Chang's lettuce wraps are the bomb! I absolutely love the filling and how refreshing it is when paired with the dried noodles and fresh lettuce. Their entrees, not so much. I got the pad thai and it just always comes with huge pieces of green onions. I personally love green onions but these pieces are way too big to even be tasty. Not to mention the price here is on the expensive side. On the other hand, the interior of this place is gorgeous. When you step inside, it's like a whole different world and since it's so dim it seems like the ceiling is the night sky. If I were to come back again, it would be for the lettuce wraps. Or just for the ambiance. Either way, I am glad that Augusta has a P.F. Chang's. read more

Ordered Mongolian Beef lunch menu. Rice was not hot. Had to have been sitting around for a while. Same for the Beef. Server said he would make it right. Second serving came and all they did was re-heat rice and beef. Beef was not hot again. I ate it anyway for fear of the cook doing something bad to my order. This will be the last time I come here. Beef was tougher due to re-heating and it was lukewarm. read more

This place needs inspection. Me and my partner were placed at a dirty, sticky table at the rear of the restaurant. We were moved to another dirty table that needed wiping first. We sat and proceeded to order our food. First came the ooold spicy tuna rolls. Lacey gave us a dirty soy sauce container and the rolls were cold, the rice hard, and the tuna brown after she raved about how good they were rolled. "Like a blunt" she said. Tasted like it was left uncovered in the fridge all night. After looking around there was beef and rice on the floor and what looked like a booger on the booth partition. We did not wait for our meal for fear we would have left ill. Especially with old fish. No sir. After having many great PF Chang's experiences elsewhere, I will never visit this one again for their audacity. Fire the day manager and have Lacey not to speak Ebonics to black customers. read more

I eat at Changs quite a bit when I travel for work. Foods usually consistent and the drinks are good. This place is awful. I've been here an hour and a half and I ordered my food an hour ago. It's so slow too! I worked in food service for 12 years. There is definitely something wrong with the management here. If you can buy the dish in the frozen food section at Publix it shouldn't take an hour. I snapped the attached photo of the bar virtually empty with no server in sight. It was like this for over 20 minutes then we get an update that they are on an hour wait. There is approxiamately 12 ppl in the restaurant. How can you be on an hour wait? There's literally no redeeming quality to this place. The server was pleasant enough but you could tell this type of thing was so normal for her she was numb to our dis satisfaction. When our food finally came out I had four tiny piece of chicken for my whole dish. Avoid this spot. Not up to the changs standard. read more

I stopped for a lunch on Wednesday and the restaurant was not ready to welcome guest. The outside dining area was very dirty and the men's bathroom had not been cleaned at least from the day before . I ordered the Buddhas feast which should have had tofu but the tofu had not been included. Otherwise the lunch was very Bland and tasteless . This is not a restaurant I would recommend . read more

Glen, the manager, is a true asset to PF Chang's. We experienced a couple problems with our lunch order. The assistant manager was a big help too. The staff did their best to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend the sweet & sour chicken lunch bowl, the sautéed green beans; & my favorite, the tofu lettuce wraps. Through no fault of their own, they had no hot mustard. The chili paste, however, was a good substitute. A remodel is scheduled for this location in the future; however the current decor & ambiance is what we have grown to expect and enjoy. Located just a quick walk to the Augusta Mall, we strolled over and enjoyed "after lunch" browsing in the shops there. Again, Glen went above & beyond to make sure we were happy with our meal. Great experience. read more

Trash, trash and even more trash take this place out of Augusta food sucks. The only good thing in this restaurant was the server and the water. There was a hair on my pad Thai and the shrimp appetizer and calamari TRASH. I think I have food poisoning. What happened to this place? Its been a couple of years since I have eaten at a PF Changs.....what a disappointment. Wait staff was ok, not very upbeat or energetic but got the order correct and was pleasant. Calamari is beer breaded, not good and was greasy....wonton soup was good, not great, sweet and sour chicken was served barely warm....barely, closer to cold...same batter on it as the Calamari.....lo mien was an up charge and I swear it was Ramen....tasteless....to bad, I was hoping for days of old....if they keep this up they will eventually fail. I will try again in a few years, I travel every week and am always looking for a constant....this isnt it. Seriously, dont waste your time....the food is not good.... read more

I order PF Chang's through DoorDash when I visit Augusta for work. The Mongolian beef is always so tasty. They even get the beef to have crispy edges, which I love. That Great Wall of Chocolate cake though. It is to DIE FOR. I think it could use more raspberry sauce to cut through the decadant chocolate, but that cake is so amazing. I could go to PF Chang's just for that. read more

Only a few tables had occupants, yet it took 20 minutes to get seated. Once seated, we waited for another 20 minutes before our order was taken. Overall was a horrible dining experience. read more

I absolutely adore Caleh. Service top notch always the best smile and attitude. I make sure I request her when I go..

I wish they still had the black pepper chicken. I still enjoy the sesame chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, and lettuce wraps. I do have to say that their cooking has gone noticeably downhill in the last 617 years. read more

P.F. Chang's has got to be the most high quality restaurant with confusing low quality food. The best things on their menu has got to be the lettuce wraps (appetizer) and the cucumber/strawberry lemonade! I have tried far too many times to find something else that would be as good but cannot find it. The salmon without the glaze it pretty boring but I was told that the glaze is sweet and of course I wasn't interested. The Chang's spicy chicken was good but I don't like the batter used to fry the chicken...it was to hard and would scrape the roof of my mouth. To speak on the customer service I have got to say it's always been a pleasure! It's almost as if I'm leaving the place with a new friend! Attentive exactly when needed and privacy when desired! Keep it up. A lot of time was put into the decor of this place and I'm sure the food was better at some point but over the years it seems as if the quality of the food has decreased. Of course I will be back because I cannot find their lemonade or wrap anywhere else but Augusta P.F. Chang's needs a few new chefs in the kitchen. read more

Disappointed does not even describe what I am feeling right now. Spent over $60 (not including delivery fees) on dinner for my quarantined Friday night. Mind you, I have ordered delivery from PFC prior to COVID-19. The portion sizes were significantly smaller. Taste almost obsolete. Noodles over done. Fried rice not hardly fried. And more fillers and garnishes in the dishes than the anticipated star of the dish! Smdh. All of these businesses purporting that we're all in this together, yet they take every opportunity to cut corners and short change the people who are still spending their hard earned dollars to support their establishments. Who does that? Taking advantage of the vulnerabilities of your customers who are making every effort to help you stay afloat is NOT OK! read more

The hostess mixed us up with another patron, the other patron and us laughed about it to keep it positive. The servers were great though. The food was not impressive nor up to par at all. We could've ordered the same thing at restaurant thats no so formal/dine-in and received better tasting food. Ordered the Mongolian Beef entry with brown rice. For $22, I expected more than 5 full pieces of beef with beef shavings on the side. My husband ordered the crispy honey chicken and added beef and shrimp; he didn't finish his food nor did he take it home and this is his favorite cuisine. They coats the beef and shrimp in the breading as the chicken and he was not pleased. The only thing that we trying enjoyed was the tea and the water. We didn't come with super expectations but at least have the food taste good. The atmosphere was fairly decent, real nice and intimate. The menus were dirty too, understandable because it's a food establishment, however, wipe the menus down. read more

Definitely a hit and miss restaurant. Today was a big strike out. We had lunch and even with the dining room mostly empty, we didn't have anyone take our drink order for over 15minutes. We had the crab Rangoon for an appetizer, and it was okay. I ordered the Chang's spicy chicken with white rice. It took more than 20 minutes for only the two of us to get our food. Mine came with fried rice instead of white rice. I went with it because I was tired of waiting. The chicken was such a let down. Dry, chewy and hardly any of the sweet chili sauce advertised. This was the type of chicken you find in those generic Chinese buffets, like it comes frozen and then microwaved. So unfortunate that with restaurants raising prices, some like this one have actually lowered their standards. What a shame. read more

Awful. AWFUL. Horrible. I booked a reservation for my daughter and I to celebrate her promotion. We arrived on time, and were told that even though we had a reservation they were not going to seat us because they had just sat a big party and another big party was coming in. So ... we could sit in the bar or outside in the 91 degree weather. Im short so bar stools are miserable. As I looked for a new restaurant, my daughter talked to the person and they said they would seat us. It took another 25 minutes to do so. The waitress was sweet. Food arrived cold, without the rice, drinks were not refilled and after 15 minutes waiting for boxes, we tracked the server down across the restaurant to just pay. Nearly 2.5 hours. Thank God I had good company. I understand staffing issues, but geez... don't accept the reservation if you can't fulfill it. read more

I ordered the dinner for 2 option via delivery through the PF Chang's app. When I received my order, there was an item that was missing, the noodles in the lo mein dish included in the order, was like mush and the broccolli looked like it had been sitting in the cooler for a while. I called PF Chang's and spoke with the manager, Ivan regarding the issues. Ivan gave me the option to either refund my entire order, or to have my order re-delivered immediately. I chose the re-delivery option. To my amazement, Ivan had delivered my order personally and within half an hour of my call to him. This is customer service to the max!! read more

Food was ok. Server and hostess were friendly and attentive. Ambiance of this location was clean and well lit.

The quality and service of this establishment isn't what it use to be. The food is kind of bland and heavy with oil, plus my wife's fried rice was actually cold. I won't be returning, but rather taking my business to our local mom/pop Chinese takeout! read more

In town for business and was excited to stop in. The hostess was busy with grub hub orders and the lobby was full of drivers. We were seated after an awkward teaching of how to download the menu. The menu has been scaled down. I a Assuming this was due to Covid. I had crab Rangoon's they were just ok. For the entree I had the honey shrimp with a side of lo mein. The shrimp was great. The lo mein was only the noodles and they were flavorless. This meal was $52.00. The only positives were the server, sweet tea and the barcode used to pay the bill. read more

I would give this restaurant zero reviews if I could. I will never ever order from this place again. I hope they are the first to go out of business. How can you mess up honey chicken? Well, apparently you dump rice wine vinegar by the gallon into a small plate of it and there you go--the honey chicken is now vinegar chicken. The spring roll was greasy and horrible, too. Tasted like old socks were used to roll up old leftovers and then deep fried. Never again will I waste 60 bucks on a meal from P.F. Chang's. read more

We come here often. The sesame chicken and lettuce wraps are my two favorites. Our last experience started off poorly but ended on a positive note. Worst $100 meal ever! The last time my family went to P.F. Chang's was years ago and we remembered it as being very good! So when we were given a restaurant gift card we decided to go there, especially since it has vegetarian options for my son. What a disappointing experience! He ordered the Buddha's Feast, which turned out to be a plate filled with mostly big chunks of undercooked broccoli. At a cost of $10.50. I ordered honey chicken. It was nicely crisp but was so bland! The fried rice was okay except for the eggshell in it. My husband got Mongolian beef- probably the best tasting item we got. (as it should be for $19) Other son got spicy miso ramen which was flavorful, but $14 for ramen with a few slices of pork. We will not be returning for another overpriced and under flavored meal. read more

Went here for my birthday dinner with my family. We decided we'd get a bunch of stuff and just have a table full of food. Well that's not what happened. Actually the exact opposite happened. We were seated almost immediately by the friendly hostess. The next half hour was spent watching the wait staff pass our table. The only excuse given was that it wasn't their section. No offers to find the one responsible for our table. No help, just rude comments from staff. When we could no longer tolerate it any longer we got up and left. The only thing on the table was our menus. We got many dirty glaces walking out. Won't be returning anytime soon. Stay clear of this black hole of customer service. read more

We were seated pretty fast. Maybe a 10 minute wait. Chris was our server. He was very nice. Thank you Chris! If you see this!

Recently went to PFChsngs in Ga and was really surprised by how greatbthenfood was. I am not sure why I was avoiding dining in at PF Chang's when I have only had some of their frozen meals. I wnejoyed the frozwn food, so I am not sure why I never dined in when I had the opportunity of living nearby one. I went recently right before Christmas and the wait was an hour long! The service was quick and the food was great! The dishes we had were Beef and Broccoli, Ribs, Fried Rice, and Beef Pepper Steak. Every dish was delicious! I didn't know that the portions are so large at PF Chang and the dishes are designed to share! I liked that, too! I would go back again and plan to once the holiday season slows down. read more

We dined in on Saturday 3/26/22 and was served by a waitress named London. She was a excellent server who is truly an asset to that locations eam. From the time we sat down she met and exceeded our expeditions on service. We never had to ask for a refill on water, made a great suggustion from the bar, sangria was nice. her timing on delivering the food was on point, adding they were pretty busy at the time so I am sure the kitchen was also working hard to meet the food delivery. I have been to many nice restaurants were when you need to wrap up some leftovers they just give you the container and leave you alone. Well again, London wrapped up out leftovers nicely and did so with great service. I am so happy to see a server of her skill working. read more

Not the best representative of the PFChang chain. We were seated by the hostess who had a serious attitude...just walked ahead of us and threw the two menus on the table and kept walking. Food was okay but not great by a long shot. It sorta tasted like it was prepared ahead of time and reheated. No sauce on anything...had already soaked into the food. Oh, and when we moved from the bar to the restaurant before ordering, the bartender yelled, "hey ladies?" at us. Not a great experience. read more

Always love the food here. We had the lettuce wraps that never fail to satisfy, chicken satays, and pork street tacos. Always good and happy hour prices before 7. We also had an Asian pear mojito that was delicious. It is actually lime rum, muddled mint, simple syrup, Apple pucker, and a splash of soda. I amazingly tastes like pear. Gotta get another one soon. Unfortunately the food quality and the cleanliness of the Restaurant has fallen over the past year. Good service from bar area but this will be my last visit. Restaurant was just opening for dinner and only had one soy sauce bowl available for our table. UPDATE Returned to same restaurant this past August 2019.
