Excellent food! It's a shame they don't serve at their location but still good for take out!

Siam Rolls were a bit burnt (see picture) but the insides were the best we have had in a while.

Tried a new restaurant tonight Saks Thai Cuisine. We tried Pad Thai, Chicken Panang Curry and Siam Rolls. IMPORTANT: they are not seating inside today. We didn't know that so we were disappointed (we were hoping to sit down) but decided to order anyway. In general the food was hot and delicious. Siam Rolls were a bit burnt (see picture) but the insides were the best we have had in a while. Chicken & Shrimp Pad Thai was delicious but not as spicy as I normally like it. The person who took the order recommend 3/5 but next time I will go with 4/5. NOTE: I would not get shrimp again because some shrimp tails were still on I had to double check before eating. Delicious but unnecessarily messy. Chicken Panang Curry was perfect ; although not enough rice. Service: limited to person taking the order in the lobby of the restaurant. Honestly, when Linda and I first walked in she was not very friendly or welcoming. I came close to walking out while we explored the menu, however, we decided to give her a chance after another customer noticed her attitude towards us and spoke up. Somehow that helped and the dynamic changed. In summary: as much as I enjoyed the food. The interaction with the person who took the order was unpleasant enough that I will probably not be back for a while. Spending $60 for dinner where you can't sit down and not be treated in a friendly way doesn't make sense to me when there are other options. Message to owner: the person taking the order for your restaurant is representing your restaurant so if that person is not friendly to your customers it will impact return business. The food was delicious so I will be back. I am hoping the customer service experience is better next time.

They don't have dine in service on weekday which I did not know. We walked in to dine-in and ended up getting take out. The ambiance is very classy. I would have loved to dine in. We tried the curry fried rice and green Thai curry. While the curry fried rice was flavorful, I also appreciate the quantity. The green curry was flavorful as well, however, the quantity was insanely less. Almost half of what you would get in any other Thai restaurants

Favorite Thai restaurant in the city. We used to think this restaurant was too far away, but ironically we moved to Fairport and now there are absolutely no down sides. Great food, generous portions and fair prices. The service is also pleasant and food comes out pretty quickly. My regular dishes include the Tom Yum Soup, Curry puffs, Pad Thai and Green Curry. I think due to COVID, they are take-out only and are always super busy, so call-in your order early.

Would only come back for the curry puffs, they were amazing as the other reviews had raved about. The noodle dishes we ordered with beef it was so tough!! So hard to chew and lacks flavor!

As someone who lives in the city and goes to the parent restaurant Khongs Thai Cuisine this was a place I wanted to go to but to be frank it's just the distance and than you have to wonder if it's worth a visit. I would say yes and no. It's located in a small strip mall, you could easily pass it if you don't know the area. I had no idea what this place looked like inside or what to expect. Some said be prepared to be ignored and wait.. guess what it's true. Now it was a Tuesday night and we made a reservation at 6 pm for about eight people. There was another table of the same amount they got served and what not and left way before we did. The place was not that busy but it just seemed forever to order or reorder anything than the wait for the food seemed to take FOREVER. This was a Tuesday not a weekend but whatever. Maybe they got hit up with take out orders. Everyone seemed happy with their dishes like the Tom Kar Soup, Fresh Spring Rolls, Siam Rolls, Pad Thai, Duck dish and more. Everything was fresh and tasty. I went the safe route and got the Chicken Pad Thai they give you a lot I had enough for lunch the next day. Than the Siam Rolls with that Chili Dipping Sauce it was great. I'll have to try other things and the pork dumplings looked fabulous. All in all the food is worth the trip. The inside is lovely all the Thai art; the color scheme of the place inside was all light cream/coffee colors. Staff is pleasant enough, but when telling the server numerous times one person could not have peanuts something came out with it.. whatever. Service is slow... and yes you may wait for a bit for things. Is it worth a return visit yes as long as someone else is driving. Ha ha... Highway from the city is 20 minutes if you take Monroe about 30 minutes. Shared parking lot. The place is attractive and the food is great I give it a 4.5, service is about 3.5 due to being ignored and the wait. Give it a shot.....

Pad Prinking (spicy chili.) Made me sweat a bit ((#3) but totally worth it!

We were seated at C11 and chose the all-you-can-eat option because we were excited to try a variety of dishes and enjoy a relaxed family meal together. I do want to start by saying that the front hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They greeted us with a smile and created a great first impression that made us feel like we were going to have a wonderful dining experience. Unfortunately, the experience changed once we were seated. Our waitress never greeted us with a smile or any welcoming attitude. Drinks took a very long time to arrive and only came after we repeatedly called her over and reminded her. Each time, she seemed annoyed that we were asking. Our table of four adults was only given one ordering tablet, which meant we all had to share it and add items to the same cart. Because I wanted to try different types of sushi--specifically nigiri I added about 15 pieces to the cart so everyone could sample different varieties. The rest of my family also added their appetizers and sushi choices. When we called the waitress to approve the order, she immediately told us it was "too much," even though each sushi counted as a single order in the system. She warned that any wasted food would be charged and didn't submit the full order. Instead, she only sent one tray of 15 sushi pieces for the entire table. The result was that everyone started eating from my order. Then my husband had to place his order afterward, and we all ended up eating from his as well. Orders were essentially only allowed once the previous items were finished. I suggested that perhaps we should have two tablets, one for my son and daughter-in-law and one for my husband and me, so we could each manage our own orders and make sure everyone got what they wanted. The waitress looked at me as if I had said something unreasonable, rolled her eyes, looked down in irritation, and completely ignored the request. She didn't respond at all, which left me feeling embarrassed in front of my family. I have never felt so humiliated in a restaurant. Because of the way ordering was controlled, I ended up eating items my family had ordered instead of what I actually wanted, and I felt too embarrassed to keep trying to place additional order. The entire meal felt extremely supervised, almost as if we were children being monitored. I also noticed that nearby tables seemed to be having similar issues. Since we had a one-year-old with us, we asked for a high chair, which was eventually provided. However, the robot that delivers food kept bumping into the high chair, making it uncomfortable and unsafe. We eventually decided to hold the baby during dinner, which made the meal even harder to enjoy. The waitress never once asked how anything tasted or whether we were enjoying the meal. Plates were often placed on the table abruptly without explanation of what the dish was. Another issue was portion size: almost everything came in extremely small portions, yet each item counted as a full order in the system. Combined with the restrictions on ordering, it made the all-you-can-eat format feel very limited. The environment itself was also very loud. At one point I even saw a man run after the robot because it didn't give him enough time to grab his food. For context, I strongly believe in tipping well--usually more than 20%. Even though the service was disappointing, I still tipped because I didn't want to create a scene in front of my family. Overall, the experience felt very overpriced for the level of service and enjoyment we received. I have dined at many restaurants and truly enjoy taking my family out to eat, but this is one of the few times I left feeling like the restaurant was more focused on controlling customers than providing hospitality.

Generally I would not eat at the Food Court but when I saw Pita Chik and their menu, I knew I had to try it. I was extremely thrilled that I did place my order and pleasantly surprised at how fresh and tasty my meal was. I order the California Salad with Falafal. and pita on the side. The lettuce was crisp and the ingredients all fresh and delicious...and plentiful! The falafal was as I remembered when I was in the Middle East many years ago and my years of ordering it in NYC where I worked. My friend ordered the Greek Gyro and it was packed fully with meat, tomatoes and onions. She left nothing on her plate. BTW, neither did I...my plate was totally cleaned of any salad, falafal and pita. The size was surprisingly large for the price. If you are at Eastview Mall and need some extra strength to continue shopping, you definetly need to stop by Pita Chik for a healthy, energy boosting meal. If you don't want to eat at the Mall, you can order takeout and bring it home. I am so happy that I decided to step up to the Pita Chik counter and happy to see a vegetarian menu for me and a menu that would accommodate my friend as well that likes meat. You won't be disappointed by the meal choices which are plentiful and the pricing surprisingly reasonable. Oh, one more thing, the gentleman that took our order was very sweet and patient with us since we were taking our time in figuring out what to order. One last thing, please leave a tip in the tip jar...all tips are donated. I will most definetly be returning! Just the thought of it is making my mouth water. Bon Appetit to all!
