I truly appreciate the excellent massage you provided. I've been a loyal customer for as long as I can recall, and the quality has consistently stayed high. Today's 90-minute session was particularly worthwhile. My body, especially my neck, was in dire need of it, and while I expect some soreness afterward, I know it will aid my recovery. Thank you once again! Please continue to uphold this high standard of service. 90 minutes of Deep tissue, cupping, and hot stone massage. Mariana read more

I did the 60 minutes Mongolian massage, it was excellent. Lots of deep tissue work and added benefits of hot stones. Very clean facility.

Amazing place! Very clean, friendly staff and the massage was superb. I'll definitely come back.

Easy to schedule appointment. Great experience after being in pain for a week due to lower back pain. Great staff and really great massage. Thank you Mongolian Massage! read more

My husband and I have been coming to Mongolian Massage since they opened, and we really enjoy it. The service is consistently excellent--the place is always clean, inviting, and professionally managed, which helps you relax right from the start. The staff is incredibly skilled and courteous, always checking the pressure during the session to ensure you're comfortable. They do a fantastic job, and the massages are thorough and comprehensive, with extras like hot stones included. The best part is that it's an **incredible value** for the quality you receive. Booking is easy--I just text them, and they respond quickly. While it's tucked behind Bowlero in a small strip mall, the atmosphere inside is peaceful and well-maintained. Best of all, no membership is needed! I highly recommend Mongolian Massage if you're looking for amazing value and top-notch service. read more

It was fabulous - so happy to find something close to home that is so clean, bright, and relaxing!

Literally a hidden gem, it's tucked behind Walmart next to a banquet hall so you wouldn't find this off the street. But I'm very glad I did. The front is brightly colored so it's a little easy to find if you're looking for it. I was very happy when I walked in to find a pristine clean small entry room. I was immediately greeted, and the second I filled out my paperwork. The room is ready. I personally like deep tissue massages for chronic pain from working at a desk all day, and let me say these tiny little Mongolian masseuse ladies could challenge the Hulk to an arm wrestling contest and probably win. They are so strong. It's impressive. My only critique would be if you were very sensitive to being massage in lower areas of your back close your glutes be very clear with them. They'll tuck the blanket into your lower back area in your underwear, and will massage very close to that area. It was completely proper and fine just if you're sensitive about it it's good to be clear with your comfort level. Also, I've been going to massage places for years and personally starting to get very tired of this new trend where you have to have a membership to get a reasonable rate at chain locations. So for that purpose, I searched for a new spa massage location that offered reasonable rates and no expectation of a constant Monthly payment. Support the locally owned. read more

Consistently good massage therapists and friendly office staff. Easy booking via text message and they respond quickly. Make an appointment early though because they usually book up now that people know about them. read more

My favorite massage place opened a new location closer to me, so I had to try it. Mongolian Massage is the best place to get a massage! All the therapists are licensed, and I had Jenny, and she was terrific! All the staff was friendly, and when I went, the owner, Amy, was super nice. They also have facials for service coming soon. Don't forget to make an appointment because they do get booked up. Lastly, this location just opened, so they have a great promotion going on, so I'd definitely check them out! read more

Was looking for a last minute place for me and a friend to get a massage because we had to do a change in plans. They were able to accommodate both of us at the same time, and the massage therapists were amazing! They made sure if I was comfortable, to let them know if it was too much pressure, and hot stones were included in the massage. For June (2024) they're having a special on weekdays, $60 for a 60 min massage! Go check them out! read more

Very good massage and a clean location. I'll be back! Something to know... I used a credit card for the $70 massage and she added a $3 credit card fee to the total. I gave $20 cash as a tip. My husband was in the next day but was not charged a fee. He used the same exact card but added tip on the card. read more

Loveddd my massage! I have a massage membership at a popular massage chain, but scheduling with them same day sucks and I was hurting with a BAD kink in my neck. I saw this place was close and had good reviews and it did not disappoint! Small but very clean office! My therapist was running late from her previous appointment however she made sure to give me the full 2hr. They were also having a $70 1hr and $130 2hr massage deal! She definitely beat me up, in a good way!! But would adjust if I ever said it was too much pressure. They also offered cupping for free, so I tried it! It was good, just hoping that I didn't get those big circle bruises (but I did! No biggie though, they'll go away in time.) I'll definitely be back! read more

I've never had a good massage in my life before. Usually, massage places are always dark and have red lighting, which I don't like. However, this place was spotless, clean, and very organized. Even the sheet was warm, which made it very comfortable. My massage therapist, Cindy, provided excellent service. Thank you for the great experience! Definitely 10/10 - I 100% recommend it. read more

I went there a week ago with my husband. OMG. The best massage i have ever gotten. They gave us amazing massages. The both massage therapist were very professional and paid close attention to us. If I remember correctly, their names were Jenny and Cindy. The stuff was very attentive and friendly. Also, the price there is very reasonable, we thought. Definitely going back there and recommend this place. read more

I always have mixed feelings about giving a five star and extremely positive review to a new place, on one hand I want them to succeed, but it's nice to be able to get an appointment. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and made me feel at ease and relaxed. The space is decorated nicely and helps to relax you and keep you that way. The therapist did an outstanding job. I routinely received massages and had to stop some time ago and this was the first time in longer than I want to admit. I am sure I presented a challenge and she rose to the occasion. I am looking forward to going back! read more

Teggy is a great and professional therapist. My new go to for pain and stress management. The space is fresh and clean. Deep tissue technique was really great. I can't wait to return for another fabulous massage. read more

Poor customer service, I made an appointment for my husband late night on Sunday @7:45pm, this is very first time we're trying these place. My husband, me ( I am pregnant with big belly) and my 2 teen kids came along with him thought we can wait for him in waiting area or if they have time we also could get massage too. One of the massagist asked us " where are you guys wait for him?" While we're sitting in the waiting area. I was confused, looked at her and told her isn't the waiting area we're going to stay here. I was confused since there weee 4 chairs next to the front desk, so I assumed that it was the waiting area . All this happened after my husband went into the room. Then she said they're all gonna have customers. She started to treat us like nothing since we're not getting service. Even my 2 teenager kids were like uncomfortable. Then she came back second time told us to leave. her boss doesn't want people in waiting area while they're busy in customers. She told us we should go to Walmart next store and walk around. LIKE WHAT? So me and my kids proceeded to walk out in disbelief. She locked the door behind us, turn off all the lights. What the heck! It was already dark outside, cold. Also this area does not look safe since it's near warehouses. Who treats there customers like this. I feel like they do something suspicious here. I don't understand why they have waiting area for? This is not expectable at all! Never come back, don't waste your money here! read more

I loved every minute of my massage. Will definitely be returning. The hot stones were the best! I highly recommend!

Great massage..... Wish they would bring back there special. I always like to go for 90 min. Had several massages all good.

A week ago bought gift cards from Mongolian Massage in Mount Prospect for a friend of mine. Very nice lady at the front desk let me know, that they are running grand opening specials till the end of the year. Easy to book by call or text. I decided to try them out myself, and let my friend know, if I liked it. Just had 1 hr couple massage with Donna and Jenny(sorry can misspell names), both are excellent professionals. Highly recommend full body deep tissue massage by experienced therapists for a full hour will revive your body: hot compress, hot stones work on your problem areas, and foot massage is very relaxing. I am booking next appointment in a few days. The parlor is not a big place, decor is simple, but adequate. I am very pleased with this new establishment, and wish their business to succeed. read more

I bought a Groupon for a 60 minute hot stone massage. My massage was awesome. 60 minutes went by too fast. The masseuse was great, very nice and respectful checking to make sure I was comfortable and the pressure was just right. The spa was immaculate. The staff was friendly. I am definitely going back for another massage read more

The best massage in Mount Prospect! I had been feeling stressed recently, and I told the owner and my massage therapist so they knew what I was looking for. I wish I wrote down their names, but everyone was so friendly and accomodating, and they made sure I had a great experience. The atmosphere inside is so peaceful, if I could add a 6th star I would. They are doing a deal until December 31st, 2023, and I got a 2 hour massage for only $100! They did hot rocks and the aromatherapy too. I will be going here again soon! read more
