It feels like a speakeasy or a well-kept secret: there's no signage outside, so you almost have to know it's there. Even better, they're open until 11:30 PM, which made it a perfect late-night escape after a full day of exploring. Reservations are required, so be sure to book ahead. I did the 90-minute session and tried all of the different pools and spa experiences, from the salt room to the steam room, cold plunge, and the saltwater bath. Every stage was unique and incredibly relaxing, and the whole atmosphere is calm, candlelit, and unlike anywhere else I've been. I had a wonderful time and left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommend for locals and visitors alike. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM…read more Use Caution when booking. I booked my reservation on May 23, 2026 for July 19, 2026 for my 11 year anniversary. Showed up and it was closed due to construction issues with the city. I received no email or phone call that it would be closed. Very embarrassing. I've called over 6x asking asking for a refund $720. Each time I've called it the same response "sorry someone from our management team will call you back". Nobody ever calls me back. I disputed the issue with my credit card company and AIRE responded to them saying that the service was complete forcing me to open another investigation with the city and having to look in legal counsel to take them to court. I am beyond frustrated. Never thought this is how they would do business. Apart of me feels that they lost so much business during the time they were "under construction" that they can't afford to keep the lights on let alone issue a refund. I would stay away.

From that point on, expect to be barefoot (socks are okay; socks and slippers are available for purchase in the locker room) You're given a uniform when you enter the locker room. The locker rooms and pool/hottub area is clothes-free. Be ready for that. The body scrub was amazing! I still feel as smooth as a baby, nearly a week later. I scheduled a scrub for 6:45. I was told there would be a 10 min delay, and to wait in the pools, but I was ready to get out of the pools... I was verging on pruned and overheated. I told the scrub scheduler that I was going to get some dinner and a massage and would come back afterwards for the scrub. She began bullying me, saying it was although it was her fault I had to wait, changing my appointment would throw off her entire evening schedule. I told her to stop trying to convince me of something I didn't want. I wasn't canceling; I was rescheduling for later. I was going for a massage and food, then I would return for the scrub. I left the locker room and went for a 1-hr Reflexology massage. Halfway through, a massage scheduler who was clearly sent to find me by the scrub scheduler came in shouting my number (that the scrub scheduler had given her) and blurting out times that I must pick for the scrub. It was unexpected, loud, disruptive to me and everyone else receiving a massage. The times she offered wouldn't allow me to resoak before the scrub, and I knew it would hurt. I picked the latest choice offered, 8pm, and she left. When my massage was over, I was left without any time to eat because the scrub scheduler made it that way. When I returned to the locker room, the attendant was shouting at me: TALK TO THE BOSS! YOU NEED TO SCHEDULE! 8 O'CLOCK! 8 O'CLOCK! I told her: "Stop yelling at me. She already had someone interrupt my massage to yell at me. I'm already scheduled. You need to stop." The attendant apologized. I went to soak for 10 min before the scrub, and it wasn't enough. I have abrasions from the scrub. When I was ready to leave, I attempted to do exactly that and walk out. But the scrub scheduler wanted to apologize -AND- she wanted me to accept her apology. I had zero interest in talking with her and made that clear. She got in front of me and wouldn't let me leave. So I walked past her and told her to leave me alone. Her behavior--faulty scheduling, bullying, sending another staff member to interrupt my massage to get me to commit to a time, her locker room minion rudely and loudly attempting to corral me into scheduling when I'd already done so, then harassing me when I was trying to simply leave--was completely unhinged and it ruined my night. I told her about the interruption during my services, and she only apologized more but wouldn't stop begging me to accept her apology. I yelled at her twice to leave me alone. When I got to the front desk, the manager, Tony, was not there. Justin took notes about the awful evening I had. I was not guaranteed and kind if follow up. I was charged the full amount. In the last 6 months, I've had multiple REALLY BAD experiences. Food poisoning from contaminated fresh fruit (don't eat the watermelon, and no: they never deducted it from my bill). Forty minutes after consuming only the cut up watermelon, I was puking in the trash can at the re-entry into the Women's locker room. You can still see the vomit splatter on the wall behind it months later. Then I was puking in the bathroom. Only watermelon and nothing else... very clear what the source of my sudden illness was. I was asked if i was ok once. At no time did a manager come to see me. Although I certainly did leave my number, no phone call from our friend Tony, the manager... unclear what he manages, though. Not Customer Service is what I can surmise. Another visit featured two massage staff without clients using the treatment room as their break room to loudly gossip and tell jokes while other staff had clients. This has happened multiple times, and sometimes they have addressed the masseur who's working on me, who then pauses to chime in, deducting focus and time from the service I paid for. What's the point of having a separate room with a door for treatments if they're noisy and not used for the intended purpose of a spa? Which I think is to relax. Not relaxing listening to other people's loud conversations. Likewise, the new PA system freaked me out. Hearing an unexpected and booming announcement in a male voice when you're in your birthday suit in a vulnerable setting is extremely jarring and not relaxing. My expectation on the Women's side is WOMEN ONLY. It's hard to relax when you are startled by something so unexpected and that makes you think you might not be safe. Although I've been going to King Spa for more than decade, I am not going back. Just terrible. Rude and aggressive staff. Ridiculous prices for the level of service. And multiple sanitation problems: cross-contamination of their food -AND- remnant vomit splatter on the wall. Super disgusting.

Upon arriving to the spa, the receptionist greeted me and gave me a tablet to check in and fill out my preferences for the massage, including choosing the style of music, scent of body butter, conversation level, and pressure. I loved they had a little display where you can smell the many body butter options before choosing one, and the friendly receptionist gave me her recommendations for a lighter scent. On the tablet you also answer questions about your health related to the massage (sensitive areas or injuries for example) so the masseuse is aware. After I was done they gave me a tour of the women's locker room which was immaculately clean. They had 2 changing rooms, a shower, private bathroom, a sink with lots of amenities, clean towels, slippers, and lockers. They gave me a locker which had my robe to change into. The robe was sooooo soft and fluffy. It had a nice weight to it, like I was wearing a blanket but with pockets! They encouraged I take my time and when I was changed and ready, I could walk into the lounge waiting area where my masseuse would meet me. The lounge had soft lighting, a nice variety of snacks and sweets and tea, comfy seating, a journal with little encouraging messages from past patrons, books and coloring, and a heated container with neck pillows that you can use! My masseuse arrived promptly so I enjoyed these amenities after my massage. The masseuse Eric was so lovely! They showed me to a massage room, oriented me to where to put my robe and glasses, and let me know the table was heated and they could adjust it to my preference. They also asked about my massage preferences and areas of focus. Once I was settled in, Eric came back and I had the most relaxing swedish massage! Perfect pressure and balanced on both sides. I was floating after! They brought me tea after and then I spent some time in the lounge. Overall incredible experience. All the staff were lovely, and the experience from entering the spa to leaving was so relaxing. I also loved the have a huge free parking lot! Its a shared parking lot in a plaza, so you can park right in front. It was a bit tricky to get into the lot from the main street if you have to turn left into it (you'll see a large sign for SPF which is a pickle ball spot that shares the lot). I ended up turning left into a small street and finding my way into the lot from there. Definitely check it out for your next spa day!

I wanted to leave. Their website and spa detail information is so insanely misleading. This small room they cram you into has no windows, and is at the end of a dark hall. Forget that we are still dealing with the pandemic and there is zero social distancing. The two nail techs that were working were lovely but so obviously under appreciated & overworked. Which is beyond sad. My pedicure was ok but my manicure was the worst I've ever received. I wanted a French tip and the tech haphazardly painted each tip with a regular brush. Not one was the same. I also walked out and came right back to get some nail polish remover to clean up my own hands as I had white polish all over my skin. Just insane. The receptionist was appalled when I showed her my nails so she said she would take it off my bill ($65) was removed but I still paid over $150 plus tip for my mani and pedi. In my personal option, they should close down the manicure and pedicure options of the spa. It is not a luxury, high end experience. Quite the opposite. This was not a great way to end our stay here & it put such a bad taste in my mouth. I won't ever come back to the spa for any service at all.

I went there the last night for a craniosacral massage because my shoulders were EXTREAMLY tight and getting very uncomforitable even just sitting in class. I made an appointment with Maria and she was very nice and sweet. She asked me what brought me in and she realy listened to what was bothering me and she altered her massage to fit my needs. After the massage she showed me ways to stretch on my own to keep my shoulders loose. You can tell she is very passionate and loves what she is doing and looks at her customers as people instead of just clients. My neck is alot better and I plan on going back again! read more

This is the second time here, this time the massage therapist was Tracy. I don't know why Yelp filtered my first review?! Anyway, I had an hour long Swedish massage. Tracy had a very gentle and comforting touch and maybe half way into the massage I fell asleep. After that I felt refreshed like I slept for hours. This place is a little hidden gem. We had to take our shoes off at the front and then they escorted us back into the room. We had both a male and a female masseuse and we were able to talk and laugh while we got our massages. The pressure was constant but firm and the oil was perfect and hot. They were professional and I basically melted into the table. There are a few times where they apply a little too much pressure, but I just said something and they made it more comfortable. I'll probably come back and treat myself some other time!

During the call, I specifically asked whether they preferred that I purchase the Groupon online or simply pay the Groupon price directly at the spa. They told me I could pay them directly. When I arrived early for my appointment, they said they only wanted cash. I asked if I could pay through Zelle, and they agreed. Since I was already sending the payment electronically, I asked if I could include the tip at the same time before my service, and they initially said yes. Then they changed their minds and insisted that I send another Zelle after the massage for the tip. I explained that if I was already sending one payment that included the tip, I wasn't going to send a second Zelle afterward. I included a $15 tip, but instead of appreciating it, I was told they have "recommended" tip amounts and that they were already giving me a discount. Let's be clear: purchasing a Groupon is not the business giving me a personal discount--it's a promotion they choose to participate in to attract customers. If they have an issue honoring Groupon pricing, then they shouldn't advertise on Groupon. A tip is a courtesy based on the service provided, not something customers should be pressured or forced to pay at a certain amount before the service has even been performed. Because I wouldn't agree to tip what they wanted, they became upset and refused to provide the service, despite the fact that I had called ahead, confirmed everything in advance, and arrived on time for my appointment. I've never experienced such unprofessional customer service. Turning away a paying customer over a tip is unacceptable. I will never return, and I would not recommend this business to anyone.

They had random boxes of tea on a shelf in the waiting area..... Overall, if you get a "deal" then I'd say come here. I would not recommend it for the full price as you can get more customized massages elsewhere.

Highly recommend this place, especially if you have back pain &/or knots that need to be worked out. Don't be shy about communicating your needs & wants. They are very nice and accommodating. Our masseuse's were Lisa (for my husband) & Yelli (for myself). We will absolutely ask for them again. Kudos to Thai Siri Bodywork!!!
