The people I ordered from and picked up from were very nice but that is the only positive. i ordered crab wontons and I immediately knew they were fried in old grease because you could smell it. the taste was awful. I also ordered chicken fried rice and the chicken was hard, pretty sure it has been sitting in a warmer for a while. My husband had the same issue with his beef fried rice. We ordered the Chef's Feast for 2 to be delivered. The food was excellent and fairly priced. The pork egg rolls were crispy and filled with pork and veggies. Lo mien noodles tasted fresh and homemade with shrimp that was deliciously sauced. Honey crisp chicken was also excellent. We called in a to go order on our way through Ohio. We took an hour detour from our trip. We usually LOVE PF Chang's and never miss an opportunity to eat there. Since we only got take out, I can only speak about the quality of the food which was sub par and definitely not what we are used to from PF Chang's! First the good: The spicy chicken with lo mein was good. The Lo Mein was a little dry. The Pink Slip Ube Cheesecake was AMAZING! So delicious! Also, because I used the app to order while on the road, the order went through twice. The manager (Brandon I think) picked up on that and made sure that it wasn't charged to my account and even printed a copy of the refund page for me. Super nice people at the front of house! The bad: The spring rolls were doughy and not crispy at all. Usually I would chalk that up to being take-out, however, we ate them as soon as we got in the car and they were still piping hot. Also, the ginger sauce had SO MUCH ginger that you couldn't eat it. The Mongolian Beef (which I was so excited for) was inedible. The beef was so over cooked that it was basically jerky. And the "snipped green onion" was literally a whole bunch (maybe 2 bunches) of green onion tops thrown in on the side. They were not even cooked into the beef. We will eat at PF Chang's again because this is the first bad experience we've had, however, corporate needs to check on this location and help with the food prep part. read more

I've been to P.F.Chang's twice in the last few weeks for lunch and was very pleased with the atmosphere and cleanliness. The wait staff ( Chris the first time and Bella today) were extremely helpful to set me up with a low salt/no salt meal and explained the various sauces and rubs. I had the ribs with no rub or sauce and they were wonderful, most tender I ever had, the meat fell off of the bone. The steamed vegetables were cooked to perfection. I'm at a loss why this place has any business. I had some type popcorn chicken $16, dry and flavor less. I could have went to raising canes and got a meal of moist flavorful chicken $6 less. My friends and I wanted lunch and we decided on P.F. Changs. To be honest, I was wanting lettuce wraps!! The place looked as pretty as it had looked when I visited May years ago. The greeting was less than accommodating. We were told that "corporate" wouldn't not allow their one server to have a 5th table so we would need to wait until the next server arrived. What?? I couldn't believe what I was hearing. We were told 13 minutes and decided to wait. The one server came out and chatted with the greeting hostess and agreed to seat us. She was super nice. I would mention her name but she never told us. She took our order, made sure drinks were filled and brought me the old chili sauce for my lettuce wraps. Food was good. My sister-in-law has sweet and sour chicken. My friend and I had the chicken lettuce wraps. Now, I suggest getting the old chili sauce. Gives the wraps a bit of a yummy kick. Food was good. Server was awesome. Please looked beautiful. I'll come back....now with a better understanding that since corporate only allows one server to have 4 tables.....perhaps corporate should better stagger schedules. read more

I went here today for a pickup order and live about 9 minutes away. Somehow, by the time I got home, the food was already cold. I reheated the entrées in a skillet and put the egg rolls in the oven, hoping to save it -- big mistake. The heat just made it more obvious how OLD everything tasted. Not "off night" old. Not "needs seasoning" old. Straight-up stale, nasty, why-is-this-being-served old. This place has gone from pretty decent to absolute trash. Whatever pride or quality control they once had is completely gone. The entire order went straight into the trash because it was genuinely inedible. You're better off going to McDonald's five minutes before they close on a summer's night. At least you'll know what you're getting. I wouldn't even call this dog shit. Normally, I really enjoy P.F. Chang's but this was a really disappointing visit. My party had a reservation on Christmas Eve for 5 people. We got there, and it turns out we had a 6th person joining us, which I can understand if the venue couldn't accommodate. But they seated us at a booth for 4 people in the bar area. Also, we were seated at a table with no lighting above it, had to ask for candles so we could see. I had to use my phone's light to read the menu. One of the employee's was able to get a chair for us to put someone at the end of the table, but it was still dark and very cramped. Then there was the food, which I thought varied between tasting undercooked (chicken) and overcooked (rice). Maybe it was because it was busy due to the Christmas Eve rush but this wasn't an experience I would recommend, sadly. read more

Can't ever go wrong with this place. Their Happy Hour wasamazing, pre-covid. I'm assuming they still have one. Brussell Sprouts and egg rolls were amazing. Good hot sake, but they need to have a bigger size. We went with the Ma Po Tofu and Singapore Street Noodles. We like the openness and the large glass windows; this is a handsome restaurant, and we like the artwork. PF Changs is good for "date night," and for carryout. The ambience is open and modern; Parking is on-site. Clientele is nicely dressed and friendly. We like the straight forward reservations policy. We encourage greater creativity for take away meals. We took our daughter's boyfriend out last night for his birthday dinner and it was great. Chris was our server and he deserves a bonus! our youngest decided last night she was going to have a voice and order her own meal and ask all by herself for the things she needed. Chris listened to her and treated her perfectly. There was even just a moment where she looked like she might be getting restless and brought out a bubble gun to make her smile! The food tasted like it came from a bag, and while the drinks were good and the service was great, I wouldn't eat at another Chang's. The server noticed that I hadn't eaten much and, not wanting to complain, she offered to fix it. When she returned with a new plate, the food was hot but the rice still tasted like it had come from a bag. This is the first P.F. Chang's that I've been to in awhile and honestly this place is overrated and definitely overpriced. I stopped in during a break from shopping and sat at the bar. The bartender and servers were great, no issues whatsoever there. But the food was just so boring. I started with the Hot and Sour soup and it was alright, I've had tastier at Chinese take out type restaurants all over. And the Buddha's Feast (pictured) looked pretty but was really boring. I couldn't help but notice how much it tasted like a Lean Cuisine microwave stir fry. For a $30 lunch (I did have a beer) it's totally not worth it. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. There were 30 of us on New Year's Eve - celebrating my mom's 80th birthday. Our server was Chris. He and his serving crew were attentive to all our needs and made this visit extra special. Chris was in no hurry to rush us out of there, and he even took extra time to bring us nice dessert plates for the birthday cake we brought from home. I purchased an evening meal for my wife and I from PF Changs for delivery on Sunday 12/16/2024 . The interface and delivery were great. The dinner was HORRIBLE !!!. It was from the PF Changs in Miamisburg Ohio . I ordered mongolian beef and it was totally overcooked. The beef was HARD and overcooked like beef jerky ! It was literally that overcooked. I've had mongolian beef from many oriental restaurants and never was it that bad ! My wife had orange chicken and it was also overcooked and stale . We ordered the lomein because it looked good with all the vegetables on the web site but we got some brown spagetti with no vegetables and rubbery noodles and tasteless brown sauce. Even the desserts were not anywhere near like what we ordered from the online menu. I have been the PF Changs in other locations and liked them. I will never order from you guys again !!!!! I can't believe someone at that restaurant would even consider serving that poor excuse for gourmet oriental to a paying customer . I even gave a 20% gratuity but never again. read more

I have waited 4 weeks before writing this review because it honestly makes me sad. At our most, we ate here 3 times a month. My Dr. was close and we loved the food. We brought our whole family here for a birthday and everything was lovely. Jackie is our favorite server, we love her. As time has gone on, the food quality has continued to decline. When you eat at a place as often as we did, you notice. Initially the most noticable thing was the ribs would be old and tough. Tried on 3 seperate visits then gave up. The next thing to fail was the pork in the pork lomein. It was non-existent and flavorless. We aren't quiters. The final straw. Met my brother and sister in law for dinner. Ordered the crispy green beans. They came out super quick and the color looked off but meh. The oil they used to fry them in was old! Old! My sil ordered spring rolls for her entree, I ordered Mongolian beef my husband got spicy chicken and bil pad thai. The spring rolls were wrapped in what tasted like a sponge. They literally were soft and had a foul odor. These were veggie, btw. I noticed they changed them awhile back but forgot. Same with egg rolls. This odor was chemically like a cleaning agent. My mongolian beef was small, flat squares of beef jerky. Completely inedible. Hey guys, the beef is supposed to be marinated and grilled. This was unreal. The final straw was the spicy chicken. The pieces of so called chicken were covered in breading and slopped into a bowl. The fried rice was crunchy and dry. My bil pad thai was edible. They took the spring rolls and mongolian beef off the bill. No manager came to speak with us. I don't know who the hell or what the hell they are doing. This food was inedible, overpriced and possibly toxic springrolls. This meal was the final straw. We will miss our beloved Jackie but can no longer pay a hi price for horrible food. read more

Bad Broccoli! We went here after driving to our favorite Asian restaurant, forgetting it is closed on Tuesdays. Big mistake! We haven't been to PF Chang's in years and had always enjoyed it in the past. The menu is now two pages and many of their signature dishes are gone. We ordered Beef with Broccoli and Ginger Chicken and a California Roll. The beef dish was extremely salty, to the point it was inedible to me. The chicken was ok tasting but bland and extremely hot. After a few preliminary bites of the chicken dish I speared a piece of broccoli and noticed the cut end was covered in black spots. I moved it to the side plate and kept going. Next piece, black spots. I began looking through the rest of the dish and removed five more pieces of broccoli with spots. I stopped to Google this and sure enough it is a sign of mold and evidence the broccoli is going bad. The next time the waitress came by I pointed out the issue and told her it was bad and shouldn't be served. She said she would inform a manager. She returned and said she told a manager and he was looking at the broccoli and would not serve any more of it. She asked if we wanted anything to take home. I declined and she brought us drink refills and the check. Full price for everything. Full price for a nasty, spoiled meal! I doubt this place will be around another year so no need for me to vow never to return. read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! PF Changs aims to be a fancy-ish Chinese restaurant. The food is worse than I can get at a chinese buffet! The atmosphere is wide open family style. Spicy chicken texture was squishy. No better than out of a freezer bag. Dumplings were definitely not "handmade" as menu states...what a joke. White rice was hard and crunchy!! Do not eat here!!
