I wasn't impressed with the Mongolian Beef ( maybe I'm biased because I am born and raised in New York and used to eating in China Town). It just wasn't what I thought it would be. For me the flavor just wasn't there . But the lo mein noodles were really good and we enjoyed them. As for the dumplings we enjoyed those as well. But I didn't like the dipping sauce they came with. Three of us got the lunch specials and the food was just okay. The Chicken Teriyaki tasted like it was only pineapple. The Lo Mein noodles were good. The Mongolian Beef was just average and the Spicy Chicken wasn't spicy at all. The pork dumplings were good but the egg rolls tasted funny but the dipping sauce for them was really good. Once we were seated, we waited about 8-10 minutes before one of us got up to see who are server was going to be. It was not busy at all being around noon on a Tuesday. I think the food was really good. I got pad thai and this yummy boba tea and some korean bbq cauliflower. However, I think it's a little overpriced. PF Changs is one of my go to places when I can't figure out what I want for dinner. The staff there is pleasant and always ready with a recommendation if you can't make up your mind. One of my very favorite things to get is their lettuce wraps. Seriously, even if you go there and order nothing else, get those lettuce wraps!!! I'm obsessed with them and eat enough that my main dish ends up being taken home. Another item I frequently get is the great wall of chocolate cake!!! It's enough for 4-5 people so make sure there is someone there to share with. read more

I don't know if they changed owner or recipes but it's not as it once was. The chicken wraps are horrible they changed the sauce and it taste burnt. The pepper steak has no taste and steak is chewy. Sorry won't be back. I make better chicken wraps at home. read more

Stopped in and had another great meal! If I had any notes it would be that the host or the people at the entrance could be a little welcoming. Our server was wonderful though she did a great job. We were even walked thru the rewards program. We started with a spicy chicken noodle soup which was amazing! We could not stop eating it. I really hope it stays on the menu, when we were there it was on the specials menu. Two people ordered sushi and loved it. My son had the Salmon and couldn't get enough. I always enjoy my food at P.F. Chang's. My favorite meal is the Kung Pao chicken. I decided to try something different and ordered the chicken pad Thai on my most recent visit. It was very good (but I still prefer Kung Pao chicken). I also tried the appetizer Kung Pao brussel sprouts - Yum, those were delicious. Service is usually pretty good as well. read more

Another day another restaurant!! Went here on a Saturday evening and it was super crowded. We were informed a wait time of 1 hour and 20 mins but they called us in like 10 mins! Lol that was weird!! We thought of going to the Apple store but later felt lazy and decided not to! Good that we don't go else we might have missed the call!! We Tried the chicken lettuce wrap here that is my husband's all time fav and he absolutely loved it! You can stock up on your lettuce and the sauce for free!! We also tried the ramen. I found it okaishhh maybe it is simply because I can't stop falling in love with jinya and also I usually like creamy ramen but unfortunately we did not have that here! Went here to eat with my brother. Causal or formal. You can dress up or down. I think they are in the middle of remodeling we saw a lot of open outlets and paint/blue tape everywhere. The restrooms and restarting in general had a weird smell. Our server seemed pretty uninterested and the hostess was low key rude. The food was delicious. A fairly bland chain Chines food restaurant. Basic service. Ordered the ginger chicken with broccoli and fried rice and there was just no flavor in either dish. Couldn't taste any ginger whatsoever. A good Chinese restaurant would have left me burping ginger for at least an hour. Broccoli was fresh but could have used another minute being steamed. Oh...and if you're going to charge me extra for something you should say so. When I ordered my entree I was asked "white, brown or fried rice?" with no indication that my fried rice was an extra $4.95 charge. I am a die-hard PFC fan and I've had it in 3 different countries before I tried the Lexington location a couple of years ago. Same great taste and I'm still a fan. BUT...recently I've noticed that the Lexington branch has shrunk it's portions. Now don't get me wrong, I'm all for small portions :) but these portions are REALLY small! Like earlier I used to order Bang Bang shrimps and 2-3 people could eat them easily...and now, forks go to war when trying to stuff the shrimps in our mouths because there just aren't enough. Their soups could use some help...love their special sauce....coconut icecream is amazing! Ambiance is alright, though the booths can be uncomfortable as they are a tight fit. I recommend siting at the tables :) Slightly pricey for the quantity of food...but not bad. New Edit: 12/27/2017 So I went to PFC again today as I was in the Mall. Ordered Hot n Sour Soup which was on point! Dessert wise, the NY Cheesecake and the new Mini dessert (coconut caramel) were great! The entrees were the issue :) The Lo Mein with chicken had slightly undone chicken with pasty pasta.. u know the time that's been overlooked. No amount of spice could make it better! The other entree, chicken with peanuts etc, came out burnt!!! I mean yes, I like spicy dishes but not scorched ones!!! I am honestly, very sad as to how downhill PF Changs has gone over the past couple years. I remember always wishing and hoping that I would get to go and craving their food. But the last time that I went, everything was just very average and nothing was that great. Some of it even tasted as if it potentially was one of their frozen meals that they just heated up in the back and threw on the plate. An old friend and I got together a couple of nights ago. We decided to have food delivered so we could enjoy a nice, long visit. We were simpatico in our decision: vegetable lettuce wraps and Kung Pao chicken from P.F. Chang's. The restaurant delivered the food very quickly, so no reheating necessary. And the delivery girl was super friendly. Lettuce wraps have been around for thousands of years, originating in Southeast Asia. I like the contrast between the cold lettuce and hot filling. You just need a little drizzle of the accompanying tangy lime-based sauce. I have been to China, and P.F. Chang's Kung Pao chicken is pretty darn close to the real deal! The chicken was lightly crisped, tossed with celery, scallions, red chili peppers, and lots of peanuts. The secret to this dish is not to over sauce. It should be lightly coated and fairly dry. On the spicy scale, it's just right- hot enough to get your attention, but not break out into a sweat. The fact that these dishes are consistently delicious brings me back time after time. This is the second time I have visited this PF Chang at Fayette mall this month. Both times we had a group of around 20 guests. Both times, the staff did a tremendous job making our visit memorable. This dinner meal was a family outing, and our family is from 11 to 85 in age. All were pleased and left satisfied. The price point of the food was good as well as the quality of the food. I usually love P.F. Chang's because of there gluten free options and I probably order here once a month or more. I always get the gf vegetable fried rice and it usually comes out amazing with delicious fresh veggies and a good amount of broccoli, but tonight it was inedible. There was barely any broccoli and the broccoli that was in it seemed like old broccoli scraps. There was also charred egg and the snap peas were not ripe. Very unsatisfied. read more
