After a delivery by Mattress Firm delivery people, a valuable personal item went missing from my home. My home was violated in a way I never expected from a retail delivery. What should have been a simple purchase turned into months of stress. What followed was unacceptable -- four months of no real investigation, no accountability, and no urgency. There wasn't even an apology from corporate. Instead, I was met with dismissive comments and implied blame. The store manager, district manager, and corporate leadership failed to take this situation seriously. Endless emails, deflection, and silence made it clear that customer safety and ethics are not a priority here. When I returned the mattress due to how poorly this was handled, I was blindsided again: the adjustable base was suddenly labeled "non-refundable" (never clearly disclosed), and I was charged for "free gift" items at inflated, above-market prices. This company prioritizes profits and commissions over customers. If you value transparency and accountability, shop elsewhere.

We were looking for a hallway table and ottoman. We found what we were looking for in the color that worked. That was a huge plus to be able to see a variety of colors and settings so you got an idea of what you were getting. Value is fair and quality good. Now this is not steel or iron furniture which I have so expecting lifelong is an expectation you need to come to grips with. Not saying that this furniture won't last but unless it is steel or iron always expect less. We spent almost $800 bucks but it was worth it. Jatiah made it an easy decision to make. He is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and patient, and helped me once again through the process of selecting a mattress that would fit my needs. Kudos also to Luis, who delivered the mattress with efficiency, and care and attention to my home. I recommend this store without reservation.

Because they were really big ticket items it was important for me to also purchase their organic mattress protectors. I washed the protectors in warm water and dried on low heat once a year because it was such a hassle to do it more often. Long story short, at the end of 2019 it was time for one of my daughter's to finally sleep without her pull-ups. After several nights without an accident, she decided to crawl into our king size bed and had a accident. The protector was useless. The urine soaked my most expensive mattress. After that incident I stripped every bed and found cracks in every protector. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated, to say the least. When I called the store for help...possibly a cleaning of my mattress...Barbara wanted to help but was not given the authority to do so. I emailed, called and even stopped by in person a few times. Nothing beneficial came out of my efforts. After the amount of money I spent on these mattresses, I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service and I regret ever purchasing from them. My friends have purchased mattresses from Avocado Green Mattresses and have been very pleased for a much, much better price. Also, Organic Healthy Choice Mattress wool pillows become flat as pancakes after a few months. My youngest will be needing a new mattress soon. Needless to say, I'm never stepping foot in their store again. Buyer beware.
