The food at PG Chang's is always consistently delicious! Sadly, the restaurant seems huge compared to the smaller crowds from years past. Although Chang's is a part of a chain, the food never disappoints. We did notice a few nice touches have been discontinued, such as the 3 sauces previously served with dumplings and potstickers which allowed you to customize your dipping sauce and loose leaf tea (now tea bags). All in all, the tasty stir fry veggies, fried rice, steamed shrimp dumplings, lettuce wraps and soup, keep us coming back!

Had not been in a few years , so today it was our stop. Place was nice , greated right away and seated. Waiter arrived took our drink order , and then came back for food order, we had wonton soup, very good flavor! Crispy honey chicken , white rice & beef fried rice! Our waiter Miguel was amazing he had refills and togo boxes and bags and even a red velvet dessert for my daughter! Very very very nice waiter!

We made reservations for 8 on Mother's Day at 5:30pm. The place was rather busy but we were seated right away. It was nice that they had our table ready. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I was impressed with the service she gave us on such a busy occasion. The place was a little loud and the music seemed to be club-type songs. Other than that, the place seemed to have a trendy Asian decor. The menu seemed to have been expanded since the last time I dined here. I liked that there were many vegetarian options which were also vegan. The problem I have with the food is that many dishes we order did not say anything about being spicy on the menu, but were in fact spicy. One dish we had to return because it had a bite to it and my mom just couldn't take it.

P.F. Chang's never disappoints and this time was no exception. Our table of four enjoyed the options for group dining. They also had a great lunch deal going on. We chose 4 entrees, soup, and an appetizer. Yum! Everything was piping hot and delicious. The teriyaki chicken dish was new and a standout. Until this day, I had never had tofu fried rice, now it's my new favorite! I could have stopped after the delicious egg drop soup. Everything was so good and service was attentive. The manager even stopped by our table, which is a very nice touch It happened to be Valentine's Day but we were just looking for a place to grab a late lunch. With that said, the decor was festive and they had a really cute balloon arch and festive photo back drop for photos.

Been coming back to this location many times for our favorite Mongolian Beef dish but today our service was exceptional. Miguel our server was very attentive, friendly and provided us with great service .

We had an enjoyable family lunch today. We were seated comfortably in a large booth, the restaurant was pleasantly empty, and we had a clear view out to the lovely spring weather. We split a pork dumpling appetizer (yum), then shared Singapore noodles, Chang's spicy chicken (a little spicy), honey shrimp on a bed of rice noodles and crispy chili garlic green beans. I thought the green beans were a little too salty. Otherwise, this was a nice assortment of flavors, delivered hot from the kitchen, and generous portions for our party of five. They refilled my soda without my having to ask, checked on us several times throughout our lunch, cleared empty dishes promptly and brought us the check/checked us out in a timely manner. We have had several good experiences through dining here and having delivery, and I'm sure we will eat again here soon.

Well it's been a long time since I went to PF Chang's the last one I went to was the one in woodfield Mall Schaumburg. It was the only one I went to one of my mom's friends suggested to go to p.f Chang's and I suggested the one in Northbrook. This one is a little more bougie in the ambience. Service was pretty fast and they were pretty friendly. Food was just a meh ok. Better than Panda Express. I say this because I look at PF Chang's as a franchise Chinese restaurant than it is of the local Chinese restaurants in the Chicago and suburban areas. We have the Mongolian beef and it was just ok the Kung Pao strip however was a bit too salty that I did not like. The Buddha's vegetables was also okay or delicious. In regards to dessert since there were three of us the waitress suggested and have the sampler of three desserts which was a good idea. I like the key lime pie and the peanut butter chocolate cake I didn't really like the red velvet cake but then again I never like red velvet cake at all. Anyways this is my review of this PF Chang's in Northbrook

    New chicken, lettuce, wraps, stink!

Our server was absolutely fabulous. But, the chicken lettuce wraps suck! What I love most about the old rats was the sauce. They changed the sauce and it is not even close to being as good as the other one was. I will say, I like the Romain lettuce for it. They are definitely fresher and easier to eat.

Gabby is a character she kept rushing us, I came in for my birthday celebration and she didn't make it as bright as I expected. Of course the food was good but service wasn't. I usually ALWAYS TIP, but for a $130 tab I refuse to be treated this way even we didn't ask for much... 1. She sent us the bill 2 mins after the bday celebration dessert and bottle flare. never asked if we need anything else beforehand. 2. We order 2 orders of pepper steak we only got one rice which we didn't ask for that. It was suppose to be 2 pepper steaks like we ordered so two white rice suppose to come out. 3. She so short with us, never asked if we needed anything she was dismissed and running away. like she wanted us out of there. Especially when I asked about my birthday reward since I had to asked her and she wasn't too familiar. We made reservations that specific birthday celebration I guess the communication between the host and waiter wasn't great because I had to ask for my own birthday celebration?.. My expectations for P.F. Chang's dine in is always amazing but this was terrible. I need to get in contact with the manager. When I was leaving, it was a line at the door so we couldn't wait to speak to a manager. Managers if you see this please contact me! Email: officialdiamondhodges@gmail.com

Price isn't super unreasonable given the quality, though a little higher than what people generally expect for Asian food. Compared to other dim sum restaurants in the suburbs, the price is fairly in line with comparable spots like Lao Hu Tong, and entrees are only a little higher than fast carryout spots. The only dish I wasn't crazy about here was the scallion pancake. I found it a bit more hard than flaky and the flavor wasn't there for me (even with chili oil added), otherwise the food overall was very good in terms of flavor and texture. The beef sanji was quite tender and I liked the bit of crisp, though the beef could've been slightly more flavorful. The crab meat and pork soup dumpling was by far the best dish, with a flavorful soup in generously filled dumplings. The beef chow fun had fairly bouncy noodles that were crisped up just a little and the beef was tender, there was a good amount of wok hay in the dish. The crystal shrimp dumpling was also quite flavorful with good quality shrimp and a great texture on the dumpling skin. Similarly the BBQ pork bun had a slightly sweet and fluffy bun with a good sweetness to the pork filling inside. I would've preferred a little more meat but it was still good. Overall, delicious food and reasonable portions for the price. The nice decor and friendly service make this a spot I'd return to with family and friends. The location is also quite convenient to complete some shopping and get some services nearby.

Ordering was a breeze and the guys were always open to a conversation or giving suggestions. The restaurant was clean and the meal was always tasty. Just a note but the further away you move from any major city the fewer and harder it is to find great Asian food. The suburb is lucky to have them. The pandemic brought new staffing. Some were pleasant with customers though one lady, a supervisor had the wrong ideas of what customer service and proper etiquette is. Just the basics of my final visit. I took my family for lunch. We ordered lunch specials and a couple extra must-try plates. Two specials hit the table and the third was left waiting for her meal. Unbeknownst to us in the moment, her food was handed to a single patron there for his lunch. The place was filling up with a lunch rush but not so many that had complicated orders. Many were ordering similar lunch specials. Kung pao lunch special was popular. When her order finally arrived the supervisor realized she had given the wrong plate to the customer sitting some tables behind us. Mind you ten minutes had already passed. She quickly went over to him and asked what he had ordered. She then took the plate he was eating from and handed him the fresh plate. He was still holding a half eaten egg roll in his hand. Then she brought the quarter eaten plate and placed it in front of my mother. Before she could leave I stopped her and asked her what she was doing. She simply stated that was her lunch order. I told her she handed my mother someone else's food that they were eating and I watched the whole thing. Why didn't you take that to the back and make a completely new plate of food?! I paid the bill and got the F**k out. That's gross. Also, you gave the other patron new food but cannot do the same for our table?? This place is dead to me. If she could do that, it beckons the question of what else is happening behind the scenes.
