And they do a damn good job of it! The cool thing is that it's a sandwich shop AND a Häagen Dazs ice cream store rolled up into one. Has to be one of the only places in the country of its kind! Savory or sweet, you'll find something you love here. The menu boasts sandwiches, soups, salads, breakfast, kids meals, and of course the full Häagen Dazs menu. Italian Stallion // ham, pepperoni, salami, provolone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, balsamic vinaigrette, yellow mustard & mayo on marbled rye. The Italian American favorite. All the salty and tangy notes were hit. I don't love the bread choice personally, but to each their own! I just think it would've been even more flavorful on the Ciabatta roll. Now I'm a little biased because I grew up in the Häagen Dazs world. My family owned two shops until I was 18! They have some unique flavors on hand that I haven't seen in store or other brick and mortars. I loved the selection they have on site here. Plus, the employees will happily sample whatever flavor you want to try! Huge store with lots of space to sit. Easy ordering process for either the deli or the ice cream. And seriously, some of the most friendly employees I've seen in a hot minute. For something quick and on the go, Lindsay's Boulder Deli gets my stamp of approval. And if you're lucky enough to run into Lindsay herself, you're sure in for a treat!

A friend picked them up and brought them to the park so I didn't get to see the interior of the space, but next time I'm in the Denver area I will absolutely be back. While the wait was a bit long (about 25 minutes during the lunch rush), the bread was incredibly soft and fresh, and the meat portions were super generous. The best I can say is that the portion was fairly generous...about 5 pieces. I am wondering if rather than making it from scratch, they use pre-prepared (or worse, frozen) eggplant patties... That would explain why they weren't hot. So, 2 stars at best. Feh.

The menu is full of delightful wit! these jokers dubbed their kool-aid "cottonmouth cures" and denominated their sandwich sizing to stoner slang such as "blunt" and "pinner". Haha what a romp! Sadly a star had been lost, I have two point of criticism regarding the service of for this weed themed Gnoshery... firstly the bearded bartender is often very depressed and jaded looking. I asked what was wrong. He replied "everything, my life sucks"... eeesh what a buzzkill. Maybe he could use a bong rip in the back. I wouldn't really go to bar here. I would recommended sticking to the Sammie's. My second point of contention is in regard to the the staffs comprehension ability and is best told as anecdote. After an afternoon of inebriated soccer, my adult son and I wanted to enjoy a little hotbox treat after our marijuana football session. When I asked for the cereal based rice crispy treat I purchased to be "split in twain" the register attendant split the treat into very lopsided slices... what ensued was my son and I fist fighting on the sidewalk to decide who got the bigger half. Interior is usually quite calm with lovely stoners. A MUST SEE weed mural is located on the interior south wall!
