    I came in here looking to buy a new TV. I met up with Jack and Brian who were on the floor. They helped me out with figuring out what to get and what I needed. They also told me about the offers and promotions they had. They made me feel comfortable and that I can earn their trust. No sales pitch just up front scenarios of what to do. At the end I made the decision, and I was happy with it. Even though I took pictures of a "Samsung 65in 8K QLED" tv, I ended up getting an "LG C1 4K OLED". This is a very new model, so new it was not on the showroom just yet. It is a great TV, but you will need to do your research and homework. Jack and Brian, went above and beyond to help me understand all the features of these TV's (Sony, LG and Samsung) which made me feel super excited in buying the LG C1. FYI: They also sell mattresses and they give better discounts if you purchase a mattress and other appliances or TV's. I was tempted to buy a new mattress just to get the bigger discount, but I had a fairly new mattress. NOTE: They always have sales here, so ask. They will guide you on what promotions are available.

    Be aware of P.C. Richard & Sons when purchasing appliances. I purchased several appliances from them back on July 5th, 2022. They sent installers to my home, representing P.C. Richards, however, when they do damages to the home, P.C. Richards will refer you to a complaint department and tell you that they are not responsible for damages. Actually, I was told that the damages are not visible and therefore, not responsible for what they did. When the installers came to my home to install my microwave on 9/3/2022, they were not in my eyes, professionals installers. They literally ripped the old microwave from the wall, causing the tiles on the backsplash to come off and break. When they installed the new one, instead of putting the screws from the top, they said that the holed didn't match anymore, so instead of making new holes from the top, they decided to put holes on the inside of my kitchen cabinets and into the microwave. They also ripped the finish on my top cabinet and left without installing the vent. And the microwave was not leveled in any way. This will all show in the pictures that I will upload. P.C. Richards told me to contact the complaint department, and I was first told to get an estimate for the damages. The damages came to $710.90. When I submitted it, I was told that and inspector would come and look at the damages. When he showed up he said that the microwave needed to be replaced and the work was done all wrong. As if that wasn't enough, they sent a second inspector and was told the same thing. I received the second microwave on 10/11/2022, and the person that installed it, when asked about the damages, I was told again that the damages are not visible, and they even told me that the inside of your cabinets, have other holes (the holes to adjust the shelves that are suppose to be there), and therefore washed their hands of everything. I also had problems with my dishwasher, after I paid for full installation, the installers wanted another $50 telling us that the hose wasn't long enough, and left the connector loose to indicate that there would be a leak. My husband asked to look at the connector, and tightened it in front of them. Please be careful who they are sending into your homes, the installation is not cheap and keep an eye on what they are doing. The General Manager from P.C. Richards was supposed to follow up, we spoke last Monday, and I told him to make sure he follows up or I would post this on Yelp today, and have not heard back from him. I guess it's time to contact my lawyer. Thank you for your time in reading this.

Unfortunately, less than a year later, all pieces were already pilling and fraying, which is unacceptable for furniture at this price point. The furniture looks like it's a decade old. One recliner's motor stopped working. In July 2025, a technician came out to inspect the chair and said a replacement motor needed to be ordered. When he returned in August, he arrived with the wrong motor and, rather than ordering the correct part, told us he would "make it fit" and forced it into the recliner. That repair failed. My mother reached out again in November, and another service appointment was scheduled, but the technician did not come out until over a month later, in December. At that visit, the technician explained that forcing the incorrect motor had stretched the wiring and caused the wires to pull out. He took photos and advised that if the recliner had not been unplugged, it could have caused a fire. He himself was shocked that another tech would have done this, knowing the risk it posed. On January 8th, my mom received an email stating that the correct motor part was still unavailable. As a result, this recliner has now been broken for months, despite being fully paid for and covered under warranty. We've submitted multiple service requests and emails documenting these issues, and nothing has actually been addressed yet. There were times we had to put in 3 or more requests before even getting a reply at all. For comparison, we own a chair from Bob's that is 10 years old and remains in far better condition than this set. I am extremely disappointed in both the quality of the furniture and the lack of follow-through on warranty service. Given the repeated delays, failed repairs, and documented safety concerns, I am hoping someone from Raymour & Flanigan customer care or management will reach out to review my mom's case and provide a prompt resolution.

Following the sales representative's instructions, I contacted customer service and submitted photos and videos documenting the issues. They arranged for a third-party cleaning service, which initially seemed like a reasonable solution. However, the experience quickly declined. The cleaner arrived dragging a steamer across a sidewalk covered in melting snow and salt, then entered my home wearing only flimsy shoe covers, leaving wet, dirty marks all over my hardwood floors. The equipment itself also left marks. While he addressed some of the stains on the sectional, he completely ignored the console, which had clear discoloration on the corners--similar to wear caused by repeated handling in the same area. He took photos and said he would report back to customer service. After that, I received no follow-up. When I reached out, I was told that my claim was no longer valid because it fell outside the 30-day reporting window--even though they were supposed to follow up with a resolution regarding the console and failed to respond. I was also told that the discoloration on the console was merely "the customer's perception," based on the cleaner's feedback. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. While the products may look appealing, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and dismissive customer service make it difficult to recommend this company.

    I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared…read more I purchased a bed frame from Modani (William King Bed, Gray) for over $2,000, expecting quality and durability i was used to from their products. Within approximately two years of normal use, the bed began to show significant structural failure. Multiple metal support legs bending and buckling at the connection points, and the platform boards warping, making the bed unstable and unusable. I contacted Modani and provided photos. In their response, they acknowledged that structural failure under normal use is not expected. However, they refused to offer any type of solution--no repair, replacement, or store credit--solely because the item was outside of their warranty period and has been discontinued. So essentially, a $2,000+ bed failed prematurely, and their position is that the customer is fully responsible and with no recourse. No offer of store credit, repair, partial refund nothing. This was especially disappointing as I am a repeat customer and have purchased multiple items from them. I expected a company that positions itself as high-quality to stand behind its products. Buyers should be aware that once you are outside their warranty window, you may be left with no support--even in cases of clear structural failure.
