Really great spot so far. We got the Gaeng Keo Wahn (chicken), pad thai (chicken), thai wings, and crab rangoon. Other than the wings being a little tough everything was fantastic. They were also very courteous and helpful for the no contact pickup process.

    Pad Thai w/ Beef...and a ROTTEN/MOLDY lime.

I really ought have checked the Yelp reviews before placing a delivery order in through Grubhub. Oh boy, I ordered the Calamari. It was stated these were "Thai Style," and unfortunately these were nothing more than previously frozen squid rings. They closely resembled Burger King's onion rings, but filled with squid. The accompanying sauce, I'm quite sure came out of a bottle. When I think of Thai-Style Calamari, I would at least expect the squid to be fresh, breaded and fried to order. These were a big let down. The biggest kick in the bollocks for me, was the Pad Thai w/ Beef. How can you serve a slice of lime that is clearly passed it's lifetime is beyond me. Discoloured, and on the brink of being moldy. The Pad Thai itself was bland, poorly seasoned, but greasy. Definitely the worst Pad Thai I've had to date. As for the Thai Iced Tea, I didn't have a problem with the tea itself, (although it's likely to have been just water, and an instant powder mixture) I had a problem with the volume. It wasn't filled to the top, and I questioned whether the Grubhub driver took a couple sips. I can't recommend this restaurant, nor will I return. From previously frozen squid rings, to a rotten lime, and to a skimpy drink. 1/10, and that's being generous since the food arrived 15 minutes before scheduled which has nothing to do with the restaurant.

Awesome Thai food. Tried 5 dishes. All great. Fresh Basil, nice balance of Thai spices -- sweet salty and sour. I'm really picky with Thai food, and this may be some of the best Thai in the Rochester area. Thai Shrimp and Basil, Pad Thai, Panang curry all excellent. Nice to have choice of coconut rice, white rice, and brown rice.

Everyone ordered their food including me. Everyone got their dumplings. I didn't. Asked her about it. She felt so bad she didn't type in my order. Ugh. She offered me a free tea drink that wasn't for me. It was good just not for me. Had to get my food to go. I tasted everyone's lunch while I waited. Everything tasted good. Although why have the tails still in the shrimp!!!!! Disgusting. Nobody wants to pull tails from their mouth. This whole experience took almost an hour. I don't have time for that either. My red curry was good. When I got home and had time to eat it. Probably won't be back. Maybe if I had more time

This one dish and small soup can easily feed two people. It is a very good pad thai just a little too sweet and not that savory. The mango sticky rice is also HUGE and very good. I have been here a long time ago and they weren't that great however I have been three times…read morerecently and they knocked it out of the park each time. The first time I went, the food was literally out in five minutes after ordering it so how could fresh could that be? And it didn't taste good so it took us a while to come back. My parents requested to go so we went and haven't had nothing but great food each time. I got the chicken pad Thai, which has little tiny thin noodles in it and I love it that way and the peanut sauce isn't too sweet. My dad got seafood pot this time around and he said he would order it again. Husband got some rare meat dish salad that was very spicy which he wants. We also got the papaya salad and sticky rice, which is a really large Portion. We got it medium so everyone could eat it but normally he gets it super spicy which they accommodate. We order a drink of saki which was 6 bucks each. They wine is 6 bucks a glass like it should be! These other places charging $12-$14 a glass is ridiculous The tom kha soup is delicious and it's a good portion for 2 to split. My dad really likes the bean thread soup too. We got an order of spring rolls which also came in an order of two, which I think is lame and is five bucks. Which they gave more for less money. We haven't had a bad meal since and we will definitely be going back

I ordered Tom Kar soup, Panang chicken and Chicken Phat prikpao. Food came out within 10 minutes. I enjoy the food, but I hope the panang can a bit more spicy and The Tom kar soup is a bit less sweet. The rice was quite dry. Since it wasn't a big issue in terms of flavor, and the price is reasonable, I gave 4 stars (3 and a half is better suited). Staffs are friendly. The restaurant look a bit outdated.

I wasn't sure if it was reheated or due to the lack of experienced diners, who thought the redness near the bone on a pouched chicken was "raw". Not only was the chicken not served with ginger and scallion sauce, it was drizzled with soy sauce. I didn't taste the chicken flavor in the chicken rice either. Usually it's paired with the Hainese chicken. The mango chicken was too sweet, according to my husband and son. The roti canai was decent, but it had beef or pork in it. Previously, I've only had chicken in the sauce. With only 2 other seatings taken, we were sat next to a mom group of chatty 4 women. They were loud enough for our table not to bother speaking. When I go out with my girlfriends, we usually ask for a table in to corner or back, as to not bother other customers. We don't live in the area and only stopped by for a college open house.

Head chef Nalee Phommachanh had the vision alongside owner (and sister-in-law) Vilay Sysavath. The family- run business offers a diverse and authentic Southeast Asian menu, a quarterly rotating chef specials menu with paired rotating drinks, and a full-service bar with specialty Soju-based cocktails and other Asian-fusion beverages. My wife and I were in Rochester for a thrift show and wanted to grab some lunch. We love Vietnamese, pho is one of my favorite foods, so we decided to give them a try and we were glad we did. The restaurant is small and jam packed full of tables, but we were still able to be sat and given menus immediately around 2PM on a Saturday. We decided to order a bunch of things and share them. Obviously, we got a bowl of pho, along with an order of egg rolls, a chicken lemongrass plate, and a couple pf Thai teas. Our food took a bit to come, but it was pretty busy, and we were very happy with our food. Everything was delicious. The grilled chicken from the platter had awesome lemongrass flavor, the pho's broth was flavorful, the egg rolls were absolutely amazing, and the portions were huge - we had plenty to take home afterwards. Employees were friendly, prices were comparable to similar restaurants. We'd definitely go again if in the area.

I've been to Roc Pho Shop a couple times now and find it enjoyable... had it been around during my…read moredays at RIT, I'm sure I would have been there regularly. Unsurprisingly, I originally visited to try the pho itself. While the pho is served with a plate of Thai basil, hoisin, siracha, sprouts and lime to add flavor, I'm still somewhat regularly disappointed in the lack of umami flavor in the broth itself. It lacks some depth. There are also times when my broth wasn't quite as hot as I would have wanted. Generally, the pho is fine... but there are better options around Henrietta and Rochester. Just something to keep in mind. I've had a variety of other dishes as well, and the pork banh mi is another that could use some improvement. In the couple times that I've had it, it seems to be very dry. I want a scrumptious banh mi with plenty of pickled veggies and a flavorful pork... but that isn't what I've experienced here. It's served with a broth on the side, and that's fine... but I want my flavor *IN* the sandwich... without having to use a broth as a substitute to add moisture to the meat or flavor to the sandwich. On a recent visit, I brought my mother. She ended up ordering the shrimp fried rice for her lunch, and, while the size was large (she ended up needing a takeout container to bring about half of it home), she found the dish to be lacking in flavor and components (noting that more vegetables might have been nice). During this visit, I also ordered the spicy cucumber salad for the first time... and also found *that* side lacking in flavor. There was an itsy bitsy amount of spice... but for something marked on the menu as spicy? It wasn't what I was expecting. Service was fine, and the overall ambience of the restaurant is inviting and clean. The entrance/exit can be a bit rough for cars that are a bit lower to the road... just something to be aware of.
