First of all if l discuss the quality of the car it was much less than expected. Service was below expectations and the bigest theft is how they rip you off when returning your car at the lease end. They charged me 400$ for an invisible scratch underside the front bumber facing the asphalt. I've been bringing my car here for service for the last ten years and it has gone downhill. It used to be a great place, with fair prices and reliable service. No more. They nickel and dime you for everything, charge an arm and a leg for diagnostics that don't even guarantee to fix the problem, and charge a 3% service charge for credit card payments! I paid $300 for a diagnostic to fix a broken signal, and they told me I needed to start with a $3500 repair, and that there was no guarantee that would fix the problem. But if still have to pay the $3500 regardless! I will never bring my car there again. I went in for an oil change but when I arrived Haybert Davtian told me he would also run the sensor in my key to see if there were any additional repairs needed on my 2019 BMW x2. Of course, he returned with a list issues that needed my attention, without any actual inspection of my car, he also stated that the key sensor report also listed an alignment as one of the services my car required. Sure, that may be a capability of bmw sensor technology to provide such reports without further/actual inspection, but I didn't see the actual print out of such report, so I was skeptical and I was already determined to refuse any additional services anyway. The main problem I had was that he also provided me with a list of inflated prices for each service. For example, he quoted me to $199 for an oil change when my family members get this same service at this exact location for $99. I requested that same price and after asking a supervisor he told me he would to it for $99. I also needed new brakes but he quoted me $589.99. I thought this price was a bit too high so I decided to wait. I returned about a couple of weeks later and intentionally requested to work with Vanessa as my family member recommended her. I brought up to Vanessa that I needed new brakes and she quoted me $489, which is what most shops in the area had quoted me as well so I decided to go for it. Point of this review, avoid Haybert Davtian at all costs and ask for Vanessa! She's fair and not sketch! At the very least, negotiate the cost of the service. read more

I had made my car appointment two weeks earlier because something was wrong with the sun roof and I'm driving a x6 bmw 2023 and they are supposed to give me a loaner car that is at least a little close to the price of my car. I had my wors dealer experience at this dealership last week. Took my car in for a routine service. There was nothing wrong with it, and all four tires were perfectly fine and inflated. They gave the car back with a flat tire, while pouring rain with out telling me. I Took the car back, and expected them to take ownership of the issue since they were the cause, and they refused to take ownership or responsibility. They made me drive in the rain second time with a flat tire. Not only these people don't care about their customers or customer service, they are also super neglegent. I'm only giving them 1 because their service department does great. Stay away from ALONZO from lease end. Never have I seen someone have a power-trip with so little power. Lease end department, what a joke they purposely don't give you an appointment before you have to return your car so they can say your 36 month warranty is done. That's when they try to charge you $750 for an oil change. Had my appointment, I was there on time they couldn't get things done on time. Went back the next morning lease end department (1 person in the whole "department") shows up an hour late. Then I'm told they can't squeeze me in to return my car and that they have to do another inspection when the previous one was done less than 10 hours ago. What a joke paying all this money to get a "bmw" and you get treated like this by a group of clowns who hate their own jobs. They called me for weeks to get my new car from then, they wouldn't work on a deal for me and when you get a car from a different bmw dealership this is how they treat you. Also good job on having one person in one of the busiest dealerships to work lease end on a Saturday. Other people work during the week and maybe you should take that into consideration and have more staff working in other departments instead of having 20 people in sales walking around doing nothing. My past experiences with our X4 a few times and each time resulted in some shady additional charges. If that wasn't enough, after being told my car is ready for pick up, I end up waiting there 20-30 minutes while the staff chit-chat with each other and ignore me. I have finally given up on them after my recent experience. We got a "Drivetrain malfunction" alert on our car. I called to make an appointment and expressed that I would like to take advantage of the complementary pick up service because I was not comfortable having my wife drive the car to the dealership with this malfunction. The representative said told me they wouldn't do it. I explained that their website has it front and center, with very large letters that they now offer complementary pickup and delivery of serviced cars. She said they won't do it. I asked to speak to a manager and she said they don't have any managers. I then asked what happens if the engine fails while my wife is driving it there, and the rep responded that my wife would have to figure it out. I repeated that it's clearly stated on their website that they can pick up the car. She said "are you done because I am? I said that I need help with our car. She said "have a nice day" and hung up on me. I now have no idea what to do because we can't risk driving the car to Glendale. I'll never use Pacific BMW again and would recommend no one go their either. read more

So about a year ago, window shopping for a new car. Go to pacific BMW, test drive a 228, like it. Salesman quoted me "about $300" per month with $5k down. Groovy. Let's do it. Go into actually lease the car and of course $300 has become $450 somehow, cuz he was "talking about another car". It was literally the same car I test drove. A 228 is also the shittiest model they have, so I'm not sure how it could have been a worse car? The car itself is pretty good. More on this in a bit. So anyways, like a lazy asshole tired of being at a dealership, and in need of a new car, I agree. I'm signing papers in the office and get upsold on the care package too. "Am I to anticipate problems with this car?" "Sir you're mistaking 'problems' for general upkeep". Aight fair point. So I do that too. That includes the tire / brake package. Cut to a year later -- every time I've taken my car in for upkeep "that's not covered". The BEST though is that my brakes are making a horrible noise for going on about 3 months now. Go in cuz I'm like "I know I bought that fancy brake package"... "Sir, BMWs are known for their squeaky brakes. We can't service this"... dude. I'm LITERALLY paying monthly for this tire / wheel package YOU recommended for PRECISELY this reason!! You have got to be shitting me?? Funny side note -- first week driving the car drop my phone, of course does the thing trapped under the seat / by the seatbelt. Moving my seat to get it, and found 3 phat nugs of weed under the drivers seat. I don't smoke so not mine. I'm not a prude, but man - you literally sold me a car with drugs inside it??
