dealership, I requested a license plate cover, a common courtesy extended to customers. Instead of assisting me, Mr. Kamenos inquired about where I purchased my vehicle, which I found to be completely irrelevant to my request. As a consumer, I believe that providing free advertising for the dealership should warrant a simple request being fulfilled without unnecessary complications. Mr. Kamenos refused to provide the license plate cover, demonstrating an alarming sense of entitlement and a lack of customer service. His approach not only felt disrespectful but also undermined the positive reputation that Pacific BMW should strive to uphold. I believe that his behavior reflects poorly on the dealership and could potentially deter customers from returning. It is concerning to see someone in a managerial position exhibit such ignorance and disregard for customer satisfaction. I urge you to take immediate action regarding this matter. Mr. Kamenos's attitude and actions do not align with the values expected of a representative of your dealership. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue. My family was looking for a white BMW X5, with the M-Sport package and other options. We found a perfect match at Pacific BMW In Glendale, Ca. We had an outstanding experience at Pacific BMW! From start to finish, the process was great and we were in an out in around 3 hours, which included a test drive with two drivers. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable and stress-free atmosphere. Communication was excellent. We were asked about our preferred method of communication and they honored this. Communication was great, not just before my arrival but also post-purchase, with the salesperson ensuring everything was smooth even after driving off the lot. The dealership itself was spotless and well-maintained, making the experience even more comfortable. A coffee machine near a nice lounge area where they had the NFL playoff game was a nice touch. The sales process was straightforward, with no pressure or surprises, and the finance department was efficient and transparent. We also appreciated the great hospitality and follow-through, which truly set this dealership apart. The 2025 BMW X5 is an epic machine.
