Burrito in Boulder for less that $8
    Scott L.

Bodega with reasonable prices off the West end of Pearl St is worth the slight diversion from the more touristy areas. Outdoor tree shaded cafe attracts unkempt locals with guitars and dogs, but they're harmless

This sandwich shop puts other shops to shame! The sandwiches are phenomenal, freshly made and come in a generous serving! Also the location & order placing is cute, feels like an authentic deli shop!

This place was great. Solid sandwich spot with typical pricing and a cute market. Service is quick and nice. Easy order process with some outside seating available

We stopped by Lolita's after exploring Boulder and a pre-Rocky Mountain hike. The deli sandwiches are made fresh and quick, and the deli has so many snacks and drinks you can enjoy with your sandwich. Caprese sandwich on toasted ciabatta was SO delicious- the pesto mayo is creamy and the mozzarella chunks are generous. The sandwich is simple and satisfying.

This is a smaller grocery store and sandwich spot conveniently located between the shops on Pearl street and the hiking trails around Mount Sanitas. I love to stop here for drinks and snacks before and/or after hiking in the summer. I got a breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheddar cheese, hasbrowns, and avocado. I don't like sausage and I am glad they had an option to get avacado instead of meat for no extra charge. Even though the spot is pretty small, is is super stocked and filled with local goods that are hard to find outside of the farmers market.

Small but mighty, even though it's no longer a 24 hour spot. The selection is good for such a small place and the staff are wonderful. My husband and I live in the mountains and while there is a lot to love about that, we also sometimes miss being in town, so we take walks through the most walkable part of Boulder. On those days, we also go to Lolita's for breakfast, coffee, and tea. It's a routine we enjoy. The food at Lolita's is solid, especially the breakfast burrito. I used to prefer the Lo' Muffin with avocado, but they moved away from real avocado and now use a spread. Alas. Overall, a great spot, even though I miss it being 24 hours. I very much appreciate the online ordering system and reasonable prices. I'm glad this place is still around.

What an awesome town Boulder is. And what an amazing gem Lolita's is! Small shop with two folks running the sandwich section. And putting love into this food. My wife and I ordered two sandwiches and bought snacks and drinks from the shop! I got the classic Pearl Street sandwich and my wife ordered the pastrami. The turkey sandwich was amazing. I loveeeee sprouts on sandwiches. And the sprouts here were on point. The cheese was fresh and the turkey was sooooo juicy. Overall. Soooo good. I got some pretzels to go with my sandwich and it was so good. Along with a soda. And the vibes? Immaculate. The staff were so nice, and felt like a family run establishment. The weather was perfect that day so eating outside was amazing. And overall I was so relaxed while eating my fresh sandwich. If you're in boulder and looking for a bite to eat, don't be afraid to stop into Lolita's!

A catastrophe. Usually I get good sandwiches here but this morning I came in hung over looking to get a good comforting blt. I mean bacon, lettuce, tomato, on toast, just absolutely classic and nearly impossible to mess up. But boy was I sad when I unwrapped that paper and say this sad soggy looking "sandwich" hardly put together on un-toasted bread. I was even more discomforted when I took my first bite and had an absolute MAYO BOMB explode in my mouth after puking my brains out last night. Over all super sad experience.

Found this place when looking for a place to eat on the way through Boulder, easy parking and outdoor seating. The food was amazing and was definitely come here again, not to mention the market has tons and tons of good drink choices and snack options. Food came out fast and both cashier and the people making the food were super nice.

Such a cute spot in Boulder for no-nonsense sandwiches for lunch! The shop has lots of healthy snacks, bars, drinks, etc., and I loved how the deli has smoothies too! Service was really fast and attentive, and the menu has options for everyone too! Would definitely recommend, and return myself when in the area too!

In the most Colorado of fashions, I was looking for a quick stop after a hike. Lolita's Market is situated in the heart of Pearl St. in Boulder and I was pretty impressed with their selection of deli sandwiches, as well as the market side of things. According to their website, they are Boulder's only full service market AND deli. They are also located in one of Boulder's most historic buildings. They also house a ton of local Colorado brands, partners and producers. Even though the deli closes before dinner, the market is open late! Naples Staples // Roasted turkey, melted provolone cheese, and pesto mayo with lettuce, tomato and onion served on a toasted hoagie roll. All sandwiches include a pickle and choice of side (chips, fruit, potato salad, macaroni salad, or coleslaw). Um yes, this was a tasty sandwich. Roasted turkey can often be dry, but not here. Lolita's knows what they're doing. Although I didn't order the Italian (which is my go-to), I appreciated the pesto mayo which brought the whole sandwich together. The soft bread was clutch. Sandwich took about 15 minutes, then I immediately ran to my car and scarfed the whole thing down. #HappyCamper Ultimately, for a quick stop post hike, I'm a fan. If I hadn't gone grocery shopping a few days prior, I totally would've bought some items for the road. Great spot, will return!

Perfect stop on your way into the mountains. This old school convenience store has it all but most importantly made to order breakfast burritos and subs as well as an impressive grab and go selection. My fresh Italian sub was exactly what I needed on my hike. It was perfectly assembled and hit the spot. The service was quick and friendly. Cute puppies were even parked outside. Looking forward to my next visit.

Really convenient little market near my work. I love that I can stop in for snacks, drinks, toiletries, or some really great sandwiches. Any time I don't bring a lunch to work, I'm going to walk over to Lolita's and get a warm sandwich. I love a lot of the recipes for their sandwiches, but it's nice that you can also customize them on the tablets you order from. The picture doesn't do it justice, the Sanita's chicken is tasty! My other favorite is the Greek one with feta and all the other typical Greek salad/sandwich goodies.

The best place for Boulder locals to avoid tourists. Choices for everyone. We visit regularly when we visit. I love the breakfast burrito.

That being said, it is a real shame they have not followed the lead of a major national competitor and removed the sale of cigarettes from their supposed health oriented business plan. They have filled all three levels of this former bookstore facility. The basement level is the vitamin, supplements, first aid and quasi medical supplies that you would find in other chains, offering both national brands and private store brands. Plenty of sizes available which seems to be a failing of the big groceries and discount box stores. There is no prescription pharmacy at this location. Being adjacent to campus, they are serving a population that generally receives University healthcare which includes their own, and very affordable pharmacy. The main level still sells CU gear as before along with school supplies, tech accessories and gift items. There is a grocery section including refrigerated and freezer cases of convenience foods. The upper mezzanine level includes beauty, personal care and household cleaning supplies. On opening day, there was plenty of staff and checkouts on the main floor and the mezzanine. I doubt they will maintain so much staff unless they attract a larger number of customers. The prices are higher than you would find at a destination big box but if you sign up for rewards membership, it becomes far more competitive. This is true of all such health chains. Today my member savings was over $8. Get rid of the cigarettes and I will go up a star!

Some items are now where they should as have been, like peanut butter is now next to jam and jelly jars rather than applesauce and baby disposable diapers! Who ever thought up that choice? But now all the chicken is in sealed packages rather than the fresh case. The staff has offered to open a package to sell only a smaller amount but I wonder how likely they will have time for this? A loss for me as I only buy for two people most of the time. Another change is that the olive bar is stand alone and no longer dished out into containers to grab and go. Much more chance of contamination from a different item from another bin. I still prefer this store for many things though both of the smaller Whole Foods location have a usefulness too. The previous in store location of Birdcall is now gone the the free standing location at Twenty Ninth Street Mall is still open and has seating a parking better than when it served here. It's nice to see staff members still working here for 20 years but also nice that some turnover happens for new energy too. Rather than show us, she kept insisting we were in "surveillance mode" and should just finish the scan. She did not tell us what that was and we still kept trying to scan. We almost left the item and the store but did not have time to go elsewhere. We kept asking what is "surveillance mode" and she said nothing but repeated "surveillance mode." Finally she said push the "OK" button so we did. And then try scanning again. It worked. My husband asked what was surveillance mode and why were we in it?
