This is a pretty great P.F. Chang's location! We have come here for birthday, dinner, dinners, and regular dinners and I've always had a good experience. Sometimes the kitchen can be a little hit and miss with how quickly the food comes out but for the most part, it doesn't take too long. I love to get the noodle With beef or Mongolian beef as my meals and the fried green beans and lettuce wraps are my favorite apps. Their drink with the fruit popping boba is also delicious. P.F. Chang's at Eastview completely dropped the ball on Valentine's night, leaving dozens of couples waiting hours past their reservation times, and that's unacceptable. I was one of those couples. We arrived about 15 minutes early for our reservation, fully expecting a busy evening and a little chaos. What we walked into was something else entirely: a packed lobby of visibly frustrated customers, all waiting because the restaurant had clearly overbooked and couldn't keep up. When I went to the host stand to check in, the hostess was curt and unwelcoming. She told us it would be "about an hour" because they were still seating guests from 5:00 PM, and it was already 6:45 PM. That should've been our cue to leave, but we tried to make the best of it. We figured we'd salvage the night by walking around the mall and grabbing a drink at Champps while we waited. An hour later, we came back to find the situation even worse. The lobby was even more crowded and chaotic, with couples shoulder-to-shoulder and no clear sense of order or updates. I went back to the counter for a status check, and instead of anything helpful or apologetic, I was rudely told, "Another 30 minutes." At that point, it was obvious we weren't actually in a real queue, just stuck in limbo. Looking around at the sea of annoyed, disappointed couples, we finally decided enough was enough and left. Then, 45 minutes after we'd already walked out, we got a text saying our table was ready. I understand Valentine's Day is one of the busiest nights of the year. But being busy doesn't excuse overbooking to the point where reservations become meaningless, nor does it excuse dismissive, rude communication when people are understandably upset. If you can't honor reservation times, or even provide realistic wait estimates, you need to stop taking reservations you can't accommodate. Unfortunately, this wasn't just "a busy night." It was a failure of planning and basic customer service, and it completely derailed what should've been a special evening. read more

He did walk by our table 6 times without bussing garbage and spent dishes. Food was bland. Our crab Rangoon tasted bland And as if it was fried in old oil. The chicken lettuce wraps were very basic. Not sure how much chicken was really in there, & the rice noodles tasted stale. I ate it, because I hadn't eaten all day. The entrees were variable. The pepper steak was overly spicy; I wonder if the chef has discretion as to how hot he makes the dishes or if it's pre-portioned. The reason I ask is that the entrees looked and tasted that they could come out of the PF Chang section of a supermarket's frozen food case. The chicken dish was a bit better, but not by much. I've never been to a PF Changs before so I didn't know what to expect but their menu looked good so I was excited to try it. Now this review is for takeout so your experience may be different. The servers were nice and the time between ordering and receiving the order was quite fast, but that was probably the only pros of the entire experience. Upon looking at the food I ordered, I was appalled at how small the portions of everything was, considering that it was considered a "dinner" portion. The containers were barely half full and the pieces of beef and broccoli looked like it had been chewed up into tiny pieces and sitting in a pool of sauce. We also got a completely opened box of rice that looked like it was already half eaten. With our meals, we ordered the hot and sour soup which tasted very watered down and basically just sour broth. Three times in as many years and every time the confirmation email gives me a pick up time and then I wait 30, 45 minutes past that time. This isn't a weekend or holiday. There's never an acknowledgement or apology. Visit one of the other locally owned establishments instead. read more

Disappointed is an understatement. I would give zero stars if possible. We arrived for our Valentine's Day reservation only to be told that they were running behind due to a booking error and that it would be an hour. I would have loved an email or text prior to our reservation giving us the opportunity to cancel and make other plans instead of driving almost 40 minutes to the restaurant. We tried to make the best of it but when we returned an hour later things had only gotten worse. They rudely informed us that we still had another 30 minutes to wait. They were still telling new people checking in that it would be an hour delay instead of being honest and telling people 90-120 minutes. I can't believe a company as large as P.F. My husband took me there a few days ago, (we are retired on social security). We ordered the fish, the girl who waited on us was wonderful. Our tab was about $40.00 and the fish was to die for, we were offered to go cups for our drinks received cookies and had enough left over for lunch the next day. As a special treat my husband took me back today, imagine our surprise when our tab came back for the same meal at almost $100.00. Same meal, less food, no cookies and no to go cups. My most recent visit was great. No wait on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the wonton soup, pan fried dumplings, ginger chicken with broccoli, and a side of lo mein. Wonton soup had a little too many mushrooms for my liking but everything else was perfect. The food satisfied my craving and was tasty. Look I understand many restaurants are slammed on Valentine's Day, even more so on a Saturday night but this place tonight was a complete disaster. My wife made reservations two weeks ago for six o clock this evening. We arrived at 5:50 and the place was mobbed, we were told it would be a bit of a wait at first but as time went on people arriving who also had reservations were told an hour wait. At six thirty my wife went and checked and she was told at least another hour wait. The excuse was they had taken over 300 reservations.. Went on Father's day for a family meal together. Are reservations were for 5:30 we were seated as soon as we got there. We were 4 adults one 3 yr and 1 yr old . Finally server comes over asked want we wanted to drink gave order and brought our drinks. As we are seating there 4 more tables are seated in our area. Finally server comes over we are in the fifth position in the kitchen!!! That is crazy by now we are all hungry so we wait wait and now the tables seated after us are getting their meals. So we get up to leave because we have now been there for over an hour and a half. Server says sorry he gets why we are leaving ask to speak to the manager he comes out I tell him what happened all I get is sorry kitchen is backed up. Told him I am not paying for the wraps he says ok. What a way to spend Father's day offered nothing to compensate. Called corporate in Arizona left my name and number never got back to me. We recently went to PF Chang's in Victor, NY to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We left without eating. I had a loyalty reward for a free dessert. We ordered 2 lunches. The waitress, Jill, returned sometime later and advised us that the 2 lunches did not qualify us for the free dessert. We then ordered a dinner-size chicken fried rice to share. We were referred to the hospitality manager, Michelle Kolb, who initially told us the fried rice did not qualify. She did extensive additional research and determined it did qualify. We ordered chicken fried rice with light sauce. After an excessively long time, our order arrived. It was drenched in sauce and had no chicken. We advised Jill of this. The order was returned to the kitchen and later served to us. It appeared that the order was our original order with more sauce and very little chicken added. We engaged Michelle Kolb and advised her that we were not happy with our order. By this time, approximately one hour had passed since we were seated. We left PF Chang's without eating and went to Olive Garden across the street. At Olive Garden we had a wonderful meal with wonderful service. We will not be returning to PF Chang's and will continue to share the details of our experience with others so that they do not experience the disappointment that we did. read more

It was a DoorDash order so I guess they just don't care try calling to talk to him about it. No one never answered the phone. as an avid chinese food consumer i do not care for this place. the white rice wasn't even washed and was awfully chewy. for how fancy this place is i would've thought the food was gonna be good. the lo mein is just like spaghetti with soy sauce. everything has an aftertaste as well. Horrible! Been going to the Victor Eastview mall location for years and I have seen a steady decline in quality and service, culminating in the Valentine's Day 2026 disaster. Made RESERVATIONS, meaning I reserved a table for my wife and I at 730. Corporate decided to remove blocks on times and double tripple and even quadruple table bookings. People were wating 1 and 2 hrs past their reservation time to be seated. Get your act together Chang's! read more

Went here for dinner with 2 others. I did an online reservation which worked very well. Hostess and server were friendly. The food seems to be inconsistent. Hot and sour soup had a decent flavor but was too thick, way too much corn starch. The lettuce wraps with tofu were tasty but the tofu was left in large chunks which didn't quite fit in the lettuce wraps too well. The teriyaki chicken was nice and crispy but lacked flavor. I was looking forward to a great teriyaki flavor but it was pretty bland. The brown rice was good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bathrooms were dirty. Paper towels all over the sink and floor, floors were filthy with towels and very wet. Mirror was filthy and sink had chunks of something in it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall it seems like the quality of PF Chang's as a whole has gone downhill and the prices continue to increase. Having never been I was nervous. It was busy so we had to make a reservation or sit at the bar. We sat at the bar. They were polite and attentive. Everything was cooked perfectly. Plenty of food for the next day also because everything is served to be shared which I loved. Definitely needed to brush up on my use of chip sticks, but they do give you a fork.. which came in handy. Rice and dumplings were perfect for me. I'll give two premises for this review. One I'd spend a couple of hours at the mall before dining at this p.f Chang's and that does not put me in a good mood admittedly. Two I've been going to PF Chang's for around 15 to 20 years. Then my first visits were to a location in Virginia I'm sorry I don't remember where It was somewhat near Fairfax I think. Once upon a Time they have James was fantastic It was like upgraded takeout food and a nicer setting. Today not so much. We had reservations for 5:30 and we were all there on time although we did have to wait it was only about 15 minutes. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Several of us had to use the bathroom during the visit and all commented on how disgustingly dirty they were and not just dirty but like run down like the Glocks didn't lock paints his chips last paint job was poorly done just relatively low level complicated stuff but it adds up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] So our server was very nice even if she was not very skilled. She took our drink orders and then our food orders in a fairly decent time probably within 15 minutes she had done both and delivered our drinks. This is where the problem again as my wife and I had ordered the three course meal for two which includes super salad and appetizer and then two entrees. Prizewise it ended up coming to about $55 as we chose a few of the more premium options which there was enough charge for. The other three people at the party just ordered regular entrees. It took about 50 minutes for our food to start coming out and It only happened once I had to flag down our waitress and asked for an update on why we hadn't got anything yet. Having been a server myself I highly suspect she had forgotten to submit or didn't fully submit in their system our order. The next sad thing was they started with the appetizer instead of the soup and salad which was weird. They brought the soup and salad moments later. So it wasn't properly paced. The chicken wraps are maybe half chicken half water chestnut which sucks cuz that wasn't how it was years ago. They no longer make the sauce of your table which is fine though it was appreciated when they did it. The Mongolian beef was good but the steak was decidedly thinner and not as good of a cut as I recall from years ago. Lastly and I always forget this as we don't regularly to PF Chang's they seem to have the same sauce for their honey chicken as their orange chicken as the honey chicken always comes with a very distinctive orange taste. I've had honey chicken and it tastes significantly different than orange chicken but it's being a chain restaurant again I believe they just use the same sauce for both so that was a disappointment. I always get excited to see honey chicken on their menu and then once it comes and it tastes like orange chicken my memory clicks and I'm like oh fuck yeah I forgot The PF Chang's uses the same sauce. We were at the mall today celebrating my daughter's fourth birthday doing Build-A-Bear in Lego store stuff like that and so they did bring her a free dessert which was very considerate and appreciated it even had a crazy firework sparkler thing in it and she loved it. When the bill came I opened it up to see that not only have they charged us for the complimentary dessert they had charged us full price for everything in the three course meal. They had overcharged us by around $50 and I had to lay down the waitress again and break this all down again and my suspicious nature tells me it was done intentionally to garner a larger tip. Now that is not proven in any way shape or form and maybe she just makes a lot of mistakes? Eventually it was cleared up and the bill was paid and we left all in all We were there for two and a half hours! PF Chang's you were once great and I still love your giant horses but my gosh man how far are you have fallen. read more

Eaten at this place many of times and have had pretty inconsistent food and service. They are trying which is positive but prices are increasing yet the service and food is maintaining which I could buy if I experienced at the other local places, but I haven't. If not for coworkers, I probably would not return. That said a few high spots include the dynamite shrimp and dumplings. Tried some sushi this last time and was very disappointed. Fishy tasting always gets me. Ambiance is always pretty maintained and clean. read more

I've been going to PF Changs for over 20 years. It's not as good as it used to be. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps. It was much smaller portions than before (this was full size). They used to make a big deal of their 3 sauces -- no more. It was burnt, we asked for a new one, it was burnt to. The lettuce was not good sized leafs, and there wasn't much filling. I had the firecracker shrimp. It was tasty. I enjoyed it. My wife had the Signature Lomein Chicken. Didn't have much taste -- or much chicken. Doubt I'm going back again. For the most part I have always been satisfied with my meals at PF Changs either dining in or take out. i was very disappointed in my take out today. I ordered Hot and Sour soup with a side container of the fried wontons. I heard the manager (who took my order) tell the employee to get a container as there is not a place to put it on the register. When I got home I did not see the wontons and assumed they forgot them. When I went to eat some of the soup, they had put the wontons on top of my soup. If there is one thing I hate if is something is crunchy is to eat it soggy. They were terrible. On top of that the soup was not good. It tasted burnt. This is something I always order when ordering at Changs. I was just at a different PF Changs the week before and the soup was great. I also ordered Beef and Broccoli but substituted the beef for shrimp (the chain has taken off both of the shrimp dishes over the years that I always ordered). The shrimp was so overcooked and dry it is not eatable. One top of all that I ordered an Iced Tea to go and did not realize they didn't give it to me until I got to my car. I had to walk back into the take out area and ask for it. Needless to say, I had a very unpleasant experience and it will be a long time before I return. read more

Our server shortchanged one person when giving her her change. It wasn't clear to us that the fried rice, rather than the standard white or brown rice, was an extra $4.50/serving. the "mild curry" in a noodle dish was, in fact, quite spicy. Our experience was at the bar only, but it was excellent. I wanted the Chang's Coconut Cooler, but I wanted alcohol, and the bartender did that with no issue. And it was really good! And the bartenders stood and talked with us, and told us about some of the liquors they had. We were headed to dinner somewhere else, or I'd have ordered more. 1 Star - Never Again I usually don't leave reviews, but my experience at this PF Chang's was just that bad. From the moment we sat down, things were off. The lo mein with beef dish tasted like nothing--no seasoning, no flavor, just sad, greasy noodles and bland meat. Even worse, they left both of us with stomachaches not long after eating. And the Korean fried chicken? Should've just called it "deep-fried breading." There was barely any chicken inside, just chewy, greasy batter that felt like punishment with every bite. Honestly, the best part of the night was leaving. Don't waste your time or your money here. There are better places for takeout and much better places for sit-down meals. Let's start with what we enjoyed! The service was phenomenal. We started with an appetizer of crispy green beans. This was one of the more enjoyable foods during our experience. The sauce that came with the green beans was good and the green beans were cooked nice. We then moved on to our entrees and this is when the experience took a turn. We enjoyed the low mein with beef and the Mongolian beef. However let's move on to the things that we did not enjoy. We got three orders of the pad Thai. One with shrimp, one with chicken, and one with no meat. All three orders were very different. The one with chicken has little to no sauce and was flavorless, yet the one with shrimp was drowning in sauce. The pad Thai with shrimp was completely overcooked with overcooked noodles that were chewy and hard to eat and with overcooked shrimp. When ordering the Mongolian beef, we were offered either a side of fried rice, white rice, or brown rice. We chose the fried rice for an extra $3. I would describe the fried rice with an after taste of cardboard and no one in our group of 5 was able to eat it. Overall a very interesting experience and we really hope that we caught them on a bad day. However the service was very good and was able to take the fried rice off of our bill. read more
