Within less than a year, both my husband and I began experiencing significant back pain. Because of this, we have had to rotate and flip the mattress multiple times in an attempt to make it more comfortable. Despite doing this, both sides of the mattress are now showing sagging and indentations. Mattress Firm denied my warranty claim, stating that the issue is a "body impression" and that it does not exceed 1.5 inches. This standard does not reflect real-world use or the fact that the mattress no longer provides proper support or comfort. The mattress also has uneven surface elevations, which makes it difficult for photos to clearly show the full extent of the sagging. However, the issue is noticeable in person and was visible in the video I submitted. During the review process, the store acknowledged receiving multiple complaints about this same mattress and that it has been removed from sale in some locations, yet my claim was still denied. Considering the total cost of over $1,000, I expected a product that would maintain proper support far longer than one year, especially for a "firm" mattress. I am disappointed not only with the product, but also with the warranty process, which feels focused only on technical measurements rather than actual comfort and health impact.

There's a decent selection of sofas, loveseats, futon-like sofas, chairs and other furniture. The showroom itself is reasonably big. My bigger issue is that I was not impressed at all with the poor service here. The manager or whomever worked here seemed aggravated I wasn't speaking Korean, so things got off to a bad start there. They also seemed aggravated about my child being in the store and I was constantly reminded to watch him even though he was not being disruptive and was playing with my cell phone the whole time. My questions were answered brusquely and generally I was treated like garbage. I was genuinely interested in purchasing one of their items, but after that crap experience I decided not to call back to follow up on my purchase. I was going to let this one roll off my back, but I was genuinely pissed (and I still am) about the lousy treatment that my child and I were subject to. This place is the epitome of how not to do business. Seems like I've read similar stories of furniture stores in the area pulling the same kind of crap. In short, unless you speak Korean, who knows what kind of service you'll get here. I know I was not treated politely even though I was an interested customer. Also they gave me crap for wanting to take a picture of a chair I wanted to purchase. This isn't global espionage folks, this is wanting to have an image of something I wanted to buy as a reference point since they don't have a website or catalogue. That's the kind of crap you'll get at this place, which sucks because furniture is hard to come by these days and there's clearly plenty of demand. But I'd rather sit on my floor or buy a couch elsewhere than to deal with someone who's annoyed by me and my child's presence in the store.

After putting my order, the item was ready for pick up within an hour. Was a really speedy service from the store. Upon arriving at the store, I found the store to be really new, clean and organized. They had so many products available for bedding, dining, kitchen, bathroom, decor and of course furnishing goods. A lot of the products had holiday special sales, up to 50% on selective products. I went to the register to request my pick up order, and an associate went right away to grab it. Within couple of minutes I had the blanket in my hand and on my way. I'll for sure come back to this store when I am shopping again from PB in future.

Yet after sitting on it for several minutes your weight collapses the beans in the middle so your butt hits the floor, so you constantly have to readjust the beans. It's very uncomfortable if it's on a carpet and close to unsittable if it's a hardwood floor. I think the beanbag only stays mostly sturdy if you lie down on it almost flat; but that's obviously not something anyone but a small child can do. This was in the beginning. I've had it for about 6 months and it's a good portion of its sturdiness. So have to do this many times a day, fun. Also, the cover is mostly nylon and is not the smoothest or most comfortable surface; I wrap a satiny microfiber blanket around it, which itself requires constant readjustment as the blanket pulls up in the back. So I have to readjust this beanbag at least a dozen times per day in total. And that's if I'm just on it for an hour or 2. Yippee. Also, I originally bought the longer Gumby-looking one whose name I forget and don't care to look up and it had the same collapsing problem. When I went to exchange it within the policy window the salesman was not pleased and didn't hide that. Should've taken that as a sign and just returned it and taken my chances with a beanbag at Amazon or Walmart. Way overpriced and way too many issues for a simple beanbag at $200.

That's why we were so excited to find a set at Arhaus that we liked. This would be my first-ever dining room table/chairs purchase EVER--I'm 54, but have never had a space large enough to merit one--& our first one from a "nice" furniture store. * 05/28: Order placed w/ an expected arrival time of mid-late September * 09/17: Right on schedule, received an email that the order arrived & would be sent to a local delivery hub on 09/24, at which point they would call me w/i 5-7 days to arrange delivery * 09/23: Instead of receiving said call from local delivery hub, we got an email from Arhaus saying that they were "unable to fulfill our oder for the chairs--so, after four months of waiting & confirmation that they were coming soon, we were S.O.L. with no explanation. Naturally, we scoured the internet to find different chairs (from a different company) that would go with the table--or a completely new set to start over from scratch with--but came up short & wound up ordering the only other chairs that matched the table that were literally twice as expensive. All we were offered by way of compensation for *their* error was 10% off the reorder...& that was only after I pressured them. * 09/25: We placed the order for the chairs that were twice as expensive & told that there is no way that they can expedite our order, so we would not have them for Thanksgiving, but *maybe* by Xmas. We also requested that the table they did have be delivered to avoid its going missing, as the chairs had. I was told the table would be delivered 10/03. * 10/13: The company that handles Arhaus deliveries told me that they had the chairs--the ones I'd previously been told were missing--& the table base, but not the table top...in contradiction to what I'd been older on several earlier occasions. The right hand did not know what the left (or even itself) was doing. After contact Arhaus, they confirmed that the delivery company did have the entire table (but the chairs were still MIA). * 10/18: Table that was meant to have been delivered 10/03 was delivered. * 11/12: Arhaus emailed to advise the (new) chairs, which were supposed to arrive mid-December "[had] experienced a delay due to unexpected circumstances," but no information as to how long of a delay was provided. I telephoned Arhaus no fewer than four times to inquire as to the nature of the delay--had the new chairs gone missing, too?--& the new expected delivery date. Each time, I was told they would look into it & get back to me...they never got back to me. * 11/25: Surprise, surprise! The new chairs are ready--I guess they weren't delayed, after all--& were beginning their two-step delivery process. Delivery was scheduled for 12/09. * 12/09: I was given the window of 3:00pm-5:00pm, told my delivery was expected between 3:20pm & 3:50pm & given a link to track the process, which I looked at first at 3:00pm; delivery window was still 3:20pm-3:50pm, but they were on delivery #6 & I was number 8, so I knew that wasn't happening. As time passed--3:20pm, 3:50pm, 4:07pm--& I saw that my window was now in the past & they were still on delivery #6, I called to confirm as to whether it wold still be coming today. Long story long, they arrived shortly after 5:00pm. In conclusion, while I love Arhaus design & quality, I will never order anything from them, again, as they have major supply chain & customer service issues that need to be addressed. Maybe I'm just a gap-toothed hillbilly from WV living in the big city, but it shouldn't take six months & become a part-time job (for the customer) to get a table & chairs.

They have all things covered for ski/snowboarding activities. They provide maintenance service, as well as rentals for boots, googles, helmets. Prices of products and rentals are competitive. The store was super busy when we went Saturday afternoon. All associates were friendly and helpful to us. We walked to with two pairs of ski pants. I visited this store in Paramus few years back, for refurbishing my snowboard. I had a solid experience back then. Absolutely recommend this store for any ski/snowboard related shopping.
