Normally, I would be upset but he was soo personable and was multi-tasking like nobody's business. I watched part of the Brazil v Costa Rica (congrats Brazil) soccer game with the sweetest lady, Joanne, while we waited. He worked on both of our cars, in tandem and got us both out in a reasonable time frame. The price was fair and worth it for the work. When you get there you may look around to confirm that you are in the right place but you are. The signage should probably direct you to the correct entrance but otherwise no issues. Definitely worth a repeat to see if Joe will be our "Go To" for brakes and oil changes.

Upon bringing my car in, I was met with a professional service interaction that far exceeded my expectations. They listened to me, acknowledged my concerns, asked me questions relevant to my issues then presented me with a straightforward approach that genuinely felt honest and comprehensive from the beginning. At no point did they try to sell me anything I don't need and in fact, steered me in a more cost effective option that served me better than what I thought was needed. They communicated costs and expectations with me throughout the process, resolved my issues, offered continued support, and charged a fair price while performing professional grade work. Highly recommended!!

This is my first BMW and based on what was discovered by NMW, I feel as though I got the short end of the stick. Details aside (though I did write a separate, long-form review recently, *hint hint*), the NMW crew are extremely personable, transparent, and thorough. I am beyond grateful for their guidance and their prices. Absolutely recommended if you ever need service or want a second opinion on an issue with your Euro car!

I recently had the front end of my 2016 Honda Accord inspected after replacing my tire. Jeremy reported that the struts were original and worn but not blown or leaking. Although replacement was not absolutely necessary, he noted doing so could improve ride quality and handling. I opted for the improved handling. He also reported that the front brakes were causing shimmy so I followed his recommendation and replaced the pads and rotors. The car handles noticeably better at highway speeds, which is important to me.
