I ordered the sesame chicken combination dinner, which came with pork fried rice and a pork egg roll. I asked if they could make the chicken with white meat and extra crispy, and they were wonderfully accommodating. Since sesame chicken often comes with dark meat, I really appreciated their willingness to customize the order. The service was fast, friendly, and welcoming. The owner even suggested that I eat there rather than take it to go, explaining that if you want it crispy, it is best enjoyed right away. That kind of thoughtful honesty and care really stood out. I had not realized they offered dine-in seating, but they have several tables and enough space for a small group gathering as well; see pictures. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Sesame chicken is one of my favorite dishes, and this was definitely one of the better versions I've had. It had just enough spice to get your attention without being overwhelming. I enjoy a little extra heat, so next time I may ask them to kick it up a notch. I highly recommend King's Wok. It is conveniently located just off the Thruway on the way into Farmington or Canandaigua, with good parking and easy access to other nearby amenities. A great find, and I will absolutely be back. It had a great curry flavor with a bit of the sour hints you would find in a tom yum. It was just spicy enough to make you know it had heat but not too much to blow out your taste buds.
