I recently visited and overall had a great experience! The establishment was beautiful, the layout was stunning, and the people were very nice... up until the end. The service was great when I arrived, and everything went smoothly until payment. The staff seemed a bit disorganized and were kinda rude about how to leave a tip - I've never been pushed that hard to leave a bigger one. I booked a 60-minute Swedish couples massage with a 45-minute salt cave session on top, and it was a nice experience overall from beginning to end! From the moment that you walk in, you're greeted with a warm and friendly staff. They have you change into slippers before the session, then they walk you to the room. The massage was full body and 60 minutes exactly. They ask if there are any particular areas that you want them to focus on, and in my case, it was my back since I've had some back pain. The pressure was just right. I loved the salt cave too. We were in the smaller salt cave, but I would love to try the bigger one next time with the small waterfall. At the end, we were given a couple bags of food-grade salt to take home that is multi-use. That was an unexpected surprise! My daughter and I enjoyed the "Pamper the Day Away" package, which included a 2-hour massage as part of her pre-wedding pampering experience. She had a deep tissue massage with Diana, and it was absolutely outstanding!! (one of the top three massages she has ever had) I chose the lymphatic massage. While I'm sure it provided benefits for my body, I was hoping for more of the relaxed, rejuvenated feeling that I typically associate with a massage. The salt cave was beautiful and incredibly relaxing. We also loved the infrared sauna, and the salt bed was a nice addition to the experience. Debbie was very friendly and welcoming, which made our visit enjoyable. My only small disappointment was that I wish we had taken another photo in the salt cave so I could have one with my eyes open! Halotherapy was something I had been looking for myself and my children because of our eczema, and with the season change allergies and sinuses. We communicated with Gary a few times before our appointment (which was easy to schedule). The facility itself self was clean and well maintained. Gary was very friendly through our entire visit and very welcoming to our young children. I feel that we all saw the benefits of the salt room through the lessening of eczema on my youngest as well as myself in the following week. I was recently given a gift certificate for my birthday for a 60 min Swedish massage and a session in the salt cave here! I have been wanting to try Harmony Salt Cave for a while. I went in this morning and had a wonderful experience!! From the minute I walked in, Natalya, was so friendly and welcoming. I changed out of my shoes into some of their shoes to keep everything clean. Then I went back and started with my 60 min Swedish massage with Olga. She did a wonderful job! It was very relaxing. Then after I was walked into the larger salt cave. I sat in a zero gravity chair, brought some water and hot tea, and told some of the facts about the salt cave! Amongst many health benefits, I also learned that there is about 10,000 lbs of Himalayan salt in the room, and that sitting in there for about 45 minutes is equivalent to being at the beach for 3 days. I was able to just relax and just enjoy some quiet in there. I think it would also be a really nice space to come and sit with a friend or my husband. It's a nice chance to relax together and just hang out. I will definitely be back and recommend trying it out if you are curious! read more

My friend and I had the most relaxing time at Harmony Salt Cave. From the moment we walked in Debbie made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We opted for the Harmony Pairing and chose the salt cave session paired with the Hand and Foot Salty Detox. The small cave was cozy and had soothing music, comfy chairs, and cuddly blankets. Debbie brought us hot tea and warmed salt spheres. Our stress melted away. Next, we enjoyed a comfortable set up for the hand and foot salt detox. This was our first time experiencing this service and it was pleasant and enjoyable. Both of us especially enjoyed the heated foot stones. Debbie popped in with snacks and it was just delightful. Had a 45 minute session in Cozy salt Cave and I enjoyed it. This was only my second time doing a salt cave, but first time doing halo therapy. The room seated 3 people which was good for my partner and myself. Didn't have to worry about keeping quiet as much as the previous. Just a social consideration that we didn't have to worry about while there was nice. Staff was nice and took time to explains things like how the massage chair and halo therapy worked. Sound levels were good. Nice, calm, soft, relaxing music. Didn't hear the street outside. Could hear the shop a little bit, but it was fine. A little chilly, but they have plenty of blankets and heated massage chairs. They also provide us with heated Himalayan Salt balls about 1.5 inches in diameter to hold or massage ourselves with. This was a pleasant surprise that we enjoyed so much that we bought some for ourselves. Enjoyed it very much, and planning to go again. read more

My friend and I spent the most amazing day at Harmony Salt Cave! I booked this a month ago with Debbie, who was incredibly helpful! She walked me through the Pamper the Day Away package and through the various sessions included. We were greeted today by Natalya, who was very friendly. She provided slippers and advised us of our schedule: one of us would begin a one hour massage with Olga (who is an incredible massage therapist!) while the other spent 30 minutes in the private, infrared sauna (35 minutes to allow for changing out of our clothes) and 30 minutes on the heated Himalayan salt bed (also 35 minutes). We met up in the large salt cave with a waterfall, anti-gravity chairs/ blankets and salted air. Then we finished our visit with the hand and foot session of hot salted slabs, where Debbie had provided snacks, and we drank Prosecco that we brought. The whole day was amazing! I've never experienced anything like it. There's a terrific gift shop, and we were gifted salt to take home. The staff were incredible and the prices were very reasonable. Five stars!! Such a relaxing space! The owner was very welcoming and friendly, greeted up right away and told us about the space. The salt cave is very relaxing- you do wear your own clothes so dress comfortably. The zero gravity chairs were amazing and we were provided blankets. Massages were okay, I would say about average, but I've had many massages and am particular about what I like. The sauna was great too- it's a private space, so you can wear as much or as little as you want. Robes and towels are provided. Overall, I'm really happy we spent the afternoon here. I've been to several salt caves. This is the best salt cave that I've ever been to. I had the pamper the day away experience, which included a Swedish massage, hand and foot salt detox, Himalayan salt bed, and infrared sauna. Each room was its own wonderful experience. I had an amazing experience at Harmony Salt cave. Debbie warmly welcomed me and my guest and showed us to the coatroom, she offered a very nice cup of tea for us both as well as a light snack. we enjoyed an hour session at the hand and foot detox room. It was so relaxing to feel the warm spheres on my hands and the warm salt blocks below my feet. I took advantage of the setting to do some somatic breathing as it was the perfect place for that. We were a little early, so the owner greeted us and actually gave us a tour and gave us some background on their services before our appointment. While we didn't come in for the salt cave experience, it was so interesting to learn about and hear how serious they were about providing a quality therapeutic experience for their clients. I'm definitely intrigued and will have to give it a try next time! The couples massage itself was great. They use quality lotion for the massage, not oil, which I prefer. Mediocre massage. Buyer beware if they offer you to have a massage in the salt cave they will charge you extra without telling you upfront that there will be an additional charge. In my case, it was an additional $80 for a total of $210 for a 90 minute massage. Definitely not worth the money! They don't even have robes towels, etc. When I asked how they disinfect the salt stones and some of the other rooms between visits, I never received an answer which leads me to wonder if they do. read more
