Literally a hidden gem, it's tucked behind Walmart next to a banquet hall so you wouldn't find this off the street. But I'm very glad I did. The front is brightly colored so it's a little easy to find if you're looking for it. I was very happy when I walked in to find a pristine clean small entry room. I was immediately greeted, and the second I filled out my paperwork. The room is ready. I personally like deep tissue massages for chronic pain from working at a desk all day, and let me say these tiny little Mongolian masseuse ladies could challenge the Hulk to an arm wrestling contest and probably win. They are so strong. It's impressive. My only critique would be if you were very sensitive to being massage in lower areas of your back close your glutes be very clear with them. They'll tuck the blanket into your lower back area in your underwear, and will massage very close to that area. It was completely proper and fine just if you're sensitive about it it's good to be clear with your comfort level. Also, I've been going to massage places for years and personally starting to get very tired of this new trend where you have to have a membership to get a reasonable rate at chain locations. All the therapists are licensed, and I had Jenny, and she was terrific! All the staff was friendly, and when I went, the owner, Amy, was super nice. They also have facials for service coming soon. Loveddd my massage! I have a massage membership at a popular massage chain, but scheduling with them same day sucks and I was hurting with a BAD kink in my neck. I saw this place was close and had good reviews and it did not disappoint! Small but very clean office! My therapist was running late from her previous appointment however she made sure to give me the full 2hr. They were also having a $70 1hr and $130 2hr massage deal! She definitely beat me up, in a good way!! But would adjust if I ever said it was too much pressure. They also offered cupping for free, so I tried it! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and made me feel at ease and relaxed. The space is decorated nicely and helps to relax you and keep you that way. The therapist did an outstanding job. Poor customer service, I made an appointment for my husband late night on Sunday @7:45pm, this is very first time we're trying these place. My husband, me ( I am pregnant with big belly) and my 2 teen kids came along with him thought we can wait for him in waiting area or if they have time we also could get massage too. One of the massagist asked us " where are you guys wait for him?" While we're sitting in the waiting area. I was confused, looked at her and told her isn't the waiting area we're going to stay here. I was confused since there weee 4 chairs next to the front desk, so I assumed that it was the waiting area . All this happened after my husband went into the room. Then she said they're all gonna have customers. She started to treat us like nothing since we're not getting service. Even my 2 teenager kids were like uncomfortable. Then she came back second time told us to leave. her boss doesn't want people in waiting area while they're busy in customers. She told us we should go to Walmart next store and walk around. LIKE WHAT? So me and my kids proceeded to walk out in disbelief. She locked the door behind us, turn off all the lights. What the heck! It was already dark outside, cold. Also this area does not look safe since it's near warehouses. Who treats there customers like this. I feel like they do something suspicious here. I don't understand why they have waiting area for? I decided to try them out myself, and let my friend know, if I liked it. Just had 1 hr couple massage with Donna and Jenny(sorry can misspell names), both are excellent professionals. Highly recommend full body deep tissue massage by experienced therapists for a full hour will revive your body: hot compress, hot stones work on your problem areas, and foot massage is very relaxing. I am booking next appointment in a few days. The parlor is not a big place, decor is simple, but adequate. The best massage in Mount Prospect! I had been feeling stressed recently, and I told the owner and my massage therapist so they knew what I was looking for. I wish I wrote down their names, but everyone was so friendly and accomodating, and they made sure I had a great experience. The atmosphere inside is so peaceful, if I could add a 6th star I would.
