Hackensack location is very inconsistent! Ordered curbside & delivery a few times over the past months and it's never the same. The Mongolian beef is either great OR inedible. Trying to call and get a manager has not been easy so I've given up and just will not order from here anymore. A few weeks ago we went to eat outside, A woman sat us after cleaning the table and then we never saw her again. After 15 minutes of waiting we left. It's just not worth the headache or risk! read more

So I went to P.F Chang's about a month ago and let me tell you the place was just amazing! What I ordered was even better than what I thought it'd be the pictures really don't do the food justice (I was hangry Lol) so my very Special person and I ordered spare ribs with rice and she ordered the Kung Pow shrimp. All I can say is this place rocks. The brown rice was every bit of good with the sauce that came from the color purple shrimp. Her and I only go if we're craving it to the extent of wanting to go and sit down and enjoy. Although the place is sometimes cold does not take away from the fact that the food is excellent! That's pretty much all I have to say about this place more reviews will come later! read more

Absolutely despicable experience at your location. Placed an order for 5:30 pm pickup. Do you know what time I finally got my order? 8:10 pm. Nice Mothers Day service. Let's also add how messed up my order was when I got home. Ordered the 4 entree Mothers Day deal. Not one entry got the rice. My beef and broccoli had NO BROCCOLI! Can you explain that to me? read more

This was my first time going to this restaurant and last time. One day I went to the restaurant and had dinner. I had salmon, fried cauliflower and a glass of wine. That same night I was awaken from my sleep and started to feel i had to use the bathroom. Well I didn't have to. Within minutes, I was throwing up. I had experience the worse food poisoning experience ever. I will not go back to this restaurant ever again. They don't know how to cook their fish. How would I trust any other food they serve. read more

Britney was a wonderful waitress food and service was 5 stars. We felt very safe and social distanced from other patrons. Be safe! read more

Been a long time customer, and tonight's dining experience was such a disappointment. We got brown lettuce with our lettuce wraps, plates were dirty, portions were a lot smaller than they used to be, had to ask for utensils, and had to call a manager after 15 minutes because no one came to get our drinks, and the person who brought our food just tossed the plates on our table. Please train your kitchen staff about quality control and your waiters on customer service! read more

Don't book a reservation and count on it being honored. And the host argues with you becauae the dont need your business

Will never go to a PF Changs ever again unfortunately. Got our food an hour and 15 minutes from when we ordered it!!! It was not busy at all either as it was a Monday night were there were only 4 other tables full. There was throw up in the men's bathroom and at the entrance of the restaurant. Let the manager know of the situation as soon as we arrived. Unfortunately when i left 2 hours later both places were still a mess! The place itself was cold, food was not terrible but not great. read more

Oh no?! :( We were hungry after shopping and did actually visit here and was very much disappointed. All I see is the place gets too busy. We just ordered for spring rolls , veg stir fry. But unfortunately our stir fry was steamed with rice. We had a tough time to finish our food. read more

The experience started when we entered with a 95 year old person having trouble walking and the host seated us at the furthest location to the door, 2 tables from the kitchen. WOW The service was VERY slow, took almost 20 minutes to get soup that the main meals came before the soup was finished. Brain dead host, he was asked for a table closer to the door but said nothing was available, time 4:30, the place was EMPTY !!! less that 5 tables seated. Manager never bothered to ask if everything was ok. read more

Exceeded our expectations. Food was and dessert were delicious. We will be back And our waiter Adrian was amazing read more

I went to PF Changs expecting a great meal, and I got just that. Our waiter was fantastic, very friendly and didn't rush us. I ordered a chicken dish and my brother ordered the Mongolian beef, and they were both phenomenal. I also ordered a glass and a half of wine as well as a chocolate cake for dessert and we just had a fantastic experience read more

I love the food and drinks in PF Changs but my experience wasnt as good as when we went to the one in Freehold! Our server Kevin was awesome! He was funny and made our time there so much more enjoyable! read more

Maybe 3 1/2? It's a tough call. Hostess doesnt smile or say goodbye. Service is soooooo slow! Always 5-10 mins just for the water (Drives me CARAZYYYYY...I've counted the waiters and they should be able to handle the amount of tables)! The Fried Shrimp Dumplings are the BEST (maybe overpriced like everything else). Also, with love the Honey Shrimp. One time, we ordered the Orange Chicken and it was soggy and you tasted batter and was disappointing. The Fried Rice is TASTELESS (and not even hot) and it takes chutzpah to charge $4 extra for that!!? I get tens of ads from them online, each time expecting maybe some coupon incentive or something, but no. Hackensack has mostly Fast Food Chinese so i force myself there but maybe i'll drive the extra miles to our favorites in Passaic County. read more

The Mongolian beef was both greasy and well done/burnt at the same time which was a first for me. The other order was cooked properly. The best part of the meal was the appetizers. Not the type of person to send food back to the kitchen and didn't feel like getting management involved. read more

The food was great but the service starting with the manager didn't know what they where doing and they didn't care and we saw a lot of people waiting to get served there was one lady who treated everyone the right way but the other two servers and manager were care less the soda was horrible they didn't even know if people were done to give them their check I don't recommend it and I will never go back. Ps. Horrible experience. read more

I gave it 5 stars because our waiter was fantastic! You don't get many people who are attentive and pay attention to detail anymore so when our waiter Rigo came by several times to ask if we needed anything I was pleasantly surprised. Kudos to him for giving quality customer service! read more

The food sucked. Waited an hour and a half after ordering to get served and the food was room temperature. That means it was on the service counter for at least 45 minutes before our server brought our meal. The dishes were absolute garbage with the exception of a stir-fried shrimp dish. Definitely would not recommend. read more

Server didn't greet our table for over 10 minutes. Only giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because another server noticed we were sitting at the table for so long and took our drink orders. This review is for takeout, I had a 20% off coupon so I figured I would bring food home for the family. I ordered the Mongolian beef and an order of chicken lo mein. The beef was 17.95, pretty steep for a Chinese takeout meal, but I had a coupon so I didn't mind. The Mongolian beef was definitely the highlight of this meal. The steak was cooked perfectly and had a nice sweet soy sauce taste to it with plenty of scallions and wasn't dry. I Loved this dish and would def order again. If all I got was the beef meal I would've given it 4 stars however, I got the lo mein also. The chicken lo mein was disappointing. It was 10.95, had way to many vegetables, and was kinda mushy. I love lo mein from an average Chinese take out place where its normally half the price so I figured this would be delicious at 10.95. I was wrong, it didn't taste good and I will never order again. Other than that the meal was great. My wife got the shrimp in lobster sauce and she raved about it. read more

What happened to this place? I seem to recall this particular PF Chang's being run better years ago. Our experience this past Friday has me wondering if we will ever go back. Where do I start? First, our Satay Chicken appetizer took unusually long to come out. When it finally did - it was stone cold. Mentioned this to the server who said she would pass it on to Management. How about a replacement? Next, my wife and I receive our entree's but our little Granddaughter did not. When I asked where her food was, I was told, "oh yeah, it's coming right out." 20 minutes later, still no food. Because it is rude to eat while still waiting on others entree's, our food was now cold. When our server finally reappeared ("How is everything so far?") we explained that we were missing the child's food. Her surprised reaction led me to believe she never put the order in. She comes back and tells us "there was a "mixup in the kitchen" and we will get it to you asap." Right. Another eternity passes and we are fuming at this point. We flagged down a Manager and explained what was going on. Then and only then did this get resolved. To his credit, he offered to comp the entree and also the stone cold chicken. I finally started eating my cold meal and immediately noticed the steak was not cooked the way I asked. It was supposed to be rare and it was super well done, almost charred. At this point, I didn't even bother saying anything about this. At some point, our server cleaned some items off the table and took my knife. Why would I need a knife, I am just eating steak! Glutton for punishment, we order a single desert. By now, I started wondering how they would manage to screw this up. Again, 20 minutes seems to be the magic number because that is the amount of time it took to bring the desert to our table! Our server brought extra forks for those who wanted to share and proceeded to drop them all on the floor! No apology and no replacements either! And you guessed it - getting the check..........took forever. An evening chock full of gross incompetence. read more

PF Chang's never disappoints. I been coming to these for years and always stick to my favorite Mongolian beef and the Kirin beer. The appetizers here are also great. The pot stickers and very good and the calamari. Never been a fan of dessert here so I always skip it. the only thing I would not recommend here is the sushi, it is completely tasteless and in my opinion should be completely removed from the menu. Service was very good, we had a large party celebrating a birthday. The entire event excellent. read more

PF Changs... Some people swear by it. I do not. I was introduced to this restaurant several years ago before they built this location at the Riverside Mall. I was told it was very good and at the time I considered it to be pretty decent after my first experience. I have since changed my mind entirely and will likely not return anytime soon. Why? The food. The food here reminds me of a cheap chain restaurant like Friday's but with an Asian flair. In my experience everything on the menu is extremely salty And will leave you refilling your water cup time and time again! PF Chang's one saving grace is their lettuce wraps. Although they are also very salty I find them tasty And refreshing enough to mention. If you do decide you need to go eat here make sure you order some chicken lettuce wraps so you don't walk away totally, 100% disappointed. Without this appetizer on the menu I would've rated them one star. I may be back at some point ( to gorge some lettuce wraps) but I could not imagine myself visiting this restaurant more than once every year or two. read more

P.F. Chang's is frequented by people doing business lunches and business dinners and cocktails. That's because there is a certain mentality that says "I like to pay double what I should be paying when the company is footing the bill". And that about sums it up. Food isn't bad, but is really not that much better than standard Chinese take-out, and it costs about three times as much. It's salty, rather bland, non-authentic. . .but on the plus side, you can drink there. On the other hand, I can drink at home with take-out on my lap, in front of the tube, so PF Chang's doesn't do it for me. I suspect they may use msg, since I got a headache after eating there. Some people consider paying a bit more for atmosphere to be ok. I prefer to focus on the food, and pretty much only the food. But if you like atmosphere, PF Chang's might be for you, it certainly is nicely decorated, and service is fine. read more

I don't always go P.F. Chang's, but when I do, I flaunt it! Not too often am I a fan of the chain restaurants but there is something about P.F. Chang's that I find myself walking in their more often than I thought I would. With a more intimate atmosphere than other chains and a different menu option from most, I think they set themselves just far enough apart that I don't feel like it's a frequent option chosen out of sheer necessity of being nearby or simply open. Certainly their menu options set them apart with a great appetizer menu which boasts the Chicken Lettuce Wraps that I've learned to both love and admire for their lack of carbs that I have to hassle through. Plus their Spare Ribs always seem to find a place on my table for some reason, though I honestly don't know who orders them ;) Don't miss out on their Mongolian Beef option either. One of my frequent orders if I'm looking toward a beef but if I'm going a little lighter on my meats, their stir-fried Chicken Almond hits the spot without hesitation. Staff service can be mixed sometimes, but for the most part I have never come across any major issues and they often remedy any situations that have arisen in my times attending for lunch or dinner. read more

Portions are much too small for the price point. Why people keep coming here I'll never know. I just don't see the value and I really don't see the allure. My mom likes coming here, but she's a chain restaurant fanatic. She'll take Cheesecake Factory, Houston's, Luxe Cafe, etc., over any dope mom & pop place any day. If you must eat here try the oolong sea bass. I've got a mongolian beef with Mr. Chang... read more

First time at this location we usually go to the one in West New York. The food was great we got the veggie lettuce wraps, spring rolls, tempura green beans, veggie dumplings and to top it all off- the Mongolian Beef! Great Dish to try if its your first time here. Food was great and very cheap because its happy hour so all of the appetizers were half off- cant beat that! Will definite come again next time we are at the riverside mall. read more

We had reservations for 10 people to celebrate my dads birthday. A few of us came early and asked to be seated at our table but the hostess refused to seat us until our whole party was complete. Once we finally got seated we all decided to order off the "P.F. Chang for two" menu where you can have a four couse meal for two - choose two soups, an app, two entrees, and a dessert. The table ordered the lettuce wraps, crab wonton, salt and pepper calamari and all were good. Our entrees were just as good but I can't say it stood out. Besides the mediocre food, there was nothing else left to be desired. Our server never smiled once, never checked on our table, and we were constantly searching for her to get our drinks refilled. The food came out very slow - reservations were at 7 and we didn't leave the restaurant until quarter to 10. Overall impression, just like Yelp describes a two star rating, "Meh. I've experienced better." read more

Overpriced and totally gross. They had Shanghai Cucumbers here that were inedible. They took them off the bill but still I could not believe they made them like that. They were nothing like the ones I had at another PF Changs- they were almost exclusively cucumber skin. So gross. I am gluten free and they were pretty lackadaisical about keeping that completely under control. Also, I had iced tea and I asked for sugar 9 times and it never came. I will not be returning. Our server was nice but the food, service, and attention to my allergy take this place off of my list forever. read more

I just don't get the appeal. It's an Americanized Chinese restaurant with a few frills, some fun dishes and a financier-than-most Chinese restaurant setting. They have a bar area that adds to the zeal. The portion sizes are adequate, the service hit and miss and the food consistently good but not really special, and a little too salty for my taste. The prix-fixe meal for two at $40 is a very good value, with some items available for a modest supplemental charge. In NY and NJ, there is much better, not to mention authentic, Chinese food to be had. read more

Horrible Asian cuisine coming from an Asian! I can get better chinese food from my corner store.

See picture please as this time it was extremely disappointing. Josh the manager is basically just someone who stands around looking at his phone with his mask not properly worn. Josh you ALMOST lost our business for good tonight but luckily for you your peers do a much better job. Michael good luck and congratulat as a new server and Yamileth you are genuine and I appreciate that. All I wanted was a little conversation and explanation and you did more than enough.
