Saw the listing on Saturday night, test drove it on Sunday afternoon and purchased my X2 on Tuesday from retail manager, Soran. The process was smooth and haggle-free. Soran was responsive to my emails, calls and texts, and in person, he is personable and professional. Also, before making the purchase, Arthur (a product genius) drove the car to my house to make sure that it would clear the incline into my garage. An overall satisfying car-buying experience from a dealership that I would recommend. read more

This is the worst BMW dealership I have ever been to. It really makes me not want to drive a BMW anymore. I tried to turn in my lease here and they didn't want to take it. They told me they had no room on the lot but were more than happy to take the car should I buy another BMW from them right then and there. Then they told me they would take it if I had bought the car from them in the first place. So clearly they had room. Not very smart on how they lie to people. I checked BMW policy with corporate and any dealership branded BMW should take the car. Had an appointment to inspect with Lorie. She took me to the sales dept. WHY? And for an hour I had to explain to the guy that I didn't want to buy a car today. Then he says ok and brings someone else in and the first thing this person said is " So I hear you want to buy a car." They didn't want to listen and just sell me a new car. Bad sales tactic. Then when I finally get them to take my no answer, they decide to charge me on every little thing during the return inspection and still not take the car in. Bad service, bad sales skills and bad staff overall. Steer away from here if you want a car or just go to a broker or something. Definitely don't go here to turn in your car. All they want is to sell you something and if they can't then you don't matter. BMW corporate is aware of this hostile BMW dealership also. *Go down to Nicks review. Exact same experience. This dealership is a scam. read more

I had to call them after they performed a mobile airbag recall replacement as the trim on my dash was protruding out a bit. They were at my place in 10 minutes and finished the repair in the same amount of time. Incredibly friendly, patient and helpful. Another of my BMW leases was up and I turned it in and leased a 330e from Pacific BMW. This is my third BMW from this dealership and the smoothest transaction yet. Steven Saroyan handled the sale again and he remembered me well, made everything so easy. He quoted a price I was very very happy with, based on my online research up to that point, with no haggling. I custom ordered the BMW so I could have the exact configuration I wanted-I recommend this highly to anyone who can wait a few weeks to receive their BMW. I asked for Emil Halaka to do mypaperwork/financing and he arranged to be there when I picked it up. I remembered Emil from my last lease and he is the best! All the paperwork was ready and we breezed though it in less than 20 minutes. Everything was totally straight up-numbers were exactly as I discussed with Steven before coming in. Steven gave me a nice tour of the features of my 330e-he really knows his BMW's! Emil and Steven are genuinely nice people. If you have car salesmen phobia, these guys will change you forever! Thanks for another great car buying experience, Steven and Emil-I'm loving my 330e :) read more

I recently leased two cars from Pacific BMW. Steven Saroyan (Internet Sales Manager) was incredible. His response time, customer service and overall quality of assistance is unmatched. Trust me, I spoke to 8 sales/fleet managers. Steve was both friendly and helpful from the start and not overly aggressive. He found the cars I need in a short period of time. His service was so impressive that I was willing to drive from Orange County to Glendale (over an hour) to lease two cars. If I could give Steven 10 stars I would. 100% recommend Steven for any BMW transaction. Pacific BMW is lucky to have him. read more

3 years and counting!!! It is without a doubt and my greatest pleasure to return back to Pacific BMW for my car and service needs! Although everyone is great and helpful every time I go in, SORAN goes above & beyond every single time to get me into a car he knows is the best fit for me. What I appreciate the most about him is that he doesn't treat me like just a "customer" and it seems more like family! I moved to LA on my own and purchased my first car on my own and Soran has always had so much patience with me and explains everything in great detail until I fully understand. I know every time I go in Soran will take great care of me p.s. Gallo is fantastic in the service department!! read more

Considering that BMWs are generally difficult to maintain, the folks at Pacific BMW were responsive and capable. However, when I took my car to smog check after getting a repair made, the emissions monitors were not reset. I had to do a drive cycle myself to reset the monitors. I've always had a good experience with bringing my 5 series for service. They are able to give me a loaner car if I make my service appointment in advance. i took my car in two weeks ago, because i had smoke coming from my car. paid 1,100. and 2 days later i'm experiencing the same smoke.

I've bought two vehicles from this place. To be honest I was warned and did see the bad reviews but had an ok experience the first round. This is my 5th BMW. I've never had such a sleazy experience. Lured me in with an early turn in of my lease and said they'd pay off the remaining payments. Well they forgot one and now say too bad. WATCH OUT. Even BMW says they can't believe it. Reply to Manik: I'd rather continue the conversation here in the court of public opinion. What was promised to me was if I leased a new vehicle is "We will take care of the remaining payments" which was the whole point of you contacting me to turn in my car early. You failed to pay one payment and after trying for several months to resolve the situation I received a text from the salesman Adees "we had 3 payments set in the deal we don't have 4" "we can't do anything at this point " you guys are the ones who called BMW for my lease end payoff when we made the deal and knew full well what remained. Why would I agree to paying the last payment on top of a down payment? You made the mistake. read more

Absolutely worst service experience. They have had my car since Thursday for reprogramming with no communication by Henry or any call back from managers after numerous messages. I would even pick up my car and take it to another BMW but they said it is "undrivable" because of whatever they did to it when I turned it in. I am unable to drive my whole family anywhere because of the the dinky 5 seater they have loaned me and now we are going on day 5 with still 0 communication from them. The ABSOLUTE worst experience I've had in all the many years of leasing cars. They got me demo for a "good" deal and failed to mention it lacking particular features because of the fact that it was a demo i.e Car Play, XM radio. The paint had scratches all over, rims missing the air cap, and lint all over the inside door panels. When I spoke to the general manager, he told me they didn't have a detail department which was a blatant lie. After going back and forth with the sales associate, they finally scheduled for me to bring the car in to fix all the issues only to get it back with the lint still there. Literally covering all inside door panels as if there was a pillow fight in the car prior to purchase. It has now been 2 months that I've been trying to contact the Service dept and Sales Associate and they're not returning my calls. I basically leased a used car. Steer clear of this dealer TO ADD: Look at the comment they left me lol!! Hilarious. No accountability. Your poor service has been published on multiple platforms aside from Yelp and many people agree. Apparently, you have a bad reputation. The least you could have done is take responsibility or action. read more

Pacific BMW may be the worst BMW dealer in Southern California. It's certainly the worst dealer I've worked with. I'm referring primarily to the vehicle service experience as I've never purchased a car from this dealer, though I've taken my last three BMWs there for service many times over the years (it's the closest dealer to my home). Here are the major issues: 1) They make it very difficult to get a service loaner car. You can't book a loaner car online (most other BMW dealers make this easy). When you call, you're told that the next available loaner is weeks away. By contrast, I just booked a service with loaner at another BMW dealer for the next day. There is no reason that it should be so difficult, other that Pacific BMW is trying to save money (they would rather you take their shuttle than to put you in a loaner car). 2) The wait is always very long. You're standing around waiting for op to 30 minutes before a service advisor makes it out, only to be told that they're understaffed and overworked. I'm sympathetic to that fact, and it's management's fault, not the staff's -- but I really can't be hanging around the dealer all day just to get my oil changed. 3) This is the most egregious and unacceptable issue. I made an appointment a few months ago to purchase new tires for my car, since my lease would be coming due and I knew I would need new tires or pay a penalty. My (former) car requires BMW-specific Run Flat Tires. They are expensive. $1,500 later, I drove off the lot assuming all was well. When I turned in my old car in order to lease a new one (at a different dealer), I was informed the tires Pacific BMW sold me were NOT run flat tires after all. The service tech showed me that they were a cheaper version that should have cost me about $800 for the set... meaning Pacific BMW charged me nearly double for tires that are not safe for my car. Prior to issue number three, I always overlooked the other issues since Pacific BMW is the most convenient place to take my car for service. No more. I will gladly drive well out of my way to work with different dealers. I would strongly discourage ANYONE from working with Pacific BMW. Stay away. read more

As an enthusiast I've had cars serviced in a lot of places before and been very meticulous about the level of quality and respect I receive from a repair. The service center left a top-notch first impression on me, especially considering I came in to get free recall work done. No surprises here- these people know how to deliver. Shoutout to my service advisor Manny who facilitated my repair on a very professional level with no nonsense. read more

I took my car in because the Parking sensors were not working the set me up with a Danny I has my car in the services department for 7 days After the 6 day Danny calls me and tells me that the sensors where not covered under the warranty because my bumper had been painted The bumper was painted at 18k miles now the car has 41k miles and for 3 years they had been working fine . So on day 7 he telling me to get him a receipt that says the date and miles the car was worked on so I did I emailed to him Then he calls me and tells me that they will not be able to do the work under warranty And tells me if I wanted to find out the problem it was be 390 just to drop the bumper and see what the problem is . Then tells me if I wanted to fix the problem it would be 825 So at this point it's not making sense Please tell me it's 390 to find out the problem and then tells me to fix the problem is 825 so from what he's telling me is that they know the problem they just want to charge me extra So I go in to see him and he just comes up with a big story on how it was telling me something else and it was just a bunch of lies at the end i just picked up my car and will be taking it to a different dealer Same car was at the dealer with no problems 2 months before just getting a oil change and didn't have any problems I took it out and 2 days later is when the Sensor started nonfunctioning read more

Sales guy totally f'd me over and didn't inform me that services that used to be covered under warranty were no longer covered / covered under another type of package. The day I found out was probably my 3rd time coming in for little fixes so no one bothered to inform me. I did not get my scheduled service advisor because he was still with a customer, however, I would've gladly waited because the person they gave me was the worst advisor I have ever experienced at a dealership having owned BMWs for the past 12 years. The rando service guy tried to tell me I had services that needed to be done which did not need to be done (I received a print out of services at another dealership)...... which by the way when I asked for a print out of services and price breakdowns needed for my car he refused to print one out saying they couldn't print one out per company policy since i won't be receiving services the day of our appointment (WHAT??! TF..) which is news to me in the past 12 years...... Instead, here's what he gave me (refer to photo lol) and one of the items he listed was a standard extra during an oil change that usually isn't an extra charge. I honestly wish I could remember this guy's name so you could fire him. Lanky Asian dude is the best I could do. read more

We had a great experience leasing my new X3 last night. Arsen the desk manager, and Botan Hawlery were great to work with. We were provided with excellent customer service, and I felt that they really did their best to meet our needs. I was able to walk away with the car I wanted, and within my budget. Lucy, the woman who handled the financing paperwork was a sweetheart as well, we felt like we knew her for a hundred years. She was so honest and genuine in explaining our options, we felt like we were hanging out with a friend rather than closing a deal on a vehicle. They are truly honest when it come to service your car. As long as your car is still under warranty they only changed oil but that's it anything else if you have others problem with your car they will never going to fix it. But wait until your warranty run out, they will be glad to bill you $1500 just to replace a break pad. Be cautious guys they just in business not in the charity. Meaning, the first 3 or 4 years only changing synthetic oil. Any funny sound in your machine will be ignored until your warranty runs out. That's the way they do business that's way the owner is Chinese family owned they got richer and richer. Mind you though the customer service are most priority. read more

We drove an hour to look at a car we found online. The salesman was slow on the uptake and not very helpful. He handed us off to the valet to drive the car with us. Nice enough fellow but didn't know anything about the car. Then we requested an expert and finally got a test drive with someone who knew the vehicle. We went into his cube to hear about pricing and then left. He didn't even try to make a better deal or offer any suggestions. We walked out without any actual sales tactics from Ron. I had requested the sales director but he was apparently out of town. It's all about the service and I feel like they need more training when it comes to active sales. We didn't feel taken care of at all. And he actually had another customers credit card authorization on his desk for all to see. Terrible experience. read more

Have bought a BMW from Century West and Beverly Hills BMW. I had no idea that Pacific BMW was there (or how cool the Brand Blvd area is for all car dealers!). The difference between Beverly Hills and Pacific BMW is night and day. They seem to actually care, have passion and want to help get you a car right away at Pacific BMW. At Beverly Hills it's always the feeling like "do you even WANT to sell me a car?!" Buying from Pacific BMW yesterday (3rd BMW in 4 years) was the best experience by far ever buying a car. Was in and our in about 2 hours or so. Amazing. And it's the best car I've ever bought. 2018 4 series is dope. Have to shout out salesman Gary. He not only did an amazing deal on a brand new 430 gran coupe, but was excited and passionate about finding me the right car. He also let me test drive whatever I wanted and drive how I wanted and test things out to my satisfaction. Test drove with Beverly Hills BMW a few weeks ago and the lady there only complained the whole time and got nervous as I tried to test the engine. Gary is an absolute legend. I highly suggest not buying a BMW from anywhere else. Their stock is the biggest out of anyone, and they have the best selection of ex-dealer demos as well. Many of these demos are seriously discounted and still qualify for new car leases with 9000 miles on them. I didn't do that in the end but what a great way to get a much cheaper BMW but still on a new car lease. Oh and Gary was far more knowledgable about the pull ahead for leases, knowing that I could pull ahead 6 months instead of only 3 - Beverly Hills had no clue about this. The vibe in the showroom (not the main one, go to the one near CarCity I think it is, where Gary works out of) is more chill so you don't get the hard sell, and their whole philosophy is to be completely transparent anyway. I was honest back and explained the issue with why I was gonna wait until January and Gary came back with a solution and a great deal that I couldn't turn down! Thanks Gary!
