The sale side is absolutely amazing, the service side is completely horrendous. I get a new car every 2-3 years, I ended up with a trail blazer which I loved, 45 days into it there was a leak, it destroyed some of my electrical. They fixed everything no problem told me they couldn't find the leak. Over the past two years I have had issues with water coming in, I have sent videos, spoke to techs. They didn't find anything. Fast forward to this past week, my car wouldn't start, I called got transferred 3x had to re-explain everything 3 times. By the time the third transfer I was annoyed, probably a little rude cause why can't you all communicate amongst each other instead of me repeating myself multiple times with each transfer. I towed the car in, they told me they were booked for weeks, I finally called today to which they told me my warranty will no longer cover this because it's weatherstripping on my sunroof is what they found the issue to be. Which if that was the case, the weatherstripping was the cause three years ago on a brand new vehicle and should've been replaced then.. it's 1600 bucks The part that really pisses me off when I went to pick up my car today, I did not let them do the work cause I'm not paying for it out-of-pocket. My service ticket has none of the issues that I had spoken about.. it said customer says battery is dead.. (no , I never said that, I was very clear and concise) I did tell them I disconnected the battery to try and reset the computer system, and I dropped the nut to the battery which did need to be replaced and I would pay for. Today's call said oh we found part of the problem, the nut was missing off the battery/. NO, I literally told 2 techs and one supervisor about the nut on the battery. Last year, my father, who has also been a loyal customer with them who was told to bring his car in for service and it would only take a couple hours, and it ended up taking a week because guess what they never even looked at it until he actually called pissed off asking for his car back. Avoid getting any work done on your car from this place at all cost.

I am so grateful to have found such reliable, professional and honest mechanics. On top of these incredible traits, they perform the utmost highest quality of work on my vehicle. Their prices are the impossible to beat and is the cherry on top. I bought a car from someone who told me he had always used this place for any work he had ever had to have done on the car I bought from him. He told me to ask for Charlie. That there is no place better, period. I took my 2008 Lincoln MKZ to them in the summer of 2020 for the first time and I was blown away with the way they eased my concerns about my car. They called me every step of the way. They took the time to explain what they found was the problem, then took more time to properly explain exactly what that problem means and then called me first to ask me if I was ok with them going forward to do the work. They went above and beyond to alleviate any stress I was feeling which made all the difference in the world. Before I found Charlie and Bob, my other experiences with mechanics were always very stressful with no communication and I know now after using United Auto that I don't have to worry about any of that anymore. I trust them every step of the way 100%. I trust their whole process and believe with all my heart that they truly look out for their customers. That they value and respect everyone of us and that they take great pride in their work. I have found my mechanics that I will use for the rest of my life. I would never take the chance of ever bringing my vehicle to anyone else but United Auto Sales and Service. I have this overall sense of relief now as well. I know when I drop my car off that it will be an honest assessment that is extremely thorough and that when I pick my car up that it has been worked on by the best in the business. I always have a smile on my face when I first get into my car and start to drive home. I am never disappointed, never. I highly recommend this place for any and everybody out there who are looking for mechanics you can trust, who are courteous, extremely knowledgeable, who take great pride in their work and who perform the absolute best quality of work in the business. Joe Duddie cost us our vehicle due to his negligence, and we were forced to take him to civil court, where a judge ordered him to return our payment. Despite this, Joe ignored the court's deadline, and even after I personally reached out and gave him an extra 24 hours to respond, he never replied. Joe Duddie is not the kind of person who takes accountability. He lies, leaves out critical information about the work he performs, and when things go wrong, he refuses to take responsibility. Just like others have shared in their reviews, our experience echoes a pattern of shady practices -- Joe performs faulty work that ends up ruining vehicles, and then refuses to inspect or correct his own mistakes. This is not an honest mechanic. Do not trust this man. Do not bring your vehicle here. There are plenty of reputable shops in the area that value integrity and customer service -- Duddies Automotive is not one of them. and still no payment has been received even after being ordered by the court.

From the moment we arrived -- and throughout the following weeks -- he was patient, helpful, and incredibly easy to work with. Bert was warm, professional, and never pushy, which made the entire process feel comfortable and low-stress. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was always quick to follow up if he needed to track down additional information. We visited a some other dealerships during our search, and many of them tried to add aftermarket parts, extra fees, or showed us cars that didn't feel trustworthy. In contrast, Bert and the team at Modern Mazda made us feel confident and at ease every step of the way. At one point, my husband stopped in without an appointment, and Bert made time for him right away. When it came time to pick up the car, we were running behind, but Bert and his sales manager were accommodating and made sure everything went smoothly. We love our CX-9 and truly appreciate the straightforward, no-pressure experience. We'll definitely be returning to Modern Mazda for future maintenance and highly recommend asking for Bert if you're in the market for a car.

The car was seen and the technicians insisted they didn't see how rodents were entering the vehicle and sent me off. Not too much later I had another occurrence where they chewed up the interior of the car and we returned and filed a claim. Once the part came in we brought the car in to be fixed where they finally found the place of entry for the mice but it was too late, the entire underside of the backseat and all the wiring was chewed up and destroyed. This turned into a month+ long project. My car was in the shop for 25 days before we were ever offered a loaner vehicle. I received mixed messages regularly regarding the status of the job and was told multiple times the car was ready for pickup just to be delayed another week, then another week. When we did receive the car back it was in HORRIBLE shape. It was left stained inside and out, with missing pieces and an ill fitting gasket. Where's the oversight of quality of work being put out? The same day we picked up the car, we had to return it so they could fix the poorly finished job. Once I picked up the car yet again, I took it home to realize pieces of the seatbelt were missing. Again, WHERES THE OVERSIGHT? Not to mention they had cut or snapped the car seat covers I had personally purchased for this vehicle. When I brought the car back for the fourth or fifth time, they couldn't fix the seatbelt issue and asked me to come back AGAIN in another few days. The manager was present when I returned, but walked away, no apology or acknowledgement of the shortcomings of his business. My experience was so horrific I ended up selling the car altogether. I wish I had listened to my friends who also had a poor experience here. Please head this warning.
