Customer service was just as bad as the food. What happens when you call to place an order ? The lady laughs at you because she misunderstands what you are saying. What happens when you order sweet and sour chicken? Oh, you get no sweet and sour sauce and when you call it's are you sure ? Check it. What happens when THEIR card reader doesn't work ? After calling and speaking to several people they were only willing to refund the 2ltr soda. All I wanted was the refund for the one missing meal and 2ltr. I spent $105. I will never go there again. I ordered general tile chicken with white rice. The general tile chicken was bread. There was no chicken in the bread. I've never experienced anything like this in my life. The food is horrible. The beef and broccoli looks like it's a made up beef it's not real beef this is horrible. I had to call the health department on this place. Name is Taste Delicious. Maybe went from "Good" to "Delicious" over the years! A typical family-run take-out with a few tables, but I have always found the veggies fresh and the meat plentiful. Favorite is Roast Pork w/Zuccini in Garlic Sauce. I would say weak point are soups which are nothing special. 50 lunches and almost 200 dinner items to choose from. Our family has tried several Chinese restaurants in Rochester, and this one really has them all beat! We had them deliver one night when it was too hot to cook. We ordered Spring Rolls, Chicken and Broccoli, Broccoli and Garlic Sauce, General Tso's Tofu, and Vegetable Lo Mein. Not only did it all arrive hot and fresh, but the flavors were great! I was hoping to save some of my dinner for the next night, but it was too tasty and it all was devoured before we knew it. We will definitely order from Taste Delicious again. I have never ordered food from a hotel before, but in Rochester where it was about 10 degrees and snow was blowing all around, I dared not venture outside, so I decided to order in. Yelp was great in helping find a place that delivered...a feature I have never used before. I settled on Taste Delicious for Chinese. Their menu was very diverse with many veggie options. I decided to go with steamed veggies and tofu, spring rolls. My total was around $9, but because the minimum is $10 for delivery (even with tip), I had to order something else. Figuring that the weather would be the same the next evening, I ordered another veggie entrée. The deliver time was between 45 minutes to 1 hour. I received an email on a link where I could track the progress. How cool is that? I almost decided to go to the gym while I waited but something told me to hold off. Good thing I did as it was only about 30 minutes and my food arrived. Loving it more now. The good was good. It's hard to make steamed veggies and tofu excellent unless you coat them in some type of sauce so I did that with soy sauce, which made it better. The other dish (I can't remember what it was) was better the next night. Since I had a great experience, I would certainly use the delivery feature again and would order from Taste Delicious. read more

First no choice of rice or noodle when ordering so ordered fried rice & lo mein separately. We are trying to find good Hot & Spicy Shrimp this one the sauce was good but not hot enough, very few shrimp & too many veggies should just be onion. Crab Rangoon filling good but wrapper too thick & chewy not crispy. Wanton soup broth very good wanton filling too sweet. Egg drop soup good. Egg rolls ok. Boneless spare rib very good. The name itself kind of made me think twice before ordering but I was craving oily unhealthy food and the blood flow had re routed from my brain to my stomach. They have online ordering which was a bit cumbersome since it let me do the entire menu selection online but as I was checking out it told me that the online ordering had closed. I had to call them to order and the lady on the phone had no clue why their online system wasn't working during open business hours. I got the chicken lo mein and shrimp rolls. Not good. *Shaking my head*. The rolls tasted old and un-fresh. Like re fried left overs. The lo mein was bland and didn't have enough chicken or vegetables. It was just...... noodles. Even massive amounts of duck sauce couldn't rescue this meal cooked without any heart or soul. Two stars because they were the only Chinese delivery place open that late and at least didn't get me sick. I do have guts of steel though. In the end I had oily unhealthy food but it didn't fulfill my craving. It just killed my hunger. And that is not why I eat. Hunger is secondary. Taste is primary. I placed my 1-item delivery order and I was given the price and a time. Then, 15 minutes later, they repeatedly called and text, to ask what I ordered. Why can't they just get it all correct once? And they didn't even have my address after I had provided it several times. The woman told me "I don't want you to think that we're dummies here." Uh, okay. Then my food was delivered late, by a rude and angry woman, who told me "Don't order from us again, you're out of delivery range, and this small of an order isn't even really worth our time." Wow. They could've just told me that in the first place, and secondly, my order was the advertised minimum for delivery. I'll make sure not to order from them again. This was the first time I ordered from Taste Delicious and it's name fit the place cause it was delicious. I bought three different meals cause I always have to taste everything. The house soup was very good. Sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken and beef lomein were good also. I got wonton soup with the three entrees and two egg rolls. Every thing was hot when it was delivered and the delivery was earlier than I expected . I didn't even know the restaurant existed. So glad I found it cause I will be ordering from there again. But despite the fact that they are open "7 days a week" with the hours of 10:30am to 10:30pm, every website to order from said they were closed to online orders. No problem, I'll call. Well, the two phone numbers listed went nowhere. One just rang and rang until it gave me fax machine noises, and the there was a dead line.
