Although we picked up the vehicle a day later than when it was ready due to our own scheduling, the entire transaction was essentially complete within less than 72 hours. When we arrived at the dealership, we signed the final paperwork in less than 10 minutes and drove away. There was no negotiating, no waiting around, and none of the typical dealership games. Everything had already been handled. Jan was responsive, transparent, and made the entire process completely stress-free. After this experience, I can honestly say I'll never step foot into a dealership to negotiate a vehicle myself again. If you're looking for someone who will save you time, money, and frustration, I highly recommend working with Jan. We'll definitely be sending our friends and family his way. Thanks again, Jan!

He found the cars in the trim levels I wanted, and once I decided on the one I wanted at a monthly payment and down payment that worked for me, he took care of everything. He was able to get me out of it early, saving me my final payment, the lease turn-in fee, and some repairs I would have been responsible for at turn-in. He also found that I had positive equity in the car--something I honestly never would have thought to look for on my own. The whole process was easy, straightforward and took away all of the usual dealership back-and-forth. I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely work with Rick and DriveWise again.
