They did anything and everything to try to keep costs low when diagnosing my clutch issue and gave daily updates on their progress with pictures! The issue was unrelated to their previous work, but Joe (who specializes in Jeeps) drove to Mass to get the part for me that day! All I can say is that Jim is the most dedicated, trustworthy guy I've had the pleasure to work with in years. He takes pride in his workmanship, delivers when he says he will, discusses all repairs in detail, AND charges fair prices. Jim's knowledge of Bronco's saved many hours or labor charges because he knows the trucks like he knows the back of his hand. I had an extensive mechanical overhaul performed on my 73 Ford Bronco, in addition to rebuilding the transmission, and I am completely satisfied because the work was done right! Thanks, Jim for rescuing me from the world of dishonest, unskilled mechanics. You made this rebuild a really fun experience.

Upon bringing my car in, I was met with a professional service interaction that far exceeded my expectations. At no point did they try to sell me anything I don't need and in fact, steered me in a more cost effective option that served me better than what I thought was needed. They communicated costs and expectations with me throughout the process, resolved my issues, offered continued support, and charged a fair price while performing professional grade work.
