From the food to the ambiance, everything was absolutely on point! * Amazing Food: Everything we ordered was so good, especially the new crispy eggplant appetizer with its incredibly savory and delicious sauce. We also loved the honey walnut shrimp, the spicy tuna crispy rice, and the Kung Pao Dragon Roll. * The Ultimate Highlight: The birthday sparkler they brought out was definitely the highlight of the night for me! It made the moment feel so special and festive. I also loved the tasty red velvet cake they brought out for my special day. * Top-Notch Service: Our server was amazing! He was attentive, fast, knowledgeable of the menu and friendly. The manager also came out to check on us and was so welcoming. I normally don't review chains but on looking up this location and seeing the middling reviews I had to weigh in. PF Chang's, as most know, is a chain of upscale sit-down Chinese establishments. I've always liked PF Chang's, and on visiting with my family after a busy day at Legoland, I was very glad I did. We came on a Sunday evening and my wife and two young children were quickly taken to our table. Consistent with other locations, the inside is upscale, clean, and straightforward. Where we were immediately "wow'ed", however, was the service. Our waiter, Sean Cogan, greeted us, quickly put in an order for our very hungry five year old ($10) and walked us through the special prix-fixe menu for two ($90). Sean consistently checked on us, gave recommendations, told us the value and benefits of the prix-fixe, made sure my soda was filled, accommodated our quite dynamic toddler, and worked with the managerial staff to honor our Hilton discount coupon, which couldn't apply to the prix-fixe but comped our kid's meal and my drink. The options on the prix fixe were all solid. My wife and I tried the two soups - an egg drop and hot and sour, which were eminently flavorful, followed by the signature lettuce wraps which were phenomenal, rich, and a perfect balance of soft and crunchy. We then had two entrees - the seabass (+$15) which was eminently buttery, perfectly cooked pieces of tender white fish on skewers with vegetables, as well as the Mongolian beef - a generous, savory, rich mountain of meat - tender and crisp at the same time. We finished with the chocolate souflee with vanilla ice cream and raspberry syrup which was good but nothing extraordinary. With the exception of the dessert all dishes were exceptional with the lettuce wraps the standout. Our waiter Sean was exceptional, attentive, and really elevated the experience. Everything together including drinks was $120, a very reasonable amount for the quantity and quality of dishes. Honestly! I don't think we'll ever spend another dime here. The food we received was so flavorless and gross, we didn't eat much of it. The Egg Rolls, Honey Chicken and Fried Rice were all fatty and flavorless. I've been here a few times and this place never disappoints. I took my daughter out for a birthday lunch on Sunday around noon and parking was easy and seating was immediate. We love the ambiance here. The dark walls, red & gold colors & statues really exude an Asian aesthetic. The host who sat us, Kamila, was SO sweet, kind and helpful. Then our server, Cynthia, followed suit and was also sweet, friendly and very efficient! We ordered the Beef & Broccoli and Orange Chicken. And had the Peach Boba Breeze and Mango iced tea. The food came out in a timely manner and each dish was so delicious. The flavors are very distinct. IMHO, the flavors and textures of the food items are unlike any other Chinese restaurants we've been to. It really stands alone. At the of the meal, my daughter was given a free dessert for her birthday - she chose Key Lime Pie and it was brought out with a lively sparkler in a bottle. So festive! I order take-out from this restaurant on a regular basis. The portions have seemed to get a little smaller each time I open the containers. In my recent order they were unable to provide the Chinese mustard that I requested. I was told that they did not have any Chinese mustard in the entire restaurant. I liked the sesame chicken the best because of the sauce. The other chicken was good as well. My only complaint was there were limited main coarse options. The full menu was not available. It's heart and feelings that makes you always come back. Again the food, ambience and service is already met your expectations. Joshua the bartender/server after listening to my story about my wife passing away recently, set a place setting next to me with a placemat, glass of water and a bowl of rice to make me feel at home and that she was there with me. I was trying to just find something I'd like to eat when I hear other tables sending their food back because it was frozen still, didn't taste good, and was too mushy? 3 separate tables sending their food back for the 10 minutes we sat there. Due to the chaotic nature of the restaurant, the lack of cleanliness, the obviously bad food, and the prices we left. The food was just okay. My nephew got the California roll and it did not say on the menu that it came with sesame seeds but they rolled it in them anyway. When we asked about remaking it.. they said they ran out of rice. They said they could take it away but he was still hungry so my sister picked off the sesame seeds for him. Then when we got the bill we were still charged for it. I would have complained but she was paying and didn't want the hassle. If I were a server and the food didn't come the way it was supposed to or the way the menu presented it... I would ask the manager if it could be taken off the bill. Besides that, the food was okay. The fried tofu was a little tough. The wonton soup was pretty good. The broccoli beef was okay but didn't really cover the whole plate. There were maybe 6-7 pieces of broccoli so of our party of 9, only 6-7 of us got ONE piece of broccoli. The chow fun was all right. It had a lot of soy sauce but not much either substance (meat or vegetables). The dumplings had a weird flavor I couldn't identify. Maybe it was some sort of seasoning I am not familiar with? Either way, my daughter did not like them. She ended up eating white rice that we had to ask for even though it's supposed to come with all the dishes we had ordered. My younger daughter liked her avocado roll. She asked for no sesame seeds since it said on the menu that there were some on it and it came without them. The restaurant is really too dark to see well. You can take pictures but they won't come out well without a flash. Overall, I now remember why I have not been to PF Chang's in over 12 years. Tried this place several times, hoping each visit would be better, but unfortunately it's been consistently disappointing. We ordered from the gluten-free menu, and the Mongolian beef was extremely greasy. The gluten-free fried rice was also poorly prepared, with large pools of water at the bottom instead of being properly fried. To make matters worse, it tasted oddly sweet, almost as if it had been mixed with sweet and sour sauce. After checking, it was confirmed that it contained gluten, and I ended up getting sick. Service was just as frustrating. Our entrees were brought out without any rice, and when we asked about it, we were told they had run out and needed to cook a fresh batch, which took another 20 minutes. It's surprising for an Asian restaurant to run out of rice during service. One person in our group received brown rice that was dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for quite some time. Throughout the meal, the staff seemed disorganized and confused about which orders belonged to which tables. A manager eventually brought us fresh white rice and did discount our meal because of the delay, which we appreciated, but by that point the experience had already been ruined. I ordered the vegetable spring roll and it was -not kidding - cold in the middle. This is hard to underhand as they are deep fried but there you have it. Not sure why this restaurant doesn't get higher reviews, as every time we go it is excellent, in terms of food quality, service, and ambiance. Our favorite waiter, Sean, always remembers us and makes our experience enjoyable. We love the won-ton soup, pan-fried pork dumplings appetizer, ribs appetizer, and sesame chicken and Kunk Pao chicken as entrees. Best of all: the original-style Mai Tai drinks. We used to love this place, but sadly it has become just another Chinese restaurant with limited menus and mediocre food. It still has a nice ambiance, but the food and service were below average last Friday night. Salty sauces and wilted or soggy soft vegetables, not freshly stir fried look or tastes. Fried rice used to taste fresher and better. The menus have become so small, and they dropped two of our favorite dishes: eggplant and pork fried rice. Our waiter disappeared on us, and we didn't get our drinks refilled until we were almost finished eating although our glasses were completely empty. Not great service. I really want to like this place but tonight was above and beyond horrible. I told my husband "I never want to go back"..We had steamed dumplings that were lukewarm and they pour a sauce on them that is the only thing hot. We ate them because we were hungry. When the server Josh came to take our main order I told him the dumplings were not hot and I wanted my chicken in the lettuce wraps to be hot in temperature and he understood. We had another server deliver the food and he was friendly and got the Ice for me that I had asked Josh for and never got. NO one came back to see if the food was okay or hot. Josh showed up after 10 minutes and wanted to know how the food was. Well by that time I just ate the lukewarm to barely warm chicken for the lettuce wrap. When I told him it wasn't hot he wanted to take it back however by then I was done eating and not at all happy with my dinning experience. Where was he when the food was delivered????? We went for the happy hour as advertised but it's only in the bar, they should have a big enough sign to read that false advertisement outside the sign says all day happy hour. Not cool if you sit at the bar the dumplings are $10 but if you sit on the floor same dumplings are $16 more, I couldn't sit at the bar because I had my kid with me. The orange chicken was bland, the pork dumplings were delicious I did enjoy those. However the best part of our night was our waiter Patrick who was super attentive and kind, would only go back for his service not the food. read more

The pineapple pieces could have been cut smaller to interplay with more bites and morsels but the flavor was so good anyway. Hint of lemongrass shone through. Was it worth $33? Hmmm. Yes and no. Restaurants have to make money but if they brought their price-points down in general, I think they would get more of the local crowd. The ambiance was nice. Clean, comfortable, and cozy. My wife and I hadn't been to P.F. Chang's in years, but were in the mood and decided to try it again, and were not disappointed. We started with the Lettuce Wraps and the Crab Wontons for appetizers. Both were really good and we enjoyed that the lettuce itself was crisp and fresh and perfect for use, and the sauce and chicken tasted great. The wontons were good too, and the sauce that came with it was delicious. We had the Crispy Honey Chicken, Mongolian Beef, and Kung Pao Chicken lunch specials which were smaller and shared all three. Of these, the star was the Kung Pao Chicken with fried rice. It was absolutely delicious. The Mongolian beef was good too, though not quite as special. The Crispy Honey chicken, which used to be my favorite years ago, was less successful and a little bland. We were there around 2 on a weekday, and so the restaurant was fairly empty and quiet. The lunch specials are served until 3pm and they seem like a good deal. Our server was attentive and nice. This location was amazing. After a long day at Legoland we made a reservation online and got there before time but they sat us down without too much wait. Let me tell you we've been to a few locations but this was the first time we ever received such great service from all the staff. The table was set beautifully with gold placemats, chopsticks and cute little origami swans to hold them. Apparently they do that for every birthday and anniversary but this is the first time we see that. The food was great as usual, there was a few new items although we didn't try them they looked delicious. Overall 5stars especially for our server Jessica she was so attentive. Thank you. read more

Tastes like premade, fast food, one chicken dish was too sweet, shrimp and noodle dish were way too salty. Seemed like the sauce was probably premade, and in a plastic squeeze bottle, just poured on. My daughter and I had a terrible experience at P.F. Chang's today. Ordered from the lunch menu: chicken lettuce wraps with egg drop soup. Plus a side of green beans. The soup came first, then they brought out the beans along with orange chicken (which I never ordered). I sent that back, and they quickly brought the chicken wraps--but they smelled awful. I asked them to take it back, and while they remade the dish, it was exactly the same. I managed two bites and had to leave it untouched. We felt sick soon after lunch. To make matters worse, the bill came to $60. They charged me $7.99 for the soup (which was supposed to be included in the lunch special), for the orange chicken I never ordered, and didn't remove the lettuce wraps from the bill even though I couldn't eat them. After sending the bill back, I still ended up paying $31 essentially just for string beans. Terrible food and even worse customer service--I won't be returning. read more

Loved the peach ginger tea. Not bad for a chain restaurant. Note that the dinner special cuts portions to save them. But if you are cutting calories, that is a good option. Parking is tight.
