We could've ordered the same thing at restaurant thats no so formal/dine-in and received better tasting food. Ordered the Mongolian Beef entry with brown rice. For $22, I expected more than 5 full pieces of beef with beef shavings on the side. My husband ordered the crispy honey chicken and added beef and shrimp; he didn't finish his food nor did he take it home and this is his favorite cuisine. They coats the beef and shrimp in the breading as the chicken and he was not pleased. The only thing that we trying enjoyed was the tea and the water. The food tasted good for the most part, but portion sizes were small compared to the large prices. The chicken was dry and the Singapore street noodles were blah and VERY salty. That Great Wall of Chocolate cake though. It is to DIE FOR. I think it could use more raspberry sauce to cut through the decadant chocolate, but that cake is so amazing. P.F. Chang's has got to be the most high quality restaurant with confusing low quality food. The best things on their menu has got to be the lettuce wraps (appetizer) and the cucumber/strawberry lemonade! I have tried far too many times to find something else that would be as good but cannot find it. The salmon without the glaze it pretty boring but I was told that the glaze is sweet and of course I wasn't interested. The Chang's spicy chicken was good but I don't like the batter used to fry the chicken...it was to hard and would scrape the roof of my mouth. To speak on the customer service I have got to say it's always been a pleasure! It's almost as if I'm leaving the place with a new friend! Attentive exactly when needed and privacy when desired! Keep it up. A lot of time was put into the decor of this place and I'm sure the food was better at some point but over the years it seems as if the quality of the food has decreased. Definitely a hit and miss restaurant. Today was a big strike out. We had lunch and even with the dining room mostly empty, we didn't have anyone take our drink order for over 15minutes. We had the crab Rangoon for an appetizer, and it was okay. I ordered the Chang's spicy chicken with white rice. It took more than 20 minutes for only the two of us to get our food. Mine came with fried rice instead of white rice. I went with it because I was tired of waiting. The chicken was such a let down. Dry, chewy and hardly any of the sweet chili sauce advertised. This was the type of chicken you find in those generic Chinese buffets, like it comes frozen and then microwaved. So unfortunate that with restaurants raising prices, some like this one have actually lowered their standards. What a shame. read more

We arrived on time, and were told that even though we had a reservation they were not going to seat us because they had just sat a big party and another big party was coming in. So ... we could sit in the bar or outside in the 91 degree weather. Im short so bar stools are miserable. As I looked for a new restaurant, my daughter talked to the person and they said they would seat us. It took another 25 minutes to do so. The waitress was sweet. Food arrived cold, without the rice, drinks were not refilled and after 15 minutes waiting for boxes, we tracked the server down across the restaurant to just pay. Nearly 2.5 hours. I ordered the dinner for 2 option via delivery through the PF Chang's app. When I received my order, there was an item that was missing, the noodles in the lo mein dish included in the order, was like mush and the broccolli looked like it had been sitting in the cooler for a while. I called PF Chang's and spoke with the manager, Ivan regarding the issues. Ivan gave me the option to either refund my entire order, or to have my order re-delivered immediately. I chose the re-delivery option. To my amazement, Ivan had delivered my order personally and within half an hour of my call to him. This is customer service to the max!! read more

Recently went to PFChsngs in Ga and was really surprised by how greatbthenfood was. I am not sure why I was avoiding dining in at PF Chang's when I have only had some of their frozen meals. I wnejoyed the frozwn food, so I am not sure why I never dined in when I had the opportunity of living nearby one. I went recently right before Christmas and the wait was an hour long! The service was quick and the food was great! The dishes we had were Beef and Broccoli, Ribs, Fried Rice, and Beef Pepper Steak. Every dish was delicious! I didn't know that the portions are so large at PF Chang and the dishes are designed to share! I liked that, too! I would go back again and plan to once the holiday season slows down. read more

Worst $100 meal ever! The last time my family went to P.F. Chang's was years ago and we remembered it as being very good! So when we were given a restaurant gift card we decided to go there, especially since it has vegetarian options for my son. What a disappointing experience! He ordered the Buddha's Feast, which turned out to be a plate filled with mostly big chunks of undercooked broccoli. At a cost of $10.50. I ordered honey chicken. It was nicely crisp but was so bland! The fried rice was okay except for the eggshell in it. My husband got Mongolian beef- probably the best tasting item we got. (as it should be for $19) Other son got spicy miso ramen which was flavorful, but $14 for ramen with a few slices of pork. We were seated almost immediately by the friendly hostess. The next half hour was spent watching the wait staff pass our table. The only excuse given was that it wasn't their section. We never had to ask for a refill on water, made a great suggustion from the bar, sangria was nice. her timing on delivering the food was on point, adding they were pretty busy at the time so I am sure the kitchen was also working hard to meet the food delivery. I have been to many nice restaurants were when you need to wrap up some leftovers they just give you the container and leave you alone. I have to admit, I had never been to PF Chang's before because I did not have high hopes on a large chain Asian restaurant. And au contraire was the reality! I was happily surprised by how well decorated the interior was, how prompt the service was, and most importantly, how good the food was! I really enjoyed the modern twist on the Asian dishes; they weren't bastardized versions, instead, they were fresh takes on old classics I grew up eating. I would definitely go back. The portion size was also excellent for the price - and I highly recommend coming here for happy hour! There is a large variety of menu items for up to half price, and are great to split. I almost feel unqualified to write a review. The few times i have dined at P.F.C's I have always ordered the same thing, Vegetarian Lettuce Wraps. Lettuce wraps are such a unique menu choice in this area. This is the only place I know of who serve it with tofu. The flavor and appearance is deceiving. It looks and tastes like it has meat. The portion is more than enough to fill me up. I also tried the "Salt & Pepper shrimp" I was not expecting the shrimp to be as big as they were. The shrimp were flavorful, hot. If the service was better, this would have been a 5-star visit. Our server did not seem to remember where our table was. I had to hunt her down whenever we needed her. read more
