This was our second time visiting this location and we unfortunately do not plan to return. We considered the first time a negative experience, but wanted to try again to see if it was a fluke. Our second time was worse. Here are the things I have beef with: Speed / attentiveness of service: - Our server brought refills (water/soda) to our table...for my husband and son, but not for me, despite also having an empty glass. They started to walk away without acknowledging it and ended up pouring water into my empty soda glass at my request because it was better than being left with nothing. It was the one and only time we were offered refills. - From the time we sat down, it took an hour to get our food. I would not typically have a problem with this, but there are two factors that made it frustrating: the restaurant was less than half full and the table next to us with eight people got there 10-15min AFTER us, ordered after us, and got ALL of their food and drinks, with multiple drink refills, at least 10min before we did. We eventually had to ask for an update on our food and it was brought out almost immediately. - On our reservation, it gave us the option to indicate if we were there for an event, which we were - our son's 13th birthday. It was never mentioned or acknowledged. Food issues: - They were out of foods we planned to order, which is not generally a big deal, but small things like this compound when combined with other issues. This also happened last time we came - they were entirely out of all rice except brown and didn't mention it until after we'd ordered drinks and appetizers. - The Ma Po Tofu is described as "crispy" - it was gooey and honestly gross. I went back to P.F. Chang's yesterday and enjoyed my visit. I received a free entree for my birthday month and got the vegetarian lettuce wraps. Always a favorite, but they added more garlic and more crispy tofu so I liked it even more. Super fresh and when we asked for extra lettuce they were gracious to provide more. The large egg drop soup is big enough to share too, and really delicious. My favorite item to order is their banana spring rolls with ice cream and berries. It's the best sweet treat. I enjoyed my food and my server Alex was great. Only a few improvements I could say- they just added a new menu which has more selections like two or three course dinner set selections or dim sum sized appetizers for sharing. Some of the prices seem more affordable, and there are more options, but it's really overwhelming. When I have 100 choices it get - it's hard to become centered and focused for selecting. The menu is three pages but multiple columns so it's all over the board. Both my mother and myself had a hard time with figuring it out. I feel like they needed to pilot this out more. It's confusing and overwhelming to look at the whole new menu. My dessert rang .70 higher than the menu so some prices were increased too without having the increase added yet. They were nice though and adjusted my bill. Lastly, I had a special offer for a free plate of edamame, but I never received an email or notification for this or wasn't presented about this offer until after I paid my bill. Coming into P.F. Chang's, I was impressed with the sheer size of the place. It was huge! It was nicely decorated and pretty clean. The service was good, we were seated quickly and had our water fast. We ordered some apps and they were tasty. The crab wontons and some dry rub ribs. The ribs were meaty and the seasoning was a cool change of pace. I had the Kung Pao Beef and it was okay. The spice level was hit and miss. I'm think the only spice I picked up on was the dried chilies that were tossed in. My friend got some chicken and it was overcooked. Dry as a bone. We also ordered some hot tea and never got it. Very odd as we had a full on conversation with our server about it when we ordered. Cool location, decent service, decent food. read more

Took the granddaughter here for dinner as this is her favorite place. The place was not that busy in a Tuesday evening at 6:30. We got seated right away because we had reservations. Our waitress Emily did a great job!! She was very conversational and helpful when it came to ordering and getting our drinks. I did the 3 order combo for 2. Which is like $21.00 for 3 items a couple appetizers and like 2 main dishes. It was pretty good. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps for an appetizer for everyone else. We also ordered the fried green beans too. One thing they did not give us was the sauces like the hot mustard and other sauces with the lettuce wraps when we got them. We had to ask for them. :-( One thing I did notice is that the lettuce wraps are $18.00 now. Sure seems like it's getting more expensive and the portions are smaller. Must be the norm now a days. We visited on a Sunday night, hoping to enjoy a family holiday meal. It was a disaster. We had a veggie spring roll appetizer that was bitter, not sure if the oil was bad or what. Another appetizer took forever and came out with the dinner. When I asked where it was the server said the kitchen was backed up, but when it arrived it was lukewarm as if it had been sitting for a while. The server paid no attention to empty drinks and did not check back in on how the meal was. It looked as though other patrons were having difficulty getting their checks or a bag to carry out left overs. The food was just below the quality of Panda Express, at three times the cost. Might be helpful to close this location and figure things out before ruining someone else's holiday dinner? Just a thought read more

I've been to this P.F. Chang's several times, and it's consistently a great experience. Benji always provides excellent customer service, Armond is a wonderful server, and Myron is a fantastic manager who keeps everything running smoothly. The food is delicious every time--especially the Kung Pao Shrimp, fried rice, miso salmon, and the shrimp dumplings. Highly recommend this location! The only improvement needed is the bar service. We consistently end up waiting a long time for drinks and have even had to cancel our second round due to the delay. Overall, still a great P.F. Chang's, just hoping the bar pacing gets better. read more

Yikes! I hadn't been to a PF Changs in 18 years and now I know why. The restaurant itself was so dirty and I noticed it right when I walked in. The back of the chairs had finger prints all over them, dust everywhere and the windows and mirrors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in sometime. That's when I should have left...Our meal came and my lettuce was partially pink and the orange chicken was so mushy it was inedible. I told our waitress and she's said "what would you like me to do about it." She ended up giving us our sodas for free but then up charged up for fried rice which I didn't even order. Used to love this PF Chang's location. Wish I would've read Yelp reviews before going. Table and booth seats were sticky from a spill. Surrounding area tables and benches had old food on them. Exterior windows were dirty and smeared. Bathroom was disgustingly dirty. Received lunch one minute after receiving soup. Didn't get to eat the soup. Server was very focused on selling us desserts. Had the salmon lunch and felt ill until the next day. I did not get to eat my leftovers. I would recommend a deep clean of this location and won't be going back for awhile. read more

At here last week. Food was good not great. The restaurant is on the dated side and needs some updates. For us it was the service. Food was forgotten until we asked for it. Frequently ignored. Was given the check before our food was delivered, we would have gotten dessert but clearly didn't have a choice. We had decided to just leave cash and tip on the table and were stopped trying to leave because they thought we were dining and dashing. Went here for lunch. The restaurant was mostly empty (2:30 lunch), but they were very strict as to where you could sit. Almost brusk. Friendliness did not improve with the waiter. I'm pretty shocked at the pathetic portions and lack of meat. My brother told me not to go and that their "family size" is more like an appetizer. Should have listened to my big brother. I ordered the honey chicken with extra meat and my mind was blown at how little meat there was plus the tiny bit of rice that came with it. Also says it's lightly breaded but it was almost all breading which was pretty gross. It was 24 dollars! Then there was the signature lo mein which includes chicken, beef,pork and shrimp. Great food and ambience at the Tigard location. The hot and sour soup is spot on. The service is a little suspect. But tolerable. Hence the 4 stars. I think this is hit or miss depending on the staff you get, so not worth critiquing the restaurant food for it. The food itself is great. Try the Singapore noodles for a unique flavor. And ask for the spicy chili oil if you like to add a numbing flavor. I particularly enjoy the chicken lettuce wraps and the crispy beans. We had a very nice dinner at this Bridgeport Village PF Changs! We made a reservation and requested a booth. We were seated promptly upon arrival and got a booth table. The waitress was very friendly and we ordered appetizers first while we studied the menu. The pork egg rolls were good and crispy with a nice mustard sauce. The steamed pork and steamed shrimp dumplings were also tasty and spicy. You can't go wrong with the crispy honey shrimp and the Mongolian beef. We also ordered the mandarin orange salad which is nice to cool the palate. Overall I would recommend this PF Chang's to anyone and will be returning soon! read more

The spicy chicken definitely had a kick in terms of spice, very flavorful & very tender. The food came out quickly and was hot. The fried rice was wonderful. Wow, could they get any cheaper on us?! Not cheap FOR us, cheap ON us. They use to have such a good happy hour menu that included 2 types of ribs, chicken lettuce wraps, dim sum, egg rolls, sushi, lots of different drinks etc.... Now they have just a few appetizers on it and a few cocktails. I am OK with a few cocktail options, but not OK with few eating options. If you think $8 is a good deal for an appetizer, consider how few pieces you get. I did the calculation, we got the steamed dumplings, there were 4, that's $2 a piece. If you got it off the regular menu, you would pay $14, but you get 6 of them. So by getting the happy hour, you save a whopping $1.50 lol. Nothing happy about that! Besides the shrimp or pork dumplings offered fried or steamed, your only other options off the HH menu are the calamari, crab wontons and crispy beans, of course smaller portions for the barely smaller price per unit, defeating the entire purpose of HH. My friend did get a Lychee Cosmo for $8 and it was good. The Jade Mojito and the Tropical Tiki also look good, not so much the Sparkling Paloma, but could be good for someone else, all on the HH menu. Outside of the HH menu, they use to offer 3 sizes for a glass of wine, now you have to get a large size. Sorry no photos, we only had 1 appetizer and 1 drink. We were so hungry we forgot to take photos. We ended up eating elsewhere. I give them a star for being nice and another for the nice atmosphere there, but that's it. Just went here for my early birthday dinner and the food was ok. I had the miso salmon, which was mediocre and the rest was bland vegetables no flavor at all. My wife had the vegetable wrap and said it was delicious. Last the kiddo had orange chicken but couldn't use the sweet and sour sauce cause it was to spicy for her. We didnt order desserts but the waiter wanted to be snarky and gave use 8 fortune cookies and said since we didnt get dessert. Flawless experience for takeout pickup. I love the private 10 minute parking for takeout and pick up only. The takeout counter is super pretty with the colors . For such a busy restaurant it was calm energy in there, which I like because it feels more intimate. I ordered at home, drove 15 minutes and waited 3 minutes. Yum! read more

I went into P.F. Chang's because have been ill with my cancer and wanted some of their wonderful hot and sour soup that I love. I made an order to go in restaurant and told her that wasn't feeling well with my cancer reason wearing a mask. I just opened the soup and saw this note, and I almost cried because it was so thoughtful. Thank you PF Chang's for best ever service by your staff and excellent food. I would agree with the overall rating here. We haven't been to PF Changs in a long time and decided to come here for dinner. First thing we noticed was the very paired down menu, which is fine because you can only hold a lot of ingredients for so long before they go bad. When our appetizers came they were greasy and so was most of the food. The best part of our meal was the Lo Mein. Our waitress was very nice and her service was good, this is all strictly based on the food and quality of it. The overall look of the restaurant is the same, spacious and dimly lit which I like. read more

I was meeting up with an old coworker after a pickup at Crate and Barrel. But the process went badly wrong and I ended up being delayed an hour. So my old coworker and I decided to stay local and take a trip down memory lane at this restaurant next door. After not eating here for nearly 10 years, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and consistency. For starters we had the chicken wrap, dynamite shrimp, and handmade panfried potstickers. The wrap was well seasoned and had a great variety of texture. It has certainly always been the star of the show for a reason. The shrimp was well coated and had a great crispy exterior. The green onions helped balance the richness of the spicy Mayo. The potstickers were served on a cast iron plate. They were super tasty and piping hot with a delicious filling. The main courses were actually the most plain. The crispy honey chicken was bland, too sweet, and was on the soft side. The Mongolian beef was well seasoned but a little chewy. The crispy green beans were actually pretty fantastic with the accompanying dip. I would eat green beans all the time if they were cooked like this! Last but not least our server was wonderful. She had great insight on recommendations and was very in tune with our needs. Overall, pretty good food for a chain restaurant, although a little on the expensive sized. Ambience was pretty nice with the red and black Asian theme. A great option if you're shopping around Bridgeport. Will have to reconsider coming back more often. read more

We have eaten at this location twice in the last couple of months. Both visits were just ok. We got an offer for a BOGO entree sit we went tonight. We had reservations but the restaurant was almost empty on a Friday night. A few more people came in while we were there but it was very quiet. Our server was not good. She tried to explain a new menu item but couldn't remember the name of it or details. She forgot my tea and had to be reminded. Our meal took a long time to arrive, and while it tasted good it wasn't anything special. My husband requested chili sauce which she never brought. We miss the early days when they brought the sauces to the table and you concocted your favorite. With the discount for an entree our meal was reasonably priced but I'd hate to pay full price especially with such poor service. We won't be back for a long time read more

Came here after a while since we were craving some Chinese food. We ordered from the lunch menu and got the hot and scour soup which was a little bland. For our entrees, we tried the Mongolian beef which was really oily and smothered in sauce. They also mixed it in with the noodles which I thought was odd. They did the same thing for the chilli chicken I ordered. The fried rice was at the bottom and chicken was put directly on top. Service was great and prompt but the food was sub par and basic for the high prices. Everything was an extra charge. read more
