Having done appliance research and looked at big box store all-in pricing, I had a model in mind along with what I expected to pay. What George quoted me all-in was very reasonable, less expensive than other stores, and it allowed me to shop local. Win-win. The two guys doing the installation and removal were efficient, clearly experienced and overall just good people. They gave me a few tips, replaced a loose drain pipe at no additional costs and cleaned some underneath areas I had not seen in over a decade.
